They want you to walk up to the door to check in.I came here at 7:30 pm my appointment wasn't until 5:30am the following day. The yard dog helped me figure out where to park and gave me great info.I checking in at 3:30 am and was giving a door right away, the guy behind the window was very nonchalant like he could care less.They work on a green light system once it's green go in and get your bills

The told me to go to Truckstop 4miles away (UNA TRAVEL CENTRE. 8125 E 10 MILE ROAD, ROSEVILLE, MI 48066). Come back on time. I came back at the receiving by 12am. I was told to park at tge street and come back by 1:30am. I did, check in by 1:30am Not forgetting to park your truck on the street, Rainning heavy and you need to walk to the office with your paperwork. No truck allowed. Check in, Told to wait for a call in my truck. Asigned a door by 0320am.

Very unpleasant and belittling experience. I really did not think a belt inquiry would be such a big ordeal, especially considering I had all the information. I had written the correct size to the mm, thickness, tooth count, pitch, any detail needed to make a sale on a notepad in hand....had the conversation even gotten that far they possibly could have made a sale today. So thank you "Dave at amtek" for a very unpleasant start to my stepper motor drive belt purchasing venture.

I asked about the size displayed, if it would fit a 30" stove. I was told the size, but it seemed too big. I told the person I was looking for standard cookie sheets but he said that's what he had even though there appeared to be a space for a standard size. I did not find him friendly or helpful. I walked around the store looking for various other items I wanted but left thinking...my money is good anywhere. Looked like great merchandise. Must have been a bad day for him. I won't go back. He lost about $100 sale.
