Sierra Johnson: Im not the one to write negative reviews but I Just called about an hour ago. The woman/pharmacist I talked to was VERY RUDE! I called regarding my nephew medication to get it transferred from the location on 12 & dequindre to this location. She couldn't find his information in the system although I had just spoke with the other location, so I asked her if she could call the other location..she sarcastically proceeded to question me saying "well why are you changing locations anyways" like first off it's none of your business and apparently it's for a good reason, it's an urgent matter so ofc I am going to try to make it convient for me. This is what you get paid to do..all you had to do is make 1 phone call🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️..Well I ended up calling Warren Care and she was so pleasant and she will be calling Rite Aide to transfer the prescription. At his point I'd just stick with another pharmacy. The Rite Aide on 15 Gratiot is far more pleasant. I even left them a good review.

Joshua Conner: I called and asked about a covid test and was told I needed an appointment unless it was between 2-3. So I get there and I’m told that’s for vaccines and not testing. There was no one in line except me and instead of making things right they sent me on my way without a test. Very unprofessional, especially when it’s concerning covid.

Melissa Armon: Was there last night. Two pharmacists or pharmacists techs were behind window. Not one person in front of me. Not one person behind me. Not one person in drive thru. Not either one of those two acknowledged my presence. If ur busy it doesn’t take much to look up at a customer and say we will be right with you. I’m going to have to change pharmacies now. No this isn’t the first time it happens quite often and usually with at least the same person. Please fix this with some education etiquette of some sort.Thank you

Tricia Scheall: MY FIRST REVIEW WAS REMOVED!!!! I went to get my 2nd Covid shot and the pharmacist was administering shots in the waiting area. When I told him it was against HIPPA he said that's how they have always done vaccines. I then replied not it isn't, as I got my first vaccine there and they put me in the patient room to do it. He also was not monitoring patients after their shots and told the two people before me they could leave right after I watched them get their vaccine. The whole situation made me uncomfortable. He also did not wear gloves or a mask. When I mentioned HIPPA he said he could do it in the patient room.

Jessi McKenna: This was previously an exemplary location enforcing COVID-SAFE practices. I went out of my way to go there today because of my last visit. I walked, saw unmasked customers, and turned around and walked out. When I called from the parking lot to inquire as to whether they have stopped enforcing masks, the clerk fed me a line about how there were no customers inside without a mask...then she tried to tell me there were three without a mask, but she just waited on them, they bought cigarettes, and they're gone now. Then she proceeded to tell me that I could go all the way to the pharmacy in the back to be waited on if I didn't want to be around unmasked customers.

Heather Rich: BEST RITE AID EVER!!!!! Actually, best drugstore ever! Store is AWESOME! It has everything I could ever want 👍. The people who work thee are AMAZING! So nice, friendly, helpful, personal and HELPFUL 💖. Every employee, from the front of th3 store to the pharmacy, are exceptional ⭐️⭐️⭐️ It is a joy to go to the Rite Aid, no matter if I am buying candy, make up, cards, pop, snacks, etc. or if I am picking up my prescriptions. Thank you Rite Aid for making me feel like you really care about me 😍👍💕

Pat Krali: Went in to Rite Aid to get a Tetanus shot today. Jennifer was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She had answered all my questions and put me at ease during my visit.I would recommend this location for your prescription refill and immunizations for Flu, Pneumonia and Tetanus.I was pleasantly surprised. Good job!

Red FX: Same hours 7 days a week! Layout was done by a university grad at the corporate level so nothing makes sense.

Pat Baker: Pharmacy staff is great, especially Kamil and Mary. I had a difficult situation getting the medication my brother needs desperately. The pharmacist (Kamil) worked very hard for me and was able to get it. He is very patient and understanding and went out of his way to help me. He deserves 10 stars!! And Mary has been very patient with me. She has always been pleasant and helpful. I hope they never leave!!

alex karjoo: My Rite aid in Caro Mi transferred my prescriptions to the Rite Aid store # 02509 in Warren Mi, when I went to refill my prescriptions The pharmacist was very rude and and didn’t greet me in the rite matter and told me I’m not going to refill your prescriptions told me I can only refill one of my medication when I had total of two medications to refill , they called Caro Rite Aid and told them we can not process the medication you must give us call ahead of time, then they refilled my medication, she was giving the people she knows The medication with no problem and with me she had a problem I am very dissatisfied with this Rite Aid on 14 and Ryan very rude customer service Will make sure to tell my friends and family never to come to this Rite Aid ..
