G Gibson: Went there to get some parts to fix my dryer. They had everything I needed in stock and the guys behind the counter also gave out some great advice. If your a DYI person, this is an awesome place to get what you need. Go check them out, they will save you time and money.

Daniel Cesario: I loved this place years ago when it was under another name. I was back in this city today helping a friend fix an appliance and decided to get the part we needed here.I'll take the blame for not having the model number, but I didn't think it was needed. I walked in and asked the woman at the counter for my part. She said she needed the model number of the appliance. I said I didn't think it mattered and she insisted it did. So I went in the parking lot and proceeded to make and recieve half a dozen phone calls. 50 minutes later, I got the number I needed. I walked back in but this time got a different employee. He didn't even ask for the model number that I had scribbled onto the margins of a local newspaper. He came back in a flash with the exact part I needed.The first employee saw this take place and simply shrugged her shoulders at the incident. Then asked me, "Have you been here this whole time?" She offered no apologies and said nothing more.

Alan Crill: Ordered parts for my dishwasher which had to be shipped in from another location. They said it would be about 7-10 days to get. I found the parts online cheaper and ordered them and got them in 3 days so I didn’t need the parts I ordered from Dey Distributing. I tried calling the local number numerous times to cancel my order but no one ever picked up and my call was rerouted to their call center in Minnesota who just rerouted the call back to the Center Line location. I finally got someone to pick up in Center Line and I told them I needed to cancel my order and get a refund but they kept saying I must have already picked the order up since the items weren’t there and they refused to give me a refund. Obviously someone there doesn’t know how to keep track of inventory. Disputing the transaction with my credit card company.

Tsunami Mc: Been using Behler-Young for almost 30 years. Very good service. Almost everything imaginable for heating and cooling in stock or can be shipped in from the warehouse the next morning. Very good pricing compared to other local suppliers. Never spent more than 10 minutes waiting in line in 30 years. Almost every supplier is super busy at 10-11am, so I never go to suppliers at that time.
Chris Slay: Slowest employees I've ever seen. No matter how many guys are in line whether it's 0-10 you will spend a minimum of 25-45 minutes in the store.

Steve Gralewski: Before calling this business I had another company come out and found my problem. My inducer motor went bad and they removed the motor (took 5 min), but they didn't have a replacement in stock and all the suppliers were out (was not charged).Called Williams to make a same day appointment (they were out within 4 hours) and I specifically told the lady on the phone that my inducer motor went bad and I needed a replacement.Service tech was in my house for less than 5 min, never touched the unit since the part was already off, made a couple calls and came back and told me there was one part left in their warehouse and came up with a quote of $907 for the (around $125) part and install. When I said no thank you they charged me an $89 service fee.Called Great Dane with the same information, quoted me $500 on the phone provided there was nothing else wrong, came out 3 hours later and did the install.I understand a business need to make money but over quoting by so much is crazy, then adding an $89 "diagnostic fee" when they didn't diagnose anything, just made some calls.Service:HVAC system repair

C Thole: Kieran Came out and diagnosed my system which was mis- diagnosed by Mastercraft heating and cooling and he fixed the circuit breaker for $200. Mastercraft wanted $10,000 for an all new system. I’m very thankful that Williams did not try to gouge me and simply diagnosed correctly and fixed the problem which is now allowing the AC system to work perfectly again thank you Williams!

Robert Nischwitz: Incredibly difficult to deal with over the phone. It's very very hard to get someone who you can actually speak with regarding parts. You're on hold forever and you might not ever get anyone on the phone. Their voice recording says you can text questions to a # but when you text them no one responds. Very frustrating. Their website is extremely outdated and difficult to use as well. If I lived close enough to them I would definitely go there in person. Otherwise they're just very difficult to work with.

Detroit Jet Ski Rental: Great customer service. Called and told them what was wrong with our boiler. They told me what was wrong with the boiler over the phone. They advised me not to buy a more expensive part which was a control board($250). But told me the Transformer ($40)may be bad and try that first. Even thought Hamtramck HVAC could have made more money selling me the control board. They choose to shoot me the less expensive route.. and it fixed our boiler.. Very...Very Cool beans..
