JTSBIKES JTSBIKES: The guy named Jeff Meltzer is rude and should not be employed. I emailed with him several questions and he answered 1 of them. He didn’t answer any of my questions so I called him and he said he call right back but hung up abruptly. I waited 3 hours and no call back. I called back and didn’t answer. Sent him a follow up email and he said his time is more important than mine and he don’t have time to talk to me. Just horrible service talk to anyone but this guy. Jeff sells audio out of this business all the time. He goes through audio like toilet paper.
CJ Thompson: Horrible customer service. I can't believe how disrespectful and incompetent everyone was. The worst part, though, is that the product is complete garbage! Absolute swindlers. Buyer beware!
Mr. Gone: Always top quality rags, delivered when I need them. Excellent customer service.

kevin brown: No overnight parking. 2 hr loading. Loaded at appt time, 9 am. Plenty of room to back in, but doors are close together. Port a johns for drivers. Guard and staff was nice .
Trucker cubanito288: You may coming early, over night parking inside facility, check in with security. Them will came to your truck and give you door. Good place to delivery.

Mark R: Only a delay in time took 4 and a half hours for loading, after that, there were no hours left in my logbook until I complete my way to the concerned destination. I had to sleep inside the site. The treatment of the guards was very good.

Because of the hateful and Disrespectful and uncaring, Rude,and very,very,very,unprofessional lady that works in the gaurd shack,if this company just new exactly how she treats the drivers,they would more than likely know why driving ers do not wanna come back here and haul their freight, but the life of a truck driver is not a bed of Rose's, after 21 yrs of dealing with those kind of people, its really just another day,so be careful, and be kind to someone, it just might make ur day!! (And theirs also)

frederic detwiler: This is a rip off company . We ordered chairs from a designer and we paid for shipping . The shipper dropped the off at TVI . TVI unloaded the chairs and opened them to ' Inspect ' .They never informed us of any damage . We went to pick the up and noticed that 3 were broken . For 3 months now we have been asking what they are going to do . Nothing . They just informed mw that I have to pay money for ' Receiving ' the chairs , but that was not on the contract , and there are $ 9000. of broken chairs .Absurd ,
