The supervisor proceeds to speak on something that is totally not his business nor has any clue of the reasons of why I wanted monogram removal. I run a major corporate business and we would never ever out the gate speak on things that isn't our business until we obtained a relationship with the client. They need some serious training! Since I live downtown it's close but I'll take my service to BirminghamI went right over to wolverine Fur. And they asked NO questions! The took the monogram that said "POS" and put my signature on it! I don't need no long drawn out rap sheet. If I'm paying and I'm telling you what I want, and you provide those services, do it. Wolverine Fur in Eastern Market re did my monogram for $60
