Ramzi Haddad: Really enjoyed the tenders, very juicy and flavorful. The uncle joe's sauce was very good and they were quick, granted I was there with only one other customer there. My complain is about the price because a starter combo that has 3 tenders shouldn't be this pricy in my opinion, but they could maybe provide an extra side with the meal to justify the price. My total was about 14$ because i got an extra sauce ( which was 1$, which is a lot in my opinion) but I feel I could've spent 14$ at another place and was more full. Never the less I did like it, will be coming back but not happy about the price.
K M: The Coleslaw is great, fries were amazing, Texas toast was good, but the chicken tenders were just subpar, which shocked me.It's hard to justify the price for the food, especially when the size of the coleslaw side they give you in the $17 combo is smaller than what you get at KFC.

I called church's and requested that they please do not forget the sauce for the tenders because they always do (I didn't say it like that)and they said no problem. Food arrives... no sauce no biscuits no white meat chicken they sent dark and everything was spicy!! I can't feed my small children that old greasy burnt spicy chicken that they sent. I mean some were burnt some had hardly any breading and were only breading. Lol! I live right by them and I never had a good experience there. By the looks of it very few do. I really hope they start caring about their customers or just close the restaurant.

Josh Prentice: We placed an online order at 4PM to be picked up at 8:45PM. The order was to feed 6 adults. I arrived to pick up the order and was told that they didn't have enough food to fill the order. They offered to turn the fryer back on and make what they had but that was not a satisfactory situation. Nobody contacted us to cancel the order. Never, ever again will we visit this establishment.

Their food is great, but every franchise is incompetently run, to the point that it has become a meme. While sitting and waiting, 3 other cars came through the drive thru and was served and left. I then pull back into the drive thru window and asked where my food was? I was told it would take 1 minute and to pull into a parking spot to help their drive thru time. Fact of the matter is...I don't care about your drive thru time if it's not efficient. It took almost 10 more minutes to get my food. I'm good on this place and won't be returning anytime soon!!!
Michelle Bullard: Tried the nuggets and was very disappointed. I was shocked at the small box that had 12 nuggets in it. I knew right then how small they were. They look nothing like the commercial. It’s usually fairly busy and their dining room is closed for dine in, however, you can go in to the dining area to pick up your carry out.It’s located just off the freeway which is perfect since I normally go right before work and can just hop back on the freeway.I recommend the chicken sandwich. Best one I’ve had from any fast food type of place.Other than that, not much to say. It’s chicken shack, get ready for a nap after eating it.
