He knew my issue just by talking to him for a few minutes on the phone. He sent his technician right over and fixed the problem in under and hour. From initial phone call to job completion 2 hours. Amazing work and price seemed reasonable. I highly recommend using them.

They told us that we would not need a service call for that. We should just adjust the sensors which were probably out of line. When we said that the door did not come down evenly they said that would require a service call. The basic service call fee was very reasonable. The repair person came on time and after looking at the door told us that the motor and the equipment were fine —- that we just needed to lubricate the equipment on a regular basis. (Something we didn’t even know we were supposed to do.) Can’t believe we were so lucky to find such an honest and competent repair service. I highly recommend them!
