Fantasy Collision & Customs: This company is rip off stay away they replaced my Forklift hydraulic line and then it came off the fitting after couple of months and then they try to say this is not the one they replaced but all the hoses are matching original except theirs same with fittings as it shows in the picture stay away from this place Mike is not The person you work with

michael gessler: This was by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Needed service for a leak in my forklift, had a quote finalized and paid for to find out the fix wasn't actually done. Continued to leak even more than before. When called to come properly fix, they wanted to charge me for more money and said it was something else that was causing the leak. So beyond my better judgement, I had them do the other service that they said would completely fix it, and paid them in full. It didnt leak for 1 day and then continued to leak everyday following. Did nothing to rectify it, just wanted to charge me more money for them having to come back out. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Grant Chandler: So I was in need of a new forklift for my warehouse and I did plenty of research and read a ton of reviews. In the end my gut told me go with Quantum. I'm very pleased with my decision. After having a forklift cost our company 13k in repairs I needed a company that offered a warranty that covered repairs in the event they were needed. Theirs was the best. I highly recommend them.

David Tallieu: I wouldn't recommend dealing with this this organization. Nothing but problems and they nickle and dime you for everything. Read your contract too.... There are way better and more honest dealers out there!

After over $8,000 of repairs/rentals our fork lift still didn't run. Gave up on them, switched to a competitor, and they fixed it in a week.Thinking about a law suit to recoup our losses.

Steven Grill: Would not recommend, Unfortunately.Could not get a response via email for service. Took a little waiting to get a call back. Tech shows up and spends most of the time walking back and forth from truck for what should be a simple inspection of tilt cylinders. Spent 45 mins in shop working on the quote and says they're going to bill me an hour. Get bill for 1.5 hours and a quote for transporting forklift back to their facility to get a better quote. Cylinder seals are not a big job. Replace the seals and move on.. not $200 here to quote, $600 there quote and maybe we can do it.. Very unprofessional. I mean who comes in to look at tilt cylinders then only provides a solid quote for a starter.. My god, GYST.

Nate Hamama: I'm writing to inform you about my experience with Fraza Forklifts. Our company contacted Fraza to perform an inspection of our Cat in Feb of 2018. We told them to that it may have a leak from head gasket and its leaking coolant.They sent their service guy to inspect and fix the problem.4-19-19 invoice 344063 amount $3214.75. Work performed was replaced thermostats,thermostat housing, rad hose. Had to drill out broken bolts for housing, replace seal for oil filter adapter..06/29/18 invoice 353544..Called Fraza in to inform them that unit is overheating. Found loose belts and cleaned debris. Billed for 6.75 hours. Cost is 891.88INv. July 11. Unit overheating again. This time found fan motor control solenoid bad. inv 357474 amount $648.51Came back out to finish the initial job on July 13, 2018. Inv # 357323 amount $3719.74. Hours of labor billed 21.75 (over billing). He informed us that it had a fuel leak. Billed us for inv 358657 in the amount of $1150.79In October of 2018 they replaced a starter inv # 363586 (separate issue) as well as working on our Nissan fork lift and our Bob cat. Approx $2k between two invoices.In November unit began overheating again with coolant leaking. I called Fraza and this time requested a different tech. He came out and evaluated the machine and sent me an estimate to repair heads that were causing the issues. The overheating is a direct result of losing coolant which is the first problem that initiated our Fraza call. They never fixed the source of the problem only put a band aid on it. The repair estimate was for$7640.96. I have spoken directly Autum (service manager) who offered an $800 credit towards the repair (unacceptable). I have spoken to Roger Runyan (owner) regarding the situation and promised to make things right but it has not happened. We have been a great customer over the years. Prior to these issues we had purchased a $110k Seleck lift from them. Fraza tech's misdiagnosed the issue with this Cat forklift and they want to charge us again to repair it.

Michael Kline: We rent from Fraza when we install Laundromat equipment and they always deliver on time and provide us a new or newer lift to use. Even when truck drivers don’t make it on time, they are sure to take care of us by picking the truck up after we actually finish the job.Recently we had them complete an entire brake job on of stand up Clark lift and they saved us over $1000. The other company added so much labor to their quote that we decided to only call Fraza in the future.

John Sugg: I needed a forklift operators permit so I took a class at Fraza a few months ago. Great place with very knowlegable and very experienced Instructors (Mack). Hands on part was great and so was the classroom.

Jerry Jackson: They charge me $120 to pick my Honda generator for repairs (450lbs)which was working fine before I gave it to them ; it just needed a new circuit switch $250 two months of waiting for part. Also a tune up for another $250. Only to have them drop it off at my house while I was at work let run for 20 seconds (in front of my wife😒) and it never worked again. They said it was my fault for not running the generator once a month and it would cost me another $120 to look at it again.We will see them in small claims court.

Zachary Holston: Beware of this company.I brought my forklift battery charger in for repair. I paid the $45 diagnostic fee.They told me I was a bad transformer and could not be repaired and attempted to to sell me a $450 used unit. I came to pick up my old unit and they kept trying to convince me to give them the old unit and they would refund th $45 dollar fee. I declined. They took 15 minutes to bring me back my old unit. When I got it back i discovered the controller card had been taken from my old unit. When confronted about it they said "I don't see why all the fuss over a scrap charger" they returned my control card.I reinstalled the card and took the charger to Earls Battery Service in Fraser, MI. They gave me a loaner unit to use why they checked my unit. They called me the next business day to tell me my charger was repaired. It was a bad wire and cost me $80 dollars.Mac service in my opinion is a very dishonest company and will try to rip you off

Dennis O'Connell: Let me start with I had a LONG shot of a generator job and I had very few hopes of getting it started. It was an old WWII Onan that produces only 12V but its a classic. Now its been with them for a very long time (about a year and I told them its no priority) but they have been persistent in trying to get it working, I think more as a matter of pride than anything so in my opinion these guys are top notch. They have what looks like a very healthy business and regardless of the review of woman at the front desk, who has always been polite to me, they do what they say and wont quit till the jobs done. The fact that they take on work from the private sector is just a kindness on their part. They likely could survive without that business but still it feels like to me they are about helping and that's hard to come by anymore.

Sunshine Hero: we purchased a used forklift with almost 20K , and less than 2 yeas, the battery can only support 1.5 hours work, the service came and told us the battery was fine half a year ago.Their service is sosososo expensive, for a battery simple check , they charge service fee, 95 dollars for just show-up, plus they charge fuel surcharge, and they charge labor both on the travelling time and the labor in the facility with the same rate. we had another service company coming doing the same thing, they charged us $0 in total, as it was a simple check.

Madison Bartelt: We purchased a used fork lift from Bell a year and a half ago. They sold it under the guise that it was in great condition, it was inspected and so on. Over the last year and a half, we've only put on under 200 hours and have had consistent problems since our purchase. Their best offer to assist was to charge us $3,300.00 in replacement costs, when we asked a colleague in the industry, they charged us 1/3 of that price. Would not recommend this company if you're looking to purchase a forklift, new or used. Terrible customer service.
