ام رتاج: I'm from Virginia and we visited Michigan to buy jewelry we went to about three stores but we decided to purchase from Queen Jewelry becouse all the staff were so nice and friendly specially Yaser he was helpful and very patient with us, he stayed almost one hour trying to help me with my purchase. I'm so happy with my set and I hope to go to Michigan again to buy more gold.

They love to sweet talk you when buying jewelry from there but once you have a problem with a purchase they dont acknowledge you in any way. Also dont ever get your jewelry fixed here they did the worst job ever. If your buying someone a gift from they're make sure they get it before the 14 day exchange policy even if its a few day later they will not do anything to compensate you. Maybe you will get a 25% mark down.

Upon arrival we see 25 of the same pins in their display case and they even posted the pins earlier this month. They decided to tell us that this was a custom piece that $300 was spent on 6 days ago, and they decided to tell us that we could only get $100 for it. Mind you we didn’t want a refund or anything, just to exchange for something we actually wanted. This place is a pure rip off and so are the idiots inside the building.

I was peering through the window and saw a young lady with a customer but two other gentleman just roaming behind the counter…. Then I decided to press it three times because I thought maybe it was broken or something and she finally buzzed us in. Once we were inside the store everyone was staring, no one greeted us and they continued as if we were not there…. I immediately turned to my fiancé and said “oh no…this is not the store for us”. I was walking out and the door was locked, I said out loud.. “ can you let me out of here” and she opened the door still to this day not one person acknowledged our presence. Long story short if you are BLACK do not go to this jeweler!

Daija Ginyard: Didn't like the way I was treated here at all. Visited 10/26/2019. Came looking for a camera, my first camera. They had one, a Nikon Coolpix L330. I asked for help and was told a young man would assist me. He piddled around while I waited by the case. The store was near empty and the customer who'd just purchased something was leaving. I waited for this guy for about 7 minutes, feeling ignored. All the while, he's doing nothing, repeatedly going to a back room and returning with nothing. I had to ASK him to come help me. He showed me the camera, which was tagged $119. It was released in 2014. I asked to see if it worked, after more time waiting, he put in the batteries and it worked. He offered to sell it to me for $106.While we stood there, I pulled out my phone to see what the 5-year-old camera was going for. I found between $60-$80 used, just as this one was. I asked him if he was willing to negotiate. He gave me a curt "No." I walked out.This store is less like a pawn shop and more like a junkyard. The only things in cases are jewelry, a few electronics, and some toys. The store smelled funny and was dirty, the parking situation is hazardous (almost got hit by an old man reversing in a pickup), and there was a general lack of concern and interest toward me, a new and potentially repeat customer.I won't be returning.

Jake isn’t greedy and 100% fair and offers the most possible money you could get for whatever you are pawning or selling. Jake takes the time with his customers to make sure they understand what they have and gets them in and out discreetly. The selection of new jewelry, electronics, coins, watches, and tools is amazing and they guarantee to save you lots of money! They do any type of custom jewelry also for at least half the price! You definitely should check them out!!
