Amy Weatherell: I Have had my dogs here quite a few times. The staff amazed me though this time because of all the places I’ve taken my Husky for grooming, she has been a typical husky with a somewhat dramatic attitude with nail trimming. The fact they could do it no qualms simply means they have what it takes to get the job done! They did an amazing job with my girl as well as my mother’s cat. They have an app that makes it easy to make boarding reservations ,upload vaccine records edit contact information for just in case you need to swap out a person for pick up etc. They posted pictures on their Facebook page of my fur baby and if I had any questions, they were incredibly prompt at answering back. Although the pictures are wonderful and I know they’re in good hands, I still wish they had cameras so we can check in on our babies. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.
Anjani Hundich: Leaving this review a bit prematurely since my dog has not actually stayed overnight yet...but we had our meet and greet today and I couldn't believe how smooth it went and how kind and loving the staff are.I have a very nervous senior dog, who is not new to boarding. But as she's gotten older, we've been feeling like her previous kennel was not a good fit anymore. I had heard great things about Pawz Inn and we decided to give it a try for an upcoming trip. The staff was so attentive to my dog just in the 10 minutes we were there. I had informed them over the phone about her anxiety and nervousness and they did everything they could to make sure she thrived in that short amount of time. My dog came out of the facility happy and tail wagging. At our previous facility, she would come running out like she couldn't wait to get out of there.I will update my review after our stay, but so far I am very impressed with the staff and this facility! And I hardly ever leave reviews!

Jessica Keoshian: AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Our dog stayed 9 nights when we went out of town. The staff knew us by name when we walked in the door even as first time customers. They were very easy to get ahold of and are great communicators. He was so well cared for and it was well worth it! I would absolutely bring him back over and over again!
Brenna Stanecki: I COULD NOT RECOMMEND PAWZ ENOUGH! We recently adopted a very anxious pup and dropping her at a boarding facility was so difficult for the first time. The pawz staff were so friendly and reassuring and I love that they post photos of the dogs playing regularly. They treat all the dogs like their own and are very communicative; the app they use for booking is so easy to use as well! Thanks for taking care of our Butter :)
Cheyne Jarnol: We've been taking our pup for day care once a week for a few months now and absolutely love it. When we took him to another place he was constantly getting humped because he's a submissive male, that's not been the case here. They do an evaluation on your dog for the first visit, which I really appreciate. We've also used the washing service with the day care a couple times and he's so soft and clean when we pick him up!!

She had never been to a place like this and had yet to be away from my side. They were all spectacular - Whenever i may need a place for her to stay this is where she will be going - My girl. 6 days in a world she didn't get. Now comfortably in a world she does. -

Teresa Deagle: I brought my Chihuahua there to play a couple days a week and on the 2nd visit she came home with Kennel Cough and has been very sick. I don't want to blame just Pawz Inn but the people there should Not bring in a Highly Contagious.and/or Sick Dog bc All of US Owners and the Pets Suffer horribly. Nor did I have the Thousan Dollars it Cost to treat her not to mention having to stay home 24/7 bc she can't be left alone. The sleepless nights and stressful days don't help either. She's going on 5 days now and has barely.prpgressed and she's only 4 yrs old. Watch out for the Pups & the Elders. This Disease is Much more Serious than Google states. Especially if they have a fever (which.mine did). Ty for reading. P.S. it would've been nice for.Pawz to have checked on her seeing as I Notified them Immediately.
N S: Very nice place to board your dog. The best part is it’s kennel free. The staff is very friendly and updates you daily via fb with your pets photos.
Cassandra Mulcahy: Pawz Inn is a great place to board your dogs! They are friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals. I trust them with my pup Logan. Every time he comes home from boarding he is so happy but exhausted from all of the fun. We moved farther away and still make the drive to board our dog there.

Steven Decker: The first experience I had with this place was a good one and our dog came back happy and smelling nice and clean. But recently we went on a 8-day vacation over Christmas and when we came back they had no idea where our dogs food and water bowls were and ended up giving us someone else's bowl which did not fit the dogs food and water bowl stand. The manager called us back and said that they would take care of it and obviously never did. This was 2 to 4 weeks ago. So since they have decided to not compensate us in any way whatsoever for their screw up I have decided to never come back here again and to try another animal shelter. On top of all that they tried to charge us for a vaccination shot that we apparently did not pay for after their screw up.
Foodie Foodie: My dog had a great time. They gave me her report card which tells you which groups she was in, if she ate, slept, etc. And signed by her care taker.
Geri J.: I was really excited to try daycare and had high hopes for this place since it’s right down the road from my work. It was a bonus that it’s attached to a vet because my dog is epileptic and if he needed a vet, one was there.Main complaint is lack of organization. Individually the problems were minor but seeing it all together as my first impression made me lack confidence in them.I dropped my dog off for the evaluation and nobody asked for his vaccine records. When I asked after the fact if they still need them to have on record, the girls said they didn’t know.I asked if I needed to schedule future daycare drop offs and the lady said yes but she didn’t know how to and one else there could help her.I had to ask if my dog got a report card because I knew they did that and I was looking forward to reading it. My dog didn’t get one which leads me to believe he was in a cage all day. I’m not convinced they let my dog out to play at all because my dog has been acting like he’s been cooped up and getting overly excited since we got home.I’m really disappointed this didn’t work out. The staff was nice but I can’t pay for daycare when I can’t trust he’s not in a cage all day.
Maria Haddad: I love that it's a one stop shop, and it's always a good experience. Staff is always nice and caring. Love dropping my dog off for daycare and having his vaccines/grooming/etc done when I pick him up. He is super anxious and loves going and playing with the other dogs.
Christina Andre: Staff is friendly and the activities are great but I will never trust my dog with them again. My dog was severely hurt in April and they did not handle it properly. He came home with minor injuries in the past, broken nails, scars and bleeding gums. The scars and gums were from a broken toy amd I asked them to remove those when he is playing to not cause more injury. They did not and he broke his nail on that toy. Then a few weeks later he was playing and tore his foot open on a broken crate that was on the play floor. You could see my dogs bone.After a few bandage changes their vet said they would start charging me so I took him to his primary vet who was more willing to work out payments. This wound cost me a significant amount of money as you can imagine. It was mentioned that he was not the only dog to get injuries from that crate.8 months later he has permanent scaring covering his entire foot. Everytime I see it I regret bringing him there.

Karen Orlando: I have been bringing my puppy to this center for over two months. It has been a great experience each time. When I drop off my puppy for daycare, there has always been someone to take her in, no waiting, and no red tape.Whenever I have called, a “real” person has answered, pleasant and ready to assist. They are extremely helpful and are very competent at answering any questions regarding their services. Their staff is amazing. They are professional, compassionate and extremely efficient. Highly recommend.
Nancy Gardella: The last 3 times boarding there, one of my 2 dogs came home sick! Eye conjunctivitis, kennel cough ect. Both my dogs are fully vaccinated.
James White: I recently boarded my dog for 5 nights because I was going to be in the hospital. About a day after I picked my dog up he started progressively coughing and sneezing. I called immediately to bring up my concerns and after the receptionist spoke to the manager, I received a phone call back stating that I could take him to the vet attached to their location and the office visit fee would be waived. I feel like I spent close to $300 (between the boarding fees and the cost of doggy day camp) for them to get my dog sick. And while I appreciate the waived office visit at the vet, I do not feel I should have had to pay $65 for medications to treat an illness acquired under their care.
Joe Minauro: Price is fare. I have been to other places and this place has been the best so far. Other places add on extras and Animal Activity keeps it the same.

Rosie Richardson: BEWAREHope you have a backup plan for YOUR PET. I Boarded Bailey April 27th. Arrangements for Bailey to be boarded again for June 21st were confirmed. I Received a call from the owner 3 days before. She stated Bailey could not be boarded because he had been somewhat aggressive with an employee. So let me understand, 2 months later is when you notify me of his behavior. I said, " I am surprised that I wasn't notified when I picked him up 2 months ago". BEWARE OF THE MOOD OF THE OWNER AND STAFF. Shame on the OWNER. So pleased I had another option.
Kayleigh Guzdziol: I started taking my dog here for daycare after a bad previous experience. This place seemed so much better! They have little play structures for the dogs and they can actually play outdoors! I only took her here a few times and she was excited each time. I had to give 3 stars because the most recent time I took her for daycare she did not play AT ALL.I dropped her off at 9:30am and periodically check in on the cameras to check on her. Not once did I see her out in group play. I waited till after lunch to see if maybe she'd be playing in the afternoon... Nope.I decided to pick her up early at 3pm because that would be about 6 hours of being alone doing nothing. They mentioned when I picked her up that maybe because she hasn't been there in a month that that's why she wasn't playing in group. Doesn't make sense to me. If this is the way they operate for people who don't need to take their dogs to daycare all the time then it would be good to know. I take her there to play and socialize when I cannot do it at home and none of that happened.To be fair, this was my only bad experience at 4 Paws, however my poor girl is 11 months old with plenty of energy and loves to play with others and hates being alone and now I will be finding somewhere else, yet again, that will give her attention, socialization, and play time.
A Benson: I was very careful before I decided to drop my puppy to a daycare facility. I have taken my baby there for a few hours 3-4 days a week and she loves it! It is run very well and the women who work there and spend time with the dogs are great with them. They offer half day care which is great because that’s all I need, some places in the area only offer full day care. My baby is getting spayed in a few weeks and the staff is VERY careful to only put her with fixed male dogs. They rotate the dogs too so they can play with different dogs during their stay. I love that they have cameras so I can check on her. If a place doesn’t offer that I could never leave my dog there. Overall we are super happy and grateful that we found 4 Paws!

Lauren Knight: My husband and I have been taking our 2 Siberian Huskies here for over 2 years and added our Golden Retriever puppy into the mix since this past spring. We use daycare most often, but have boarded our dogs here as well. The staff is great and always remember our dogs which makes you feel that much more welcome. It’s also nice that you can check in on your dogs with their cameras they have set up throughout the facility (they use an app for this, but it’s only $4.99 for a year subscription). Our dogs always enjoy themselves here and it’s comforting to know they are well cared for.

John Boyle: What a great place! We've been taking our dog there for several months, and he is always excited to go. When we say "Happy Dog" to him, he heads to the door and is ready to go. They love him and he loves them. Every day we see him on camera playing with his buddies, and every night he comes home exhausted. He was a COVID pup, so he wasn't great around other dogs at first - but being there has really helped him. Jim and his staff know the dogs, and love them.

Brittany Hepner: I can’t say enough good things about Happy Dog, and would give them 10 stars if that was an option. My neighbor wasn’t able to watch our dogs like usual when we went on vacation, and I had never boarded them before. The owner, Jim, made sure that my girls would fit in with their daycare pups a couple times before we boarded them. I was so nervous to leave them with a someone I didn’t know, but Jim put me at ease. He sent me videos and updates while we were gone. My 8 year old pup was able to get away from the other dogs and nap on her bed behind the front desk during the day. They even have cameras on during the day so you can watch them all play. You can tell Jim and his staff love the dogs because I would always see them petting and playing with them on the webcam. Our flight home came in at 12:30am. Jim knew we missed the dogs and that they were ready to go home too. He met my neighbor at my house to drop the dogs off for us so they would be there when we got home. He even called me the next day to check up on them and make sure they were doing ok. I can’t recommend them enough. Happy Dog will be our go-to for boarding in the future, and my pups will be happy to go back to play on some daycare days too.
Sean Williams: I spoke with the owner, he walked me through the process, and answered my questions as well as gave advice and suggestions. We took our dog there, it was a great experience for our dog. I really love the fact that they have cameras to see what's going on, and that the dogs have acess to OUTSIDE FRESH AIR, as well as inside. I also like that, the dogs don't go in kennels. Because of the stimulation, the outside air and socialization, our dog was exhausted and rested well. There hours of operation is great! I really appreciate the service they extend to the customers.
Rob Reid: Not long ago I had an emergency where my wife had to go into surgery. I needed someone to board our wire fox terrier and on very short/ no notice. Having done business with other dog daycares I knew this would be asking for a very big favor and during a super busy time for boarding (spring break). Jim and his team were wonderful and very understanding. They took our dog in immediately. This allowed me to watch over my wife at the hospital without any additional concerns. While we were there, his team would also send video and updates on her to let us know she was doing well. And by the way, she had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back. We will always be grateful for Happy Dog Daycare, and how they took great care of us during such a stressful moment.

Celia Jackson: Can’t say enough good stuff about Happy Dog. Our two dogs have been going there for boarding since the fall of 2020. We travel a LOT and probably board them twice a month on average. It’s a no frills place but it's perfect for our no frills dogs. They absolutely love the Happy Dog staff and hanging out with all the other dogs, and we love watching them on the live cams during the week! The live cams were the reason we first tried them out, and the friendly, family vibes keep us there. They especially do a great job screening the dogs and making sure everyone gets along. Highly recommended!
B. D4-A: This was our first time leaving our English Pointer mix, Forrest, @ Happy Dog. I had toured the facility beforehand & was very impressed with the wide-open spaces, the accessibility of the indoor/outdoor areas for the dogs, the cleanliness & organization, & of course, with the attentive caregivers. Forrest is a very active, high energy, sometimes high anxiety dog & I love their approach to boarding/daycare- minimal time in the kennels! Ultimately, we decided to board him @ Happy Dog & moved him from previously staying at a different boarding place. During Forrest’s stay, I communicated with the owner several times- he responded quickly & with great care. After 6 days @ Happy Dog, Forrest came home very happy & very tired, which says a lot for him! We will be bringing him back to Happy Dog in the future! :) Thank You!

As longtime members of the HD family we are familiar with great service and attention by the wonderful staff, but we recently got to experience Above and Beyond service. As a first time (and failed) Foster family of a lovely Female Great Pyrenees from CA. Luna came to us after 6 wks in a shelter and a grueling 20+ hour transpo from Texas to MI. To help smooth the transition to a new environment Jim kept the doors open and a groomer onsite well into the night to do a full exam, flea bath and trim her nails and knots from her fur. This allowed Luna (and us) to acclimate to what would become her new home without the additional trauma of another trip to the groomer within days of her arrival - Well Done Team - eternally grateful.

My only purpose was to talk and relate messages from my friend to the owner whom she has a long history with. I know nothing of the operation of this facility other than the rude woman (Lisa) at the reception desk. Met the owner briefly last week ,and came back today with another message from my friend in hopes of communication. Lisa is a crass person or she was certainly with me today , She was loud yelled at me , made me stop in my tracks 5 steps in . Would not let me get message out of my mouth , she yelled same thing twice, I tried to talk and was abruptly told in no uncertain terms that Owner was not interested in what I had to say . The owner was not there at the time but none the less , the way i was treated leaves little to be desired. Well The thrill I once had of meeting with Wendy and talking about how My own dog is descendant from her dog pictured on bldg. that has faded now . From what I have heard this place is suppose to be real nice, I've no clue , and I really do not think I will ever find out after being bum rushed from the front door. reading a few reviews I see Lisa has a questionable attitude with some .

Nicole: I’m sad to leave a negative review for DITW. However, I had a terrible experience. Allow me to preface it by saying that my dogs had a great time and I think it’s great for dogs. It’s very well run. However, onto the negative. We scheduled and took our puppies for their evaluations the first week in December. It took about an hour for the whole process. I scheduled it months before. I chose DITW because of hearing about good experiences coupled with their competitive rates. After my boys “passed”, I quickly reserved (right after their evaluations) dates for boarding (during spring break). The person I spoke with said they were good to go, just needed to come one more time for puppy daycare to make sure they were comfortable. I brought them back a few weeks later for the daycare ($48 for the day). After that (they enjoyed a ton), I got a call letting me know we would have to put half down for their boarding over spring break. I said sure. Then I was told it would be $780. This was a lot more than I had planned on. This (I found out) was due to a new price increase of $10/day. I explained that I had made my reservations back when it was $68/day, so I should get that price, right? Nope. I also explained that I was upset and would the owner reconsider this time as I had taken a lot of time and money to get to this point. I was told nope. Sorry. So…if you’re ok with the price, you should go there. It’s very well organized and happy dogs. But, I was so upset about how they handed the situation, I’ve found a different spot for boarding.
Dana Tautfest: My appreciation has escalated since moving out of state, and no longer able to bring our dog here. Doggie In The Window is an amazing resource for your family pet. They treat your dog like family and all their customers with respect, warmth and kindness. Their facility is amazing. This is the best care available. I took my dog there for nine years on a regular basis.

Taylor Adams: I had booked an evaluation for my dog in the beginning for July as I needed somewhere to board my dog over Labor Day weekend. The appointment had to be rescheduled to nearly the end of August (8/20) per the owner. Two days before I called to find out how long the evaluation would take and was informed by staff that evaluations for that day were canceled. I never received a phone call, voicemail, or text regarding this. I didn’t get to speak with the owner until Monday 8/22 at which point she wasn’t apologetic or sympathetic towards my frustrating experience considering that now Labor Day is 2 weeks away.I would not recommend taking your dog here with the lack of communication and the difficulties getting your dog in for evaluation.
Mary Chapman: I had a great experience here. Very thoughtful staff who listened to my questions and spent time making sure I understood what was happening. I felt like my pet was in good hands.
Luke Peterson: I don’t know where to begin. I would stay away from this place. Very understaffed. The workers there do not have any experience with handling dogs. I was told multiple times one of my dogs was aggressive but he really is a sweet dog. Myself and my dog trainer could not replicate any scenario that would trigger my dog like they told me. And when I would ask multiple times what happened, they would never get into specifics. Truly hard to fix a problem when there is not one. Any dog they deem “challenging” is not a fit for them and they do not want to work with you and your dog. My dogs like to chew on their leashes when excited and you could sense the staffs annoyance. Pretty sure my dogs were crated more then actually out playing with other dogs. Save your money and time and don’t go here.
Cgg15902 G: We have boarded our dog here many times for either one day or multiple and it seems every time he comes home sick. This has happened to him almost every time he has been there and we have no clue if it is other dogs getting him sick, or poor hygiene of the daycare itself. Won’t be going here anymore.

When we pull into the parking lot, she gets so excited she can't contain herself :) She bounds to the door and can't even sit still enough long enough to be checked in. The facility with heated sidewalks and kind caring staff are amazing. Dogs are only in their cubicles from 10pm - 7am. They play the rest of the time!!! Other places cage animals wayyyyy too long. Violet comes home so tired from fun and activity - she sleeps for two days! Love DITW!

Lindsay Royce: I have called this business several times and without me saying anything other than "hello", Lisa responds "I can't hear you" and hangs up. 99.9% of people these days use a cell phone with no access to a land line. I understand how a bad connection can be frustrating to a busy business (esp during these times) but never in my life have I not been given the chance to walk across the room to get better reception. We are new Berkley residents who won a stay for our dogs through the school district and we would rather eat the money than do business with someone who can't spare 10 seconds to answer the phone properly. We love this community and do everything we can to support local business but those is silly. Do better! You've lost what could have been a loyal customer.
Jawa of Darkness: This place is horrible. It crams several dogs in at once with about a HANDFUL of UNTRAINED staff!!! Fights have happened and dogs have gotten HURT!!! AVOID!!! RUN!!!!!

Molly Anderson: My dog stayed there for five nights and I specifically requested grooming before pick up. They failed to groom him even though I called two days before to confirm he would be getting groomed. After leaving without him being groomed we got into the car and I took my mask off and was hit in the face with the smell of urine. So strong I almost vomited in my car. I took him home as I was disgusted and very upset and called to make them aware of the situation. They said they would make it right and proceeded to charge me an additional $250 dollars to clean the mess the caused. I’m disgusted and we will never return. Not to mention that my dog always tried to run out when ever I would take him there.

Mr. Velous1: I have been taking my dogs to Puppy Love for about 3 years now and they love it, and so do I. The owner has a heart of gold and takes great care of every dog. Sometimes her heart is too big and she tries to help everyone, even people that trash talk her on social media on behalf of former employees or clients that are jerks coming in at the last minute and demanding services. I have been in the lobby and seen it in person. Some of you "owners" don't deserve to have pets. As for that post about scabs that someone claimed were bites, well scabs do not grow on a wound in a few hours so you need to take your dog to the vet because there is something else going on, not bites... And for the claim about not announcing Kennel Cough you're just plain wrong. Unlike another "canine" daycare around the block with whom I have personally had a negative experience, she waited until her clients called to complained before she announced. Ms. Wright has always been up front and honest about KC. I will always take my dogs to Puppy Love.

Donna Akinsherwood: The lady who runs this needs revaluation on her business or herself..Dogs were catching kennel cough and she wasn’t going to inform us prior to dropping my dog off or after pick up. I then called to confront her after another dog owner informed me her dog was sick as well- and she tried to down play the situation when I have a senior dog at home with seizures and health issues- who then also got extremely sick. They also clipped my dogs nails without permission or prior phone call when she has a groomer and a groomer apt the next day- then I seen her yell at an employee (there are only two employees who I like at this facility and who seem to care about my dog and the rest - and that’s who she was yelling at. (My vet bill was over 409 for both dogs due to my one dogs health issue which she then claimed was impossible so I asked if she wanted proof” she stated that she made changes… and nothing else …never apologize for anything. Done with toxicity and going back to down the road.

This is key since I have an unpredictable schedule and some of the other options around are very hard to schedule time with.Cons:After my dog's last stay, she came home covered in tiny scabs that I'm pretty sure were from bites (potentially play that got too rough? none of them looked like a bite from an attack, just small punctures)Another time she came home with pinkeye - it's super contagious so I can't fault them for it.No one seemed to really take the time to ask me anything about my dog - I filled out a few questions online, but when I got there I figured we would have a look around and talk about the dog but instead they just took her and sent me out in under 3 minutes.

Furious Styles: Still one of the cleanest and most organized pet boarding places in the state. I'm able to see my pup on CCTV during the day. The staff are very friendly and communicate well with both their clients and one another. Definitely more expensive than places like PetSmart and the other. Hains. But you get what you pay for, and the added services are worth it.

The facility is clean and their indoor / outdoor (inclosed within the facility) is a cool added feature. He absolutely loves going here. They really go the extra mile.The owner is a wonderful lady. Once while out of town they let my dog stay in the apartment / condo they have attached in their building. He got to play with her daughter’s dog (also a pomsky) and spent the whole day with her. They even sent pictures to me throughout the day of their adventures. ❤️

Lucy Melchi: We took our puppy here for a meet and greet / evaluation. The staff were very attentive to our puppies' behaviors. Because we gave a large breed puppy she was too large to play in the puppy group that day but too small for the large dog group so they made a play group specifically for her size and play level. The facility is beautiful and kept very clean and the daycare pricing is very reasonable for the area. We look forward to taking our puppy there for daycare and boarding.

Stephanie Harding: K9 Club has been a heaven sent. Moose, a 6 month old Vizsla, gets just as excited to go to daycare as he does to go to the park. We love all the trainers and this facility exceeds our expectations daily. Moose is always well cared for and if I have questions about his behavior, it doesn't matter who I ask, they know EXACTLY how the day went. If anyone here is trying to figure out the best place to bring their dog based on reviews and see's the couple of bad one's, I will address my own experiences.I brought a "pupcake" in for Moose and his dog friends. I made it from scratch but the trainers took the time to call each dog owner prior to distributing the treat to ensure there were no allergies. It is obvious that the number 1 priority of the staff is the well-being of their four legged guests.There are a ton of different breeds with different personalities that attend daycare here. What I have seen is a trainer using their best judgment if a dog was getting overly excited, to act quickly and CONFIDENTLY to not let the situation escalate as some dogs may not receive an overly excited/anxious dog. You can sit behind your computer all you want and watch the soundless feed of your dogs playing, but unless you're inside that playroom, its hard to pass judgement on how a trainer chose to handle the dog. I'm not saying poor handlers don't exist, but I can say with certainty that K9 Club would not tolerate that from any of their employees.You guys are amazing. Thank you for easing my anxiety and for loving Moose the way you do!

Cameron Coleman: Houndstown takes such good care of my senior dog, Pup. As they feed and medicate my dog consistently on schedule; and email detailed reports as to Pup’s activities with other dogs, it is easy to say they are professional and organized. More than that, though, I love Houndstown because it is clear that the staff truly love all dogs, including my old pal who snores loudly, is incontinent, and is sometimes simply over it. When I call Houndstown to book accommodations, the staff are always friendly and inquire about how my dog is doing. When he arrives at the facility, they seem genuinely happy to see him. It is worth noting that I don’t live in the area. I pass many boarding facilities in my 25 mile drive to Houndstown in Troy because Puppy enjoys his time there and I deeply appreciate the care HT consistently provides my furbaby.

Jeff Nurmi: I had a great experience at Hound’s Town today. I brought my puppy, Buddy, there for his first trial day. I was greeted by the owner, Travis, and he told me everything I needed to know about Hound’s Town, how it works and what my puppy could expect for the day there. Travis (and Jen) were very personable. The building was exceptionally nice and clean, and had windows so I could look back and see some of the dogs. When I returned later in the day to pick up my puppy, Steph greeted me and gave me a “report card” of how Buddy did with the other dogs. I will definitely use Hound’s Town to board my dog in the future! Thank You!
Margaret Wilk: We love taking our dog Betty to Hounds Town almost as much as she loves being there. We love Hounds Town because while there are plenty of dogs for ours to play with, the staff also takes the time and effort to pay attention to the individual needs and desires of each dog there. Dogs are placed with others based on size and temperament but also sometimes just who they get along with best. We are always greeted with a smile and we can see the love that all of the staff has for all of the dogs so we know our Betty will be taken care of. We also love getting the photo and video updates throughout the day on the private facebook page.We have also taken advantage of the pet taxi service before as well when we can't quite make it home before closing time and each time, Betty has been delivered home with care by a staff member she loves and trusts.We also love the option to sign Betty up for an exit bath before pick up as sometimes after a long day at work it is nice to pick up an exhausted from playing but also fresh smelling dog.Overall, we love being a part of the Hounds Town fam!

Both Stephanie (on the phone) and Domenic were welcoming and knowledgeable. I felt quite comfortable leaving my poodle for the day and I can’t say that about most places we’ve toured.At pick up the owner, Travis, greeted me and introduced himself. Just another welcoming face to make me feel confident leaving my pup again in the near future.
