Elise, was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I’m pretty easy going and was in and out in 30 minutes even with her signing returns in. This company made the terrors of planning the mens attire for my wedding seem like a distant memory. I will never go anywhere else. I can’t believe I forgot this store was here. They would have been my fist choice and would have saved me so much unwanted stress. I’m very excited to go back with my fiancé for his fitting and to continue doing buisness with such a fine establishment.

Jennifer Horn: From my husband: “ Due to COVID, finding a tuxedo shop for my wedding might have been the most difficult search in history. Many companies were not answering their phones in 2020 or were forced to close permanently during the shut downs. After a few weeks of frustration, I came across President Tuxedo of Warren… They were the only shop that were allowing folks to come in (by appointment) to see and try-on tuxes. My wife and I felt very comfortable during the appointment as we socially distanced and were shown different tux options with the help of the patient and kind staff. We left the appointment with the perfect outfit picked out for myself and my groomsmen at a very reasonable price. After we (like many others) were forced to postpone our wedding, the President Tuxedo team were great about adjusting all of our orders and providing us with new deadlines/ship dates to match our new wedding date. Once it was time to get ready for the big day, all of our tuxes came in on time and looked great. The staff were fantastic about making slight alterations/re-ordering pieces to make sure everything fit perfectly. All pickups went off without a hitch and we looked amazing in all of our photos. In an industry rocked hard by COVID, President Tuxedo of Warren showed why they are still thriving. Professional, considerate and well-Priced. I would recommend every groom get their butts over to PT of Warren ASAP!”

Billy P.: Do not use this company. It is filled with an office full of liars. I went into this company to rent a suit for my son. I was told that they stopped renting suits the day before. I said I will go somewhere else and they told me specifically that Men’s Wearhouse had stopped renting suits the week prior. They then tried to sell me a suit. I found it odd that they could sell me a suit but not rent me one. Why couldn’t they rent me one of the ones they were going to sell me? We found some suits that we liked but were then told that they were not available. Then why would you tell me that there’s suits to buy? I left and went to Men’s Wearhouse and spoke to the sales associate. I told her that I knew they weren’t renting suits but needed to buy one. The sales associate looked puzzled and said “we always rent suits”. I told them that I was told by President tuxedo that they were no longer renting suits. As you can see presidents tuxedo gave me false information so I wouldn’t go over there. That’s pretty unethical and I’m surprised that they would do stuff like that. Now I will never go to presidents tuxedo and will continue to tell everybody I know to stay away from that company. If you need something go to Men’s Wearhouse in Roseville. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Now I know why all the presidents tuxedos are going out of business!

Osama Nagi: One of my family members recommended this place to me, at first everyone was nice and friendly, but than once we paid the deposit it’s like they didn’t care anymore. My suit was five days late. I kept going in everyday twice a day for a week prior to the wedding, and they just kept telling me from time to time and from day to day. The customer service was pretty disappointing and the price was outrageous. I highly recommend going somewhere else to save yourself the time, hassle, money and most importantly get a Better suit.

Robert Hodnicki: Cliff Notes: Best Customer Service Possible / Made sure fits were perfect / Would recommend to all.My cousin got married a few weeks ago. I live 2 hours away. Not too far, but far enough not to make multiple trips. I was measured for a suit near home and had the measurements sent. I had family pick up my suit and I tried it on 2 days before the wedding. Pants didn't fit quite like they were supposed to. I was OK with it, the owner of Wesner Tuxedo was not. He talked me through measuring myself. He then made sure to send a newly tailored pair of pants with another groomsmen for me. If those didn't fit, I had the owners cell phone number to call / text. The owner was going to come to the house we met at and fix my pants when I arrived on a Saturday morning. Luckily, the newly tailored pants fit perfect.We all looked great and the final cost was about $50 less than a National Chain.

Nickol Best: There was a wait for service everytime we went there. And even after two fittings they goty husband's size wrong. Some employees either didn't know how a suit was supposed to fit or just didn't care, they tried to give my husband a suit 1-2 sizes too small and tell him that's how it was supposed to be. Another employee had to stop them. She was very good both times we went up there.They also tried to give him a dirty shirt 😫.Make sure you go up there and check your stuff as soon as it comes in so they have time to send back for corrections if needed., But they will get you todether in the end.

Bill P: My son was going to his first homecoming dance so we went to Men's Wearhouse in Utica to get him a suit. When it came in the shirt was the wrong size (way too big). The salesman repeatedly said "There's nothing I can do. Let's go cash you out." The manager of the Utica location was eventually able to find us a better sized shirt at the Roseville location. We paid the Utica store full price, left without a shirt and headed to Roseville. In Roseville, we met with the manager Joe. Joe was beyond excellent to deal with. He had the correct sized shirt for my son, refunded us part of what we paid Utica and saved the day for my son. Joe and his staff in Roseville were kind, attentive and caring. We will definitely be back to the Roseville location.

Kayla Wiseheart: We recently had a wedding on a Thursday evening. The suit was to be returned the next day, Friday. I have only experienced returning a suit to Mens Warehouse once, and it was not at this location.My previous experience I walked in with the suit and I was told where to place it. They made it severely convenient and quick to return suits with this company.I was expecting yesterdays suit return process would be just as smooth. I was under the impression in took less than 5 minutes to return a suit because that was my prior experience.We walked into he Roseville location, there were two people actively helping with orders. I waited until someone could assist with the suit return. I stood quietly for about 15 minutes. I finally asked one of the employees if it would be more convenient that I return the suit at another time, a time where they aren’t so busy. Immediately I felt like I had done something wrong. One of the employees quickly walked over, grabbed the suit and threw it on the ground behind the register. They were very short and rude. I get it…people are busy. I would have thrown the suit on the ground myself if you would’ve simply told me that’s how easy it was to return.Moving forward I’ll know that there is no process with returning. I’ll also not be using the Roseville location moving forward. I am sorry you were short staffed, I have worked with short staffed conditions. I never give customers this type of attitude. Ever.

Liana Allen: I was very disappointed in the person who helped my grandson pick out his suit. They gave him a oranges color brown shoe with a blue suit and a white shirt this boy weigh 413 pounds. He didn't get him or one just called a shirt to bring out the suit he didn't get much a cream shirt a star white shirt with a black tie and brown shoes it just didn't match so I was just very disappointed so we spent the next day running around trying to find him a shirt that would go good with the shoes in the pants. As parents you send your kid in there to get certain things and you hope with the stores help they'll guide you in the right direction. So with this I was very disappointed and I have been going my husband used to shop there for years so this was a big disappointment for me

Makenzie Kroll: We rented our suits from mens wearhouse and it was honestly not the best experience. We mainly used the Roseville and Lakeside stores. When we first booked there, it was great and we had no concerns. As we got closer to the wedding, there was no communication of how to know when the suits were in. When we called the week before they said at the latest they would be in was 2 days before the wedding, which was difficult as we had so many people renting. One of the groomsmen suits were completely wrong in size and they had to drive back and forth to get it resized 1 day before the wedding. Another one was wrong but they fixed it the same day. When the groom picked up his suit many days before the wedding, they gave him the wrong tie and it took 2 days to get the right tie - we had to rush around on our rehearsal day to get his tie from the store when it became available. The staff was nice, but it seemed like we never dealt with the same person at the same store so communication was a struggle. However, the actual suits were wonderful and the color/design was great. In the end it all worked out, but these things complicated our wedding planning.

Christine Utter: Avoid at all costs!Despite my son being measured for his tux, his pants came back several sizes too small and they tried to tell us there was nothing that could be done. Then the associate helping us hung the pants back on the hanger all bunched up and tried to put it that way in our garment bag! It took much insistence on our part to get new pants that actually fit so to not have our son's prom ruined! The shirt was also so wrinkled it looked like it was pulled from a clothes hamper and we actually had to tell them it needed to be pressed before we left!Horribly stressful experience for what should have been the beginning of happy lifelong memories.Never again!

If you need some formal clothing, or have a special event coming up, this is the place to be.Steve is incredibly knowledgeable on all sorts of clothing, guiding me to additional options and helping me be more decisive (which is a problem of mine).Jack was kind enough to assist me in preparing some new Oxford shoes I had bought (online). After trying to style the laces at home myself for over 20 minutes, I eventually gave up. I took them to Jack and he squared those away in minutes; making me look much more professional than I would have otherwise (keep that between us).With upcoming engagement photos - I also had to pick-up a more formal coat. Cruz not only helped me find the right fit, but gave me some much needed guidance and educated me on additional styles.I always return to Men’s Warehouse not only for the great selection, but the great team as well.

George Barfield: Rented a tux from another location across the state. When putting it on and getting in my car the shirt started popping the studs! Turns out, it was a fitted shirt provided for what I will call an “unfitted”body. It fit fine as long as I was standing, but sitting was another story. Anyway! It was forty minutes from the wedding I was attending and we were thirty minutes away. We found the Troy store on line and called for directions to the store from where we were. The young woman, Jodi, gave excellent directions that got us to the store quickly. Walking in the front door, Jodi was waiting for me and she was then joined by Daniel. Those two people “took charge” of me! I quickly had four hands all over me. They took off the shirt I was wearing, quickly corrected the problem with another shirt, and skillfully redressed me and sent me on my way. They said several times: “We got you!” This was a wonderful experience! Daniel even knew how far the venue was I was heading to and assured me we would make it on time. We did. SO THANKFUL for Men’s Wearhouse and their national network and their wonderful employees Daniel and Jodi.

A.d. may: I loved the tux I rented but I was told I would get a deal then told later my wedding party didn’t meet the requirements.

Timothy Weaks: Horrible, for starters my original order never went through despite being charged for it. So 2 days before my event I had to scramble to put another one over the phone. Then once I got the new one it was missing the pocket square and once I went back to pick it up it didn’t even match the tie anyways. So I had to scramble and order one on Amazon the day before the event. What a joke.

Only reason im giving two stars was because the guy helping us was genuinely trying to help find the best deals, but still didnt make sense on how a child suit is being priced the same as a mens suit.
