Had over-ordered for our project and reached out well within the 30 day return period to be told that the company has NO CONTROL over their online ordering system and does not handle anything to do with them. Any time I call the "online ordering" phone number, I cannot get an answer. I've been trying to return these products for months now with ONE email communication from them. Terrible customer service, and even worse communication.

David Rinaldi: I was at the Electrical supply house (Ray Electric) that is attached to the lighting store on 14 mile in Troy earlier today. People are quick to write a review when something does not go how they want and/or maybe how it should go. But I feel you should also write a review when you receive good service Also. I was greeted by 3 smiling faces at the counter as I walked in. I had the pleasure of dealing with Russ today. I came in with a complex problem that I had already took to 2 other supply houses this week and left with them telling me to Google it and or look online. Russ took my part knew what it was and looked up the price. Most people would of stopped at that point, heck that was more then anyone else did for me. Russ then asked me to explain what I was doing and what I was trying to achieve. After I gave my story to him, he went in the back and brought up a new product and explained if I switched over to this it would be way more efficient and not thst much more. I ended up going this route! My problem is now fixed and I have a happy wife. The amount of patience and personable time that was spent with me, sold me. They have a customer for life and I would recommend anyone to go here for any lighting or electrical need they may have. #ThankYouRays #RussNeedsARaise#GreatCustomerSurvice

Duane Najarian: I needed some help clarifying something on a product I bought the previous day. I went to the livona location because I was in the area and had the part in hand. Not only did they clearly not want to help me but the person running the store was very rude and said that they don't tell people how to install things. Which I can accept but the way in which he went about it was extremely unprofessional and dare I say rude. I understand protocol but the attitude was not appropriate.SoI called the Madison heights location and talked to Ron and it was a night and day difference. He was so nice and helpful and easily within 2 minutes helped me understand what I needed clarified while staying professional in their protocol which I'm sure it's for liability purposes. I will go back to madison heights location and will go as far as recommending them for your elecical needs! Great job Ron and the rest of the staff at madison heights!
