MR SWOOPE: Warning don’t do business with this company. They don’t respect you or your business. I purchase over 14 windows and every one of them was poorly built with missing material. They weren’t sealed properly and over-sprained. I was provided a window that should have been frosted but wasn’t and I had to frost myself. I informed the company and was told that my next order would be discounted by 5%. 5% wouldn’t add up to the garbage I was provided on my first order. 5% Completely disrespectful. Clearly the order itself should have been discounted. I spoke directly to the owner, and he failed to provide an apology a discount, or find a resolution to correct the existing order stating it was due to them, not having enough material. So they had to improvise. Dont improvise with my money and product. This company didn’t improvise with the cost and my payment I paid in full. The order itself should have been discounted a check or a percentage of a refund should have been provided. I spoke directly to the owner, and he failed to provide a apology stating it was due to them not having enough material. This was my first experience with this company and that should have been everything within the best of customer care and quality product. And this was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had with a supplier, and I deal with over 1000 of them in the state. I was also in the process of ordering over 200 windows within the next few months from these guys but you couldn’t pay me to do business with them ever again. I paid over $5,000 for these windows and could have paid half of that at Home Depot and would have been provided a better quality of window. My company provides quality work but with me trying to support this supplier it has taken away some of that quality work within my end product. I leave honest reviews because a review can save a person before they have to go through the same. Low-quality products and bad customer service and over price products. If you are going to charge high numbers for a product provide a quality product. Just find a different company I took a lost with this company never again. My kitchen window I had to convert from 2 windows unto 1 window and the screen doesn't properly pull back Geno go then tell me that I had to use 2 hands to pull it back which didn't make since to me by it being a new window. I moreso think it just the wrong type of screen. And another window is hard to lift up... It wasn't worth $8400 thats for sure... I called him concerning the problem and he assured me he will be out Monday to fix it... We will see

There are areas of missing caulk. They did not install interior wood trim around windows in the kitchen as promised. Now as a result of my holding the last payment until work is completed, he is threatening a lien on the property. Avoid working with this company if you can.
