Tiarra King: Worst place ever , I drop off my coat to be cleaned and repaired, he told me it'll be ready within 5 days , when I went within 5 days my coat was not ready at all , lee told me to come back the next day ... I waited to 2 extra days .. when I went back and pick up my coat. The coat was still dirty. He gets upset with me because I told him the coat has not been cleaned. Lee says what do you want me to do . Mind you Lee charged me $81.95 ... rip off this place need to be shut down .

Nita Nizzle: I dropped off 2 shirts to be pressed only last Thursday and the owner told me they'd be ready by Wednesday of this week. I thought that was a considerable time for ironing only, but he's a small local business that's nearby and I opted for convenienceand supporting local business. My shirts were regular cotton button up shirts, nothing fancy. It was 12 dollars for both. I went to pick them up on Thursday and he took my ticket and began looking all over for them. He then asked me if it was two shirts? I replied yes. He told me to go to my car for 15 minutes while he finished them. I asked him why they weren't read y and he ignored my question to tell me that I could wait just 15 minutes. The thing is, I couldn't. I work a full time job and also go to physical therapy after work and I was not feeling like sitting and waiting 15 minutes in my car for a job that should've been done the day before and that I'd already paid for. He kept pushing for the 15 minutes and I told him i'd c ome back today and he said he would take something off the bill. Today, I go to pick up my shirts and he gives them to me and I ask what he will take off the shirts bill and he acts like doesn't remember our conversation yesterday. I explained how I paid in advance for my shirts to be ready on Wednesday and they enemy ready. Nor were they ready on Thursday. I reminded him he said he'd discount them. He asked me what's my point? What do I want? Money? I said yes. He pulled a dollar out of the register and said that's what it's worth.I really would've enjoyed a phone call to explain my shirts wouldn't be ready on time. I'm reasonable. I would've loved professionalism. This is his business and I'm a customer and I never raised my voice and I paid for a service and he was in the wrong, not me. He never once apologized or admitted to wrong doing. In fact, he had a very nasty attitude and felt I owed him more time and more patience. One star and I won't go back. I recommend you don't visit Lee, either.

Conspicuous Rod: A little bit more expensive than the other two dry cleaners I frequent. The person at the register who I assume to be "Lee", claims they are a 'green' dry cleaners resulting in the same service but less harmful for the environment. I always get asked to pay upfront. Quality is on par with the others I frequent and my items have never been damaged.

I needed 5 of them right away and he was able to get them done by the next day for me and the others I will pick up at a later date when I get back from our trip. But I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEE'S EXPRESS CLEANERS, not only did he go above and beyond to get me some of them right away but he did a super fantastic job all the stains are out and they look brand new again. This dry cleaner noticed the hole and patched it for me perfectly, and didn't even charge for the service. They just charged me for the dry cleaning and I was astonished at the low price. Never going anywhere else!

N/A: Please help me get my blanket back!!1/1/2021Last night, new year's, right before I could return to get my blanket, a lady supposedly insisted to the owner that it was hers when her brother told the owner that he didn't think it was theirs, and she continued to insist to the owner it was hers so he gave it to her.My blanket was snagged last night around 8pm. I really hope and pray that it was an honest mistake but this is a very distinct blanket and highly unlikely to be confused with another blanket.It's a giant king comforter, very heavy, double-sided, grey and velvety on one side, white faux fur on the other that's worn and slightly pilled from regular washings. There was one matching zip pillowcase with it.This blanket is extremely sentimental to me.If anyone finds this, or knows who took it, please return this blanket back to the laundromat.If my blanket is returned to me and in good condition, I will reward the person who returns it.
