Heather Curtis: Over night parking on the street. It fills up quick. Reciving door is by dock 1, it's labeled "will call" door. They start receiving at 1:30am. They want you to walk up to the door to check in.I came here at 7:30 pm my appointment wasn't until 5:30am the following day. The yard dog helped me figure out where to park and gave me great info.I checking in at 3:30 am and was giving a door right away, the guy behind the window was very nonchalant like he could care less.They work on a green light system once it's green go in and get your bills
Manish Singh: Easy check in pay lumper fees parking available on streets easy backing 2-3 wait time to get unloaded and paperwork restroom inside the checkin office.

S P: Slow and lazy people at this place , drivers avoid this place. Lamper guy’s are Cheaters they charged extra money from my credit card. If you pay with credit card, make sure you check the amount they charge you and the amount on the receipt.

Yewer P: Mi primera vez descargando en este lugar. Mi cita para las 7:00 am. Llegue el día antes a las 9:00 pm y me parquee en la calle frente a este warehouse y hay dormí. Hay letreros que dicen que no te parquee pero igual todos se quedan a dormir aquí. Hice mi check In a las 6:00 am. Me dieron puerta de una vez. Algunas puertas para parqueo son un poquito incomoda otras no. Después que te parquee te dan luz Roja y cuando terminen luz verde. Cuando tenga luz verde; sale y te parquea en lado izquierdo enfrente de la oficina y vas por tu papeles. Me tocó pagar lumper. Good luck guys🙏.

The told me to go to Truckstop 4miles away (UNA TRAVEL CENTRE. 8125 E 10 MILE ROAD, ROSEVILLE, MI 48066). Come back on time. I came back at the receiving by 12am. I was told to park at tge street and come back by 1:30am. I did, check in by 1:30am Not forgetting to park your truck on the street, Rainning heavy and you need to walk to the office with your paperwork. No truck allowed. Check in, Told to wait for a call in my truck. Asigned a door by 0320am.

Stephen Wingerberg: Appointment was 0530. Arrived at 0500. Immediately put in door. 10 skids delivered and BOL signed by 0528. Friendly checker, friendly desk clerk.
Cabdi Xassan: Good place fits come first serves my appointment was 9am but when I readed the comments I decided to check in at 3am then they told me to get any available door from 5 to 10 for dry load and inform them. Started offloading immediately
Yacine Haddad: Wasn’t sur about checking in time. I went at 2am backed into door break seal and open door. 12-16 chilled 17-22 frozen.I was surprise they start unloading me at 3am before I check in. The nice lady come to my truck asking for my BOL. Was out less then 1 hour. Great service thanks

Gary Smith: Dry vans closest docks to the gate..reefers to other side...just hit any dock after 2am and go check in at 4am..take seal off throw it in the back and hit your dock and male sure your tandems are back..tight spot to maneuver but not that bad..the guy mark unloading was awesome...great dude!!was very helpful as this was my first time here.keep your paperwork and go check in after 4am...park at big boy warehouse next door till 2am then come grab a door..no overnight here..and gotta leave when done cause they busy af...

Dawn Singleton: Misha has excellent customer service. She aims to please her customers taking into consideration on what the customers dietary wants by asking questions. I have bought abet large and medium boards as well as the personal boxes. They we all fresh beautiful visually (which you make you not want to eat it lol) she knows what combination of meat and cheese to put together that makes your palate sing! She is very detailed oriented and creative. As you can see I’m a returning customer and would recommend Charcuterie Charm for personal or business events.
