Mikhail Flip: Id be cautious about the generally positive ratings. I used Future Vision for testing and found them near completely unresponsive, in particular after they took my initial payment. I spent weeks (contacting them multiple times per week and by 3 different mediums) trying to contact them about the initial test, to see if further testing was necessary, and to get a quote on remediation. Their unresponsiveness meant I had to use another contractor for remediation and retesting. That contractor further questioned their report and felt they may have overcharged me. In addition to their testing being more expensive, their verbal quote was over 3x more than the second contractor’s. In all, I had to delay putting my house up for sale by over a month because of their lack of followup. By what I’m sure is pure coincidence, they did find the time to respond to my bank when I stopped payment. I’d highly recommend negotiating a clawback agreement for any service you have with them.

After finding black toxic mold in our newly purchased home, Ron and his team went out of their way to explain to us the additional testing they would need to do, the procedure for remediation, and the timeline for the work. We have never dealt with mold in the past, but felt confident in and taken care of with Future Vision Environmental. Ron and his team (special shout out to Angel and Jerry) worked literally around the clock to expedite the remediation process for us given they knew we were on a tight deadline to move in. At one point, we even lost power due to a windstorm and their team went and got a generator to keep us going that day! When our general contractors let us down by not scheduling an insulation install as we had originally required, Ron and his team took it upon themselves to do so within a day, driving to Home Depot and working late into the night to get it done. Liz Timmerman: Ron and his team remediated the ceiling of our garage. After remediation, they came back and did testing and felt like it wasn't 100% perfect. They came out again and fully remediated again and this time the follow up results were perfect. I have used other remediation companies in the past who never checked their work, and didn't stand by their mold-free guarantee. Ron stands by his word, and for that reason, I recommend him to all of my family and friends.

D S: Ron promised me a complete home inspection over the phone. I was excited to find them and was very clear as to what I wanted in an inspection and he assured me that he would meet my needs. He did an incomplete inspection, did not listen when I pointed out areas of visible concern, and stopped replying to my texts/calls. I messaged him saying it was unacceptable that he hadn’t replied to me or sent me the incomplete report, and he asked me if I’d like a refund to which I said yes. It’s been over a week and I have not received the refund and now he told me to seek legal action if I want it. Now we’re out $1,200 & a report. Ron is not true to his word and seems to take on too much work to where he doesn’t have time for you. Very disappointed and upset that we now have to hire another inspector.Service:Mold inspection

I too would like to recommend them for their fantastic and professional service!Ron of Future Vision arrived within a few days of our call to perform the air and tape tests on what we suspected was mold on the wood paneling in our basement. The tests unfortunately came back positive for mold (even in other places I had not even seen!) Ron was very thorough and patient in explaining the test results and texted us videos of the treatment so we understood their services and the treatment involved and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and walked me around the basement to point out the problem areas and how they would resolve it. Within a few days they were back again for the treatment. They were very thorough in the cleaning of the basement and performing the treatment. The next day he was back to retest the air and thankfully it was negative for mold spores! We are so relieved to have this resolved and I would highly recommend them for their services, they made a bad situation bearable for us!
