John: Took the CPL class with Ron. He was a great instructor. The class was informative but also Ron managed to make the information interesting to learn, even the legal portion, it felt like learning from a knowledgeable old friend. He made sure everyone understood everything well and that they understood the seriousness of self defense while also keeping the mood light for the most part. Great class with a great instructor.The facilities were nice too, the range, bathrooms and class were all clean and well maintained. Plus they have deleading soap in the bathrooms.
Kevin Lord Hollow Hicks: Awesome, excellent gun shop. Anyone you speak to is knowledgeable and great at answering your questions. They allow you to make informed decisions about what type of firearm is ideal for you. They give you the facts and let you go from there. I legit can't see myself buying my guns from any other place.Took my CPL class there and it was a clean, concise and memorable experience. I recommend Action Impact across the board, regardless your needs. They'll treat you respectful and right.

Bre Bre: Today was my first time coming here. I took my CPL class online and decided to visit this location for the range portion. Every worker here was extremely nice and patient. All of my questions were answered and I was showed in detail how to handle a gun for the first time. I will be purchasing from this location and starting today this will be my only range I attend lol. I felt very welcomed and my instructor felt that I was nervous and made me feel 100 percent comfortable. I highly recommend this place for newbies like myself!!

Helen Street: Took class last week and was amazed at all the things i need to know and learn about handling, shooting and the law, I had Willie, Julius, and Dave was my range instructor, very helpful answered all questions and concerns, I will be going back for more training and lots more range time. Willie is very good at lecture and instruction as well as down to earth and downright funny and personable.

laura otto: I took their CPL course and I loved it! Robert was my instructor and he was absolutely amazing!! I learned a lot from the course and feel super confident in my abilities. I would absolutely recommend anyone come here and take the class, purchase a firearm, or even have a custome made holster. Everyone there is super friendly and very knowledgeable about firearms as well as the laws.

I recommend taking his class to everyone I know, you will not be disappointed or without the knowledge to protect yourself and your family and most importantly gun safety.After our class we went over to the shop and my husband bought the gun he has been looking for the staff was amazing very helpful full of knowledge and extremely informative I would have given 10 stars if I was able to.
