Our store is consider one of the cleanest and well organized store than ones they've been to recently according to multiple customers 😀our store is one of the most stock stores. As of today we now sell Backwoods so please come on in and get your supplies here at you favorite Family Dollar Store in Warren. Towels are always full except in middle of updating the schematics like in that picture.

Tee 313: Place is absolutely disgusting and probably has never been cleaned. Every time I step foot in there, the aisles are littered with boxes, trash, broken liquids spilling from bottles etc. Not to mention the moldy expired food. I don't know who is in charge of this place, but it needs to be shut down! If the food isn't moldy, it's still weeks past it's expiration date. What exactly do the employees do here?? I'll never be back!

Leah Perry: I was overcharged for item that was on sale. When I got to my car I reviewed my receipt and noticed what happened. I went back into the store and the cashier called a person who walked up to me eating a bowl of noodles. Once I explained to her about Michigan scan law she called another person and explain the issue. I'm assuming she was the manager. She was very rude and refused to help me. I suggested that if she did not know or was not familiar with Michigan skin law that she should call corporate office so that they can assist her in walking through the process. She with a attitude told me I'm not about to do all that it's after 4:00. She said that she'll either give me a refund or she'll give it to me for the sale price but she is not calling corporate. This is the same person who was walking through the store blasting music on a Bluetooth speaker.****UPDATE****I had a chance to speak with the store Manager. She was very professional and apologetic. She spoke with me about her own experience regarding The Michigan Scan Law and aknowledged that the situation should have been handled better. All in all I'm now satisfied with the outcome regardless of how it all began.

The store was open at least 15 minutes before I got there and the manager was still up front counting the cash drawer no registers open. When you hire the criminal/ghetto element expect that from customers. I won't be back.
LaTonya Jones: I bought some headphones (Soundlight) from there yesterday and they don’t even work they supposed to light up with 3 different colors red blue and green but only light up with 2 colors red and blue and I have to keep plugging and unplugging the cord just for the headphones to charge up and the headphones don’t be fully charged up when I keep it on the charger over night the headphones dies too fast after u charge them up

Alexis Kaigler: This is my common family dollar but the last time I went which was two days ago I was super upset! When I first walked in I was greeted with a hello from a lady at the cash register which I was really pleased about but as I’m working my way to the back to pick up snacks and house supplies I hear a young lady that worked for family dollar on the phone having a conversation ,with her phone on speaker !!! I ignored it I didn’t mind but it was really unprofessional, but I’m looking for pet carpet powder and just could not find it so I ask for assistance from the young lady on the phone and she says I think it’s in isle 4 and continued with her conversation. I never found it so I just went on to walking to the cash register to pay for my items assuming the young man at the cash register would help me but he rings the hand bell instead to let the other associates know I needed to be cashed out. I was just mind blown by how unprofessional everything was . Again I’m a common visitor and never had a problem before but this time I was just upset about the service all together!
Tahesha Honey: Someone didn't remove old sale price stickers and I had to come back to refund what my child bought and there was either a u-boat or totes in several isles unattended making it hard to pass with my shopping cart. I also had to move some of these items to reach what I wanted to purchase.

D Dunbar: Terrible place to work, the store manager isn't very keen on good workers. She rather you be about self rather than teamwork even if you see a coworker struggling. You can do your best but it won't be good enough. Don't apply if you have any dignity and actually take your work ethic seriously it won't be rewarded or appreciated.

In Our Home Real Life Situations: The light skin hiring manager and staff are very unprofessional they're rude my total was 38.73 the cashier had no singles and no pennies there was no manager around and the lady had to keep hitting the Bell in order for assistance when it came to loading my card when the manager returned she acted as if she did not want to service me she was yelling at the cashier telling her to reject purchases if they do not have exact change or using a card I thought that was very unprofessional don't shop here.

I went back on Monday and was treated like a lying thief. The young lady that helped me said she would review the camera and call me, well I never received a call and I can't get my money back. So, I ended up paying 10.60 for a cashier error. I am so very disappointed in the Family Dollar chain, everyone that shops there is not a lying thief. All I want is my money back for an item I didn't purchase. I will take my business to Dollar General.

And at first it was one of the best family dollar around but then it got messy and it looks like they are picking up a little. But all the new employees are rude everytime I come in there either someone sitting behind the counter or a very long line with employees just walking past not doing nothing and not even acknowledge customers they are always on there phone I asked to speak to a manger (had bought some expired food that was 2 months expired realized when I left store I still have receipts ) and the dark skin short girl manger was on her phone talking and just ignoring employee that tried to help me and was very rude to her I didn’t even want to speak to a manager after that I will not be coming back. I’ve had much better experience 13 and grosebeck and 10 and vandyke employees are actually trained and nice sales floor never messy and very stocked

Working they will open up in 30 minutes so I waited and the parking lot was a mess gates were opened on dumpster so I drove back there and took 5 boxes picked a few things up from the ground and closed the gates up...the next shift showed up and the store opened up...it was so bad inside stuff everywhere so if they couldn't open for custermers they should of been cleaning the store...I use to love going into that store it was so clean so stocked and opened till 10 pm...none of that anymore

Vickie Johnson: Went to the one by alter road on Warren they didn't have any shopping carts and the hand baskets had no handles. There was at least 15 people waiting in line when another cashier finally opened up he said credit or debit only he was able to help two people the rest of us was using cash so everyone still had to wait in the long line only for the cashier to say she didn't have any change so please try to have exact change. I don't fault them I fault the owners of these establishments. Almost everyone of them say they have no change and there is always stock blocking shelves and whole aisles to where you cant get to items. I really try not to have to go to any family dollar but if I do I go to the one on Gratiot and Mt. Elliot, their usually well stocked and the staff is really polite and they have shopping carts. To the people who own Family Dollar visit your locations and see how poorly their ran. I know places are short on staff so I can understand that, but your short on staff, stock and let's especially not forget change

Portia_ Speaks: The cashiers are mediocre, and the parking lot is disgraceful. If this company really cared for its customers, it wouldn't attempt to murder their cars. It wouldn't be this way in a suburban area, and the store always looks like a landfill! It's embarrassing!

Christopher Howard: To me it's a one way for fine convenience
Kimas Kreatives: Rude sales associate - possibly management!!!!! I purchased an extension cord rang up at $11.25 but I didn’t notice it until after my order was completed. So I went back to the aisle and took a picture of the actual price of the item which was $10.25. I took it back to the same sales associate who I believe was actually the manager and told me that it was too late. I stated that it was not too late and that all they had to do was give me the price difference. This individual argued back-and-forth with me in front of other customers and even wanted me to repeat to them that I understood that next time I would check the price before my sale was completed. All they had to do was adjust the price and give me the difference. That’s it. It was not my fault that the price in the system was different from the price on the sales floor. But they made it seem like I was at fault because they did not want to take an extra minute to do the return. I kept my cool and was not rude but they were extremely rude to me and it was completely unnecessary. I I live in the neighborhood and I try to frequent the neighborhood stores to keep them going but I just can’t deal with the attitude. I will never go into that store again!

ThePreciousfab: This is a welcome store to pick up a few quick items, albeit I've been in there twice while shoplifters walked out with merchandise, or a team member was a little unprofessional, or stock wasn't properly placed on shelves due to staffing issues. However, there have been times when the cashiers were fine, and attempts were made to have the store in order! I will give them credit for effort. Unfortunately, I noticed this store has been closed the last few times I checked. Have folks quit? Are they vacationing? Is FD having trouble hiring? What is it now?

Gossip more about personal drama not considering the Customers in front of them. Customer Service is Trash. Have Explicit music blasting like they're at a club. I see why the place stay getting Robbed

Angela Nathan: Some of the workers didn't have a mask on. I didn't like the male worker talking loud and using profanity with customers in the store including my young grandchild. He was at another one of the family dollars which was the reason I stopped shopping at the one on Mack and Alter.

Patricia Rice: The shelves was not stocked it was a lot of empty spaces workers stand around ask questions did not get the correct answer service desk filled up what a lot of stuff around it cashier was very nice when you walk into a store you expect for some things to be on the shelf I know a lot of customers are shopping right now but the things they're not shopping for the shelves are empty.I'm looking for a Christmas tree I've been going into family Dollar for the last 14 days and it keeps saying they're going to be in on the next truck they have not received any Christmas trees I apologize yes they have received some Christmas trees but not the ones that you see in the paper on sale paper I'm seeing on my coupon app thank you for letting me put my comments in
