Honda Suzuki of Warren: what do users think?
Dan Tucker: 1st off update your website to reflect your true business practices. If you dont offer test rides don't give me the ability to schedule one. 2nd if you aren't able/unwilling to order product for customers don't advertise that you do. 3rd when given a quote over the phone, I received a different out the door price when I came in. When questioned on it "Oh I forgot that I added a service package." So be wary of the final numbers as the sales guys seem to be cool with adding extras without saying anything. Not that I was in some super rush, but I was a bit embarrassed for your sales associate when he said we would have to wait to go over the fincianing because he is sharing a desk.
Jason Jones: Honda Suzuki of Warren is the perfect place to find your next motorcycle or ATV. The selection is impressive, and the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. And the prices are unbeatable - they're often lower than at other dealerships in the area. Plus, the service department is top-notch - they always take great care of my bike.
Jim Benoit: I drove an hour on a Saturday morning to hopefully buy a Honda Dirt bike. But nobody wanted to sell me one so I left.
Jake Schimelfening: Got service done today, the final bill came out higher than expected. I asked to see the original quote I signed agreeing to the service being done and they refused to show it to me. The mistake in the final price could have been my fault, but refusing to show the customer the original quote with signature is a huge red flag (The receipt I received was the one without my signature). Good and quick service for my bike, terrible customer service. (Edited for typos)
Ryan Burke: Good friendly service
Courtney Young: They charged over $600 and my husbands four wheeler is doing the exact same thing it was doing when it was dropped off. I wouldn’t waste your time or money.
Robert Suddards: It's winter and their still asking MSRP!!! Staff was moderately friendly and helpful.. just unreasonable on price
J K: Pretty much couldn't have had a better experience.Steve in sales shot me straight, gave a great deal, had all the paperwork ready for me when I got there (20 minutes before closing!) They helped me set up the surprise for my son, showed him the ins and outs of his new ride, then helped load it!Top notch people with good prices.
Ryan Robinson: This is the only place I could find that had technicians brave enough to install my viking lamellar large bags on my Honda VTX 1300s. They did a great job too. I'm also happy with their staff and selection.
Richard McCallum: Friendly staff and great prices
Jan-James Buchanan: On June 23rd 2022I picked up my carbs that were clended properly but the floats were never set to spechs or the float valves which caused gas to flood the crankcase3months later and 6 oil changesI personally adjusted floats properly and float valvesI no longer have gas going to my crankcaseThe service manager Jeff claimed the floats and valves were set to spech ( he lied )The owner BrianSaid he stood by his service managerIt cost me more in oil changes than to have the cabuerator cleaned( and NOT set to specs for floats and valve floats)U be the judge I'm posting pics from the day I picked up my carbsAn employee held up the bowls ,If u look closely u will notice floats are not same heightsU may or may not get the service from this business ( Honda/ Suzuki of Warren)It's. up to u to take that riskAs for particles in tank - or in jetsWhy after me MYSELF adjustadjustingFloats. and Float valves does bike now run properly with no gas going to crankcaseI was wondering how this business was able to surviveNow I know
Zachary Dobson: Really nice place to look at some great bikes. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Ask for Steve, he was fantastic with getting the bike I wanted and telling me about different options and making sure I was comfortable with the bike. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with what I would be getting and that it fit with what I would be using it for. Highly recommend stopping in.
Francisco Restrepo: I have been buying parts, oils, tires... for several years for my motorcycles and my ATV 2005. I can say the staff are very profesional, kind and helpful. It is one of the best dealers for me.
Robert Cassidy: Friendly and knowledgeable
Rich Hilgendorf: Good people to deal with in parts any how, haven't delt with anyone else. They beat dealing with motor city cycle by 300% !!!!!!
Steven Jordano: Bought two new bikes here but I guess they're too busy to service anything.
Gordon Cook: Good work and prices
Jean Malik: I had three experiences here in less than a month and all were great. My first visit was to purchase a helmet for my beginner rider course and to ask questions about choosing and buying a motorcycle. The people in parts were very friendly and helpful with my gear selection. Steve, the sales manager, was very encouraging to me as a first time rider. He also patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel confident that the bike I decided on would suit my needs. I was informed there was a short waitlist but he would be in contact when it was my turn.Steve called as promised when my bike was available and set up a convenient time for me to stop in and sign the paperwork. He also offered to keep my motorcycle at the dealership until I passed my instructional class in two weekends, so I could be the first to ride it.My last visit was to pick up my Honda Rebel 500, which I absolutely LOVE! Every step of the way Steve gave me great advice and the knowledge he imparted on me helped me start off on a positive note.As a woman, and as a first time rider and owner, I feel I was treated very well. I highly recommend Honda Suzuki of Warren.
Richard Oldfield: Friendly staff, a a good selection of bikes and accessories.
Da Car Guru: Both my brother and I bought brand new bikes from these guys about a month ago. Brian gave me a great deal on a brand new 2021 CBR600RR. Steve gave my brother a great deal on a 2022 CBR500F. Since our purchases, we have also bought parts and gear from HSoW, and it’s always been a pleasure any time we visit. Thank you Brian, Steve, David and the whole crew for your courtesy, looking out for your customers. You will always have our business.U. Saeed
Jay Mcluvin: Unfortunately my experience with the service department was bad. Very Very bad.I brought my 07 Bandit 1250 in for inspection and repairs. I wanted problems with the fuel system trouble shot. After replacing the fuel pressure regulator the bike still did not run properly. The service manager recommended it would be best to cut my losses short and sell the bike. He told me the throttle bodies and power commander were faulty, and to replace them would cost $1.5-2K minimum . I paid the $500.00 bucks for the fuel regulator and inspection and picked my bike up. When I got the bike home, I simply plugged in the power commander, replaced the spark plugs, and slightly raised the idle screws. The bike runs perfectly. I am very disappointed with the final recommendations from the service manager to sell the bike. The throttle bodies and power commander are functional. All the bike needed was new spark plugs. HOW COULD THEY MISS THIS??????

Ducati Detroit: what do users think?
Brittany Sarkozi (Sharkie): This place is amazing. I’ve been here for ladies night and a track riding seminar and to just look at the bikes. Each time I’ve been here it’s been a nice experience. I do not own a Ducati (yet). I ride a Triumph and no one has made me feel bad for being at a Ducati Event and not even owning a Ducati. I have been on the fence about getting a BMW or a Ducati. All my experiences at Ducati of Detroit is what has made me decide that my next bike will be a Ducati. 10/10 cannot recommend this place enough.
Matthew Loula: I had a great experience buying my bike from start to finish. Kevin made it easy and gave me the time to find the right one. 10/10
Mark Stewart: I had a good buying experience purchasing a used bike and new helmet, both at good prices. The driver delivering the bike accidentally backed into my now ex-girlfriends car. The driver and owner were quick to try to resolve the situation. I was obviously a little frustrated but they did their best to do right by us. I do not know what has happened since then because we separated. But hey I got a sweet bike! Check out Southwest BMW too. They have some awesome bikes. I got one there too.
Dave R: The team here is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy its customer base. They've worked with me through a couple issues and I am looking forward to a positive future with this dealership.
George Parker: Excellent, friendly staff, great experience, no pressure sales"
Paul Needham: Kevin in sales is a great guy. No issues with him at all.I went to Detroit and found the bike I have been looking for 2022 V2. New. I paid full price, they suggested the Ducati aftermarket pipe for 6K I said no thanks. They offered an Arrow exhaust and dyno tune (power commander). Sure, Joe in service worked for Ducati, how can this go wrong... 300 miles later the bike was cutting out. They replaced the power commander (I removed and re-installed it) same. They did refund my money for the power commander, and Joe recommend Brent flash tune. He said you need to do a tune so the bike will not run lean with the pipe. OK. What do I know.10 months later check oil light comes on. I check the oil level good. I call Ducati in ATL (my home) and take it in. There is copper in the oil, bearing failure at 4200 miles.. Ducati will NOT warranty it or even open the motor to see what the problem is because I have a ECU flash. My warranty had been voided. I called Ducati and they said sorry you’re out of luck. I called Joe, he was very nice but that was not getting my bike fixed. Ducati said if I pay to take the motor apart and they can see something that was their fault they would pay. That price is between 1700-2000 just to take it apart. When I asked Joe about taking my bike to Detroit and having him do the work he said, OK, when I asked if he can give me some break on the price because this was caused by the tune he recommended he said no, sorry.I now have a 20,000 red paperweight. Bad advice given and I was stupid to take that advise. Ultimately it was my decision but had I known this would void my warranty I would have at least thought twice about it.
Alex Korovesis: Had a string of issues with a used Ducati and the lead mechanic Joe stuck with me through months and months of frustrating problem solving and repairs. Now the bike is better than it was on the showroom floor. Not cheap (of course, why would you expect Ducati service to be cheap?) but the quality and service I got here was everything I could want as a customer.Great experience only rivaled by my experience with BMW of Southeast Michigan in Plymouth.
Tibor Cservenak: Little Italy. 🇮🇪 Beautiful store.
Sumedh Shinde: Went in for Desmo service. The service team under Joe did a spectacular job on my salt n' pepper phase Monster. Took their fair time to assess, work and get it ready like a brand new one.Worth every penny! Keep it up Ducati Detroit. Proud to have your brand name on my seat cowl 🙃
Jessica Martin: Had a nice time checking out bikes here. The salesman was nice enough to start one on the showroom floor Bada$$!!!
neil d: awesome bike and purchase experience. kevin is sales was great.
Nimesh patel: Make me so happy, for bikers it’s heaven
Jordan: Love the bike, ran into an issue with some parts and some miscommunication but that was resolved thanks to the team there. Thanks to everyone, and Kevin for getting this taken care of. If you’re going to buy a Ducati, don’t just go anywhere, go to a place that is Ducati. I drove across the state to buy here and would do it again.
Casey Chatman: I drove 3 hours to buy my first Ducati. Kevin was awesome, took care of absolutely everything. Ill be driving 3 hours back when its time to upgrade.
Tyler Gagnon: I had a very pleasant experience, I went in for an oil filter and talked to a sales representative for a demo on a monster 821, everyone was very polite and I will return there
Henton Stinson: Very slow, they don't fallow up with you. You have to reach out to them. I had to find the same bike on my own. Thankful for the internet, that I was able to find that same bike around the same price.
Nick Watson: They have earned the 5 stars. My previous review was a one star as I felt ignored and that they didn’t value my business. Kevin reached out to me and explained his situation and gave me a apology. He also told me the owner was willing to call and apologize As well but I didn’t think that was needed after speaking with Kevin.A couple weeks later I made the trip to buy a Streetfighter v4 from Kevin and I must say him and Charlie did a great job making it a smooth memorable experience. Kevin helped me get the best rate on my loan and was super cool to deal with. Very happy with my experience. Just know they are very very busy and that is where we had some issues at the start. Just be patient and it’ll be worth it .Thanks again guys!
Boys Club: This will be my last ducati. Sales was ok. I picked quickly and didn’t haggle on price. Late on delivery. Service is ridiculous. I will not pay them to do anything on this bike again. Just drop off your bike and we’ll hold it for 2 weeks before starting it. Either scheduling or service , but probably both are from my experience and from reading other review not doing very well. Keep your commitments ! They obviously don’t value our time.
hudson jephthah: I usually do not write reviews, but I have to for this one. Honestly, even a 1 star is more!!I paid a fully refundable $1000 deposit back in 2019 and I NEVER received it back. I had to move out of state and made multiple attempts to reach out to them and it's always some excuse they come up with. They have been rude and discourteous to me. I have tried to resolve and reach out to them but it has always been unsuccessful. They claimed to have called me but never did. Finally, last year sometime around July I reached out and they said that they might have sent it to the collections department. I reached out to the collections department and they said that they don't have anything for me.I still haven't gotten my 1000 dollars back and I honestly don't know what to do. Whenever I call them, they tell me that Charlie is not available, or Charlie is with another client (which he could be and I respect that, but come-on that excuse is useless at some point). I feel outraged and angered by this and do not know who to go to or what to do. I still have my receipts for the down-payment and am willing to go lengths if this doesn't seem to reach them or if this doesn't get resolved.I will never do business with these people and if I were you, I would be very careful what you're getting into.
Nate Vick: Thoroughly enjoyed working with Joe in parts. There was an issue with shipping my replacement seat, and Joe went out of his way to make things right. Highly recommend Ducati of Detroit!
Michael Miller: Talk to Joel he’ll hook you up 👍
