Megan Brunskill: Absolutely terrible. Couldn’t answer any normal questions that they should know as an employee there. Could not understand the main desk lady and she was very rude and refused paperwork we are entitled to that I signed. The other desk lady did not have a mask on. Also the main desk lady disclosed another patient’s results of a drug test to the whole room, violation of hyppa if i do say so myself.

David Nehra: I am the legal guardian of one of my lifelong friends, PEJ (we are now 52). He had a few bouts of bad luck with the law due to bad decisions and hanging out with the wrong crowd. Since starting probation, my friend has been attending counseling sessions with Jessica. We decided to take a unique approach to my friend's situation, focused on his two main talents, and went with art and music therapy. Since starting treatment back in August of 2020, my friend's life has changed forever, in a positive way. He no longer feels the need to live the 'bad boy' lifestyle, he has a steady relationship (with another childhood friend), and he has quit smoking (after 25 years). PEJ looks forward to the sessions with Jessica. Jessica is a genuinely compassionate counselor – she is both challenging and understanding. Jessica is a true professional; I would recommend her services to anyone in need of positive counseling. I've noticed that there are a few one-star reviews. I am not sure what the situation is for the naysayers. From my perspective, you get out what you put in; PEJ is putting his heart and soul into this effort and is reaping the benefits of his dedication, hard work, and services of Jessica. Keep up the great work!

William Lathan: A horrible, dirty place. 90% of the staff are completely rude and treat you like you are lower than dirt. Ridiculous fees. Some government agency needs to investigate this place, I don't think the horrendous conditions can be safe or legal

Carly Morgan: Go to the one in warren!!!! There’s a time out counseling in warren on 12 and van dyke and they are 1 million percent better! They will treat u with respect and dignity! The so called therapist Nicole at the Shelby office is so unprofessional and literally told me she could not see me for a session because my daughter at home had a ear infection! A EAR INFECTION! She said it’s contagious and I could give it to her! Even though I didn’t have it! The so called office manager knew it was ridiculous but sat there looking stupid. Nicole and Michelle together try to bully people and Nicole acts totally different when it’s the boy at the front desk then when Michelle is there. They are miserable people who obviously hate their jobs and go out of their way to make people miserable. I had a totally different experience when I transferred to the one in warren. I literally drove all the way to the warren office even though the one in Shelby was close to me just so I wouldn’t have to deal with the pettiness of those two idiots. DONT GO TO SHELBY! Go to warren! I also heard from several other people about similar experiences!!!

Basically they extort you of money in every which way that they can it's seriously criminal. I'm so dissapointed in a facility that is supposed to be helpful all they do is try and squeeze every penny they can from you. The main manager she calls herself especially. Shame.

Tiffany Jackson: This was my second visit; the first visit was exceptional. However, my second visit with my daughter was not good. The doctor on staff did not do a good job. It seemed as if it was his first day and he didn’t know what to do. He asked me, what type of medication should he prescribe for her. He didn’t explain anything thoroughly, therefore I will be taking her to see her primary care doctor to get her checked.

Holli Taylor: As a nurse I know what an assessment should look a feel like. I went in after leaving the minute clinic where the NP told me my lung sound were diminished every where and she was concerned that after completing the prescribed antibiotics to treat diagnosed pneumonia I wasn’t improving. She recommended that I go to urgent care for X-ray and Likely steroids. The Dr who saw me had made up his mind before even entering the room that I was fine (at least that’s how it felt). He asked me no questions to expand upon the minimal information I had given to his medical assistant. The dr did a 2 second assessment of my lungs (and nothing else) not listening for even a complete inhale/exhale for a single lung field. He then proceeded to tell me I likely have a viral Infection but they will do an X-ray anyway. 30 minutes after X-ray was completed he comes in, talks to me from the door (with his mask on which he removed after he left my room) says there’s no sign of a disease process take Tylenol and Motrin as needed, and I can go. This was the outcome I expected within seconds of our first interaction. I will never return if I need medical care.

Brandi Scott: I came in with cold symptoms expressing wheezing, and SOB. I do not have history of asthma or bronchitis. Because the staff thought I had Covid, the doctors would not touch me at all. There was not a stethoscope to use to hear all of the fluid that’s currently in my lungs causing SOB and wheezing. I was not prescribed anything to help with the fluid in my lungs or the wheezing. I normally come here for other services but to see them not treat me effectively out of fear of me having Covid was unacceptable for health care professional whom takes a oath to treat all patients no matter the condition, race, gender, religion or ethnically background. I received a negative Covid test which makes it worse that I received inadequate treatment based on something I do not have. Now I have to spend more money and take more time out of my schedule to see a REAL health care professional to inform me of I have developed asthma or bronchitis. It is not normal to wheeze for a week and you do it have any pre-existing conditions to cause it. I could also hear them violating HIPPA by loudly discussing my form of payments, personal details of my reason for the visit and what they could and could not do for me before entering my room. Highly unprofessional I do not recommend this place to anyone especially if you’re Black.

Raymond Mclay: One of the best urgent cares I have ever visited. The were patient and listened what my daughter was feeling did not just rush us in and out. We were in and out in less than an hour even with running tests and cleaning out her ears for ear ache and they were short staffed that day. The nurse and head doctor on staff were amazing even front desk was nice. Will be the only urgent care I visit from now on.

Mike Glaze: It was good, we had a little bit of a wait to see a doctor, but we didn’t have an appointment so that’s understandable. The doctor, my wife saw, unfortunately I forgot his name, (Clay I think), showed great care and understanding. My wife had seen him before in 2021 and he showed the same great care, interest, concern, and understanding. In fact, he shared information that suggests he followed up on my wife case in 2021 through the Beaumont MyChart after we left the clinic. He and the Beaumont Urgent Care, deserve great praise!

Carla is great too and so was Holly who treated me on my last visit. The whole staff there is excellent. I always feel like I get good care and its a positive friendly experience! Chandler Leachman: I thought the nurse and the front desk was nice. The doctor I feel in my opinion might need to work on bedside manner. Unfortunately I felt I was rushed out and to many assumptions were made on why I was there. I can clearly see I had low blood sugar and my discharge said I was not confused which I said numerous times I was confused and could not think straight. Yes she ran tests but I believe from the start she really was t listening and rushing. I understand there could have been others in way worse condition but I should not have been made to feel like an inconvenience if I was worried about my health.
