They are very good at insulting and humiliating instead of providing customer service. They behave as if customers means nothing to them even though they are making money out of us and our insurance. Ysn Rahin: Worse pharmacy ever. They don't know how to serve customers at all. They are really good at hanging up the phone while your talking. Every single one of them is rude. They tell you they will deliver to you but it never happened for me. They are just sitting there to make money. I gave them chance for months thinking their behavior will change but honestly they don't care about their customers. Honestly if you have self respect then choose a different pharmacy because they really good at insulting customers. Will never go back to them and will never recommend them to anyone. Poor customer service, unprofessional, rude behavior!

ijnlk kjbnk: I'd give this place a 0 out of 5 stars if I could, absolutely horrible service, I asked the black fat boy in the corner what is taking so long and he ignored me. Very dirty as well. The pharmacist there also is extremely rude, I asked him to bring me my felodipine and dexedrine and he gave me a very rude stare, and threw my prescription on the counter very aggressively, I also counted it at home and he gave the incorrect pill amount! Avoid this place please for your own sake.

Shayan: This place is great. Matin always helps out as much as he can! He only charges his cost of the medicine if your insurance does not cover it. Also, he does deliveries for free for people who are sick or are unable to get their medications.

This is a very busy pharmacy because the pharmacist Matin is great and always tries to go above and beyond for his customers but that also means it can and will take time to fill your prescriptions. The negative reviews on here are from impatient people. The staff is great here.

Ak S: Head manager matin has quite the attitude and I would give this pharmacy 0 start but that isn’t possible. Worst service, they say 15-30 mins to wait but it ends up being 1-2 hours. The other staff are great but the head manager is hard to deal with. Choose another local pharmacy, trust me.

Sheila D: We have been going to this pharmacy for quite some time now, and truly appreciate the personal care that we get from the owner and the staff. We had never before gone to a privately owned pharmacy, but what a difference. Our employer requires us to use a chain or mail order pharmacy for many things but I still come here for anything I can including vaccines, COVID tests, etc.. We could even get the vaccine and the test kits here when the chain pharmacies either did not have any or were so booked it would take a while to get one. Highly recommend!

The pharmacist was so kind to my little one and was quick with the shot. My 3 year old barely cried. And he loved watching TV and getting a free juice after. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone - kid or adult - that needs a vaccine. And I'm sure they're very helpful with medications too!

Mandy Pantuso: Came here for walk-in COVID vaccines for my 3 children. The pharmacist and technician were so kind and made sure to take the time to talk to my kids and ensure they were comfortable. Complimentary juice and a piece of candy while they watched a kid show in the lobby afterward was the icing on the cake. Such a good experience and we will be bringing future pharmacy needs to this establishment from now on.
