Barbara Hodge: Sandra promises after apprising what you have to sell a very appealing return $3500 because she assures you she has all these contacts with dealers and will take and display thousands of pictures and of course don’t bother signing the contract she says it’s not necessaryThe reality is a check for $23.90 after she was away 2 weeks before the sale so none of the presale work was done in a timely fashion, she promised one piece would not be sold if a certain price was not offered but that piece was gone, she changed the sale dates to Friday and Saturday from Saturday and Sunday and after my going thru every single item and I had 6 weeks prior to sale I could have called dealers or used eBay etc the sale netted $1177.00 her 30% left $823.90 and then after calling me and telling me it would cost $800 to remove what wasn’t sold and I objected and was under the impression that it had been worked out with my realtor and without my consent spent my $800 to remove contents which left me****************$23.90*******************Do not allow yourself to be victimized as I wasIt really hurts to be taken advantage ofBarbara B———6/18/2021

Nance Sadofsky: Very disappointed. I arrived at about 9:45 and stood in line waiting for the sale to start at 10 AM. What a surprise it was when the time came and those of us who were waiting so long to watch dealer after dealer exit the premises with boxes and bags of items we had all come to buy. Even those working the sale filled their cars before the public was allowed in. I had seen a number of items posted on line I was interested in. Now practically nothing left of interest. A sale that had advertised many antiques with no pre sale prices allowed, but now when the public who had waited so patiently outside in the cold breezes found sold out and lots of common household items and clothing left for us to buy. Fair’s fair. Thanks so much Two Sisters. It’s an insult.

My Mom's house was full from Top to Bottom and needed to be sold. When looking for a Professional Estate Sale's person look no further.... Two Sisters was a blessing.

Bryan Carroll: Sandy is a smart, reasonable and fair business woman and it was a pleasure to do business with her. Her estate sales are always well visited and that is a testiment to her professionalism
Michael: Date of sale scheduled but after signed contract and frequent emails confirming said date she still got it wrong and made it later, almost interfering with the sale of my property. Sale was not searchable on google as of 1 week before, despite claims that it was put online 2 weeks before. There was little prior preparation, and it was haphazard and disorganized. She did not make the most of what was there in order to sell as much as possible. I was never given an reciept of left over items donated or simply given away as stated in the contract but rather told some were given away via craigslist and some donated. I was supplied a blank donation form from an agency she didn't even donate the items to. When confronted with my dissatisfaction Sandy was rude, confrontational, and utterly unprofessional. Whether the initial issues were out of ethical lapses or mere incompetence, I would NEVER use her service nor recommend it to anyone.

Jennifer Kusch: They rigged an estate sale I attended that had highly coveted sports/music memorabilia. They gave the top spot on their sign up sheet to a friend of theirs who immediately beelined for the merchandise worth the most (he obviously knew where it would be) and bought it all as a lot. Very dirty way of doing business when so many avid collectors went out of their way to attend.I know for a fact they rigged the signup sheet because I was there when they got it out. The first person who had arrived was handed it and remarked in how there was already a name in the first spot. Dirty business that ticked off many collectors that had gone out of their way to sign up for one of the best spots on the list. There’s better estate sale companies to work with.

Timothy Stetter: I had the horrible task of executing my parents estate which included almost 50 years worth of stuff spread out over 4400 sq ft. I met with almost 10 estate sales companies and could tell right away Jeff and Jody were different from the others because of the interest and care they took just walking through the house during the consultation.I was deciding between them and another company and it came down to just the good feeling I got from meeting them, happily my instincts were correct. Throughout the several week process between consultation to close of sale they were always responsive, went above and went beyond on research and extra credit take home work, like putting my TMNT Technodrome back together.The setup process went great and all of their employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The sale itself lasted 4 days and we exceeded our estimates. From there within the next 5 days I used a cleanout company and maid service that works with Lolly and Pop and had my realtors ready for photography to list the house the following week.If you are looking for people that care about you, your well-being and making it as easy and profitable as possible I would whole-heartedly recommend them to host your estate sale.
