Safayeth Khan: Update: After writing this review they called back and said they gave an estimate few months back which is true and that they don't do repeat estimate but I just wanted to know the amount and schedule a removal, changed the review to 4 star, due to miscommunication, but still doesn't change the fact that they are hard to reach. Any kind of update/call from them regarding why no one showed up or what the estimated amount was would have helped avoid current situation.Old: They don't answer calls. But they did call back and we did schedule an appointment for tree removal estimate. On scheduled day no one showed and didn't receive call for rescheduling. Called back again but no answer and they haven't called back.I got the tree removed by another company.

Per tier which if you've been there you'll know that's on par with buying from a party store, normally the old man(the owner) is there any has his family and or high School kids helping load up ,today just had some rude 20 something there hopefully next time I'll call ahead and the the old man will be there and get things back to normal, hopefully this isn't the new standard theremembers working

(Way better than the junk wood they sell at the state parks!)Funny story: I stopped in one day with my teenage son behind the wheel and we got to chatting with the owner. He ended up giving us an impromptu lesson in how to back up the truck using only the mirrors (and not turning your head). My kid learned more in 45 minutes driving around the yard than he ever did in driver's training!Not sure if you will get the driving experience, but you will definitely get quality firewood at a great price.

Brian C: This review is for propane refill. People were very nice and courteous. And no waiting so I'd recommend this place over Uhaul ONLY if you're filling empty tank.Uhaul charged me for amount of propane that went in the tank. This place charges flat fee ($18 something for 20lbs tank) for each size tank regardless of it's empty or not. So if your tank is about half full and want to top off for a trip or party, I wouldn't recommend this place. But this is their policy which I wasn't aware of so I wouldn't deduct a star for that.Overall experience was excellent.

Doug Smith: My neighbor was having work done. This company put their extra equipment such as front loader buckets, Trunk pickers, etc. (5 pieces) on my yard. This was not a next door neighbor nor just a few feet into my yard - across the street, 2 houses down and 15 feet into my yard. They did not ask nor did they respond when I waved them over pointing to the equipment. There was more than ample room on my neighbors property. This was most unprofessional.

Joe Smith: I called just for a quote on brush removal from my property and ended up getting a reasonable quote that fit my budget where other companies had a minimum chipping charge that was WAY too much for the amount of work that was entailed. They were able to come out only a couple hours after I called, extremely responsive. Their team was able to get my property clear of the brush in a matter of 15-20 minutes. Very respectful and professional team that even made sure my property was swept up upon finishing the project. Will continue to go through them if I am ever in need again, thanks guys!!
