DeAngelo Wells: So I spoke with someone about buying a mortar rack over the phone and he told me it would be $55 because it was everything in the store half off. When I went to check out, I was told I would have to pay full price. I’m like so who dropped the ball. I’m a veteran, all I ask is for transparency. And even on the veteran note, there’s no real discount, you just get an item of 10% of your subtotal. So basically you better spend at least a few hundred to actually get an “item” for free. We have spent way to much money trying to support my local business and offended us and talked down to us. Who is responsible for making that person with no knowledge of fireworks a Manager. We will never spend any more money at this company . We were so disgusted with out experience today and you lost our business today which easily would have been $500+. We walked out spending $0 because of this Manger. We will never cone back unless he is gone. He has no people skills what's so ever.
