Alan Stewart: Where to start. Brought my Boat to Jerry last summer (2021) to check it out prior to taking out on the lake. Tore into the engine and told me I needed a new block. Not knowing any different I had him do the rebuild at a cost of over 6K to me (with parts). Didn't take it out much on the lake afterwards due to engine not running right (error codes). This season finally got the marina to hook up Diagnostic laptop which states Low oil pressure. Also has rod knock. Took back to Jerry to make things right. 2 days later Jerry had a medical issue. I get it, that happens and I hope he will be fine. However, now I am trying to get Jerry to do what is right and either give me my money back or pay for the repair. Not a chance from Jerry. Just ghosting me now. Now I am paying for a new remanufactured engine and having the marina install it. If you are going to do a job do what is right and if you can't delivery then reiumburse the money I paid.

Stephen Seeman: I went to jerry to have a set of vortec heads cleaned up. Fantastic job, strait foward and got the job done quickly. When i picked them up, they shined like new.Not a fake post by the owner!!!

TheMattnelson1: I run a transmission shop. A customer brought us a remanufactured transmission for his 2010 F150 Raptor. After the install, programming wouldn't take. It said it had the wrong part. The replacement transmission, same thing. The second replacement transmission, same thing. Finally we went to Ford and got the valve body and electronics. Things worked fine. They collected their core and their defects over a month ago. They have not refunded the core charge or paid the labor claim yet. I would never be able to recommend one of my customers to come here.Edit: Just as a note since my review was replied. I did try to reach out to the business. Over and over. The warranty department does not pick up the phone, though they will call you back. I had best luck through email, though all I kept being told is we are working on it. The process took a month to get the labor claim done. I hope they took care of the core for my customer.
Matthew Townsend: Play phone tag for 2 days because you never receive a quote, just a quote number. Even with texting and calling multiple times, they sell the 3 engines instock to someone else. What a Joke.
