technologic80: Service was absolutely abysmal, food was good. Restaurant at est. 40% capacity. Many staff running around, doing god knows what, but clearly have little direction or actually know their purpose. Gordon Ramsay or Bar Rescue would have a FIELD DAY with the Management & Staff here. It would probably turn the entire episode into a freaking series like Oak Island, this place needs it so badly. I could see either one of them spending SEASONS at this place. Everyone seems miserable, seemingly with zero (and I mean absolute zero) customer service in food service aptitude. The communication chain is broken, and this place operates like nobody is in the wheelhouse. Shut 'er down and let these poor souls go find jobs where they'd be much better at - like maybe a factory, or a salt mine underground where they do not have to interact with other people. The chicken quesadilla was the only part of my experience that had me begrudgingly give 2 stars. The quesadilla had more personality than ANY staff there.

nathan kitchen: I personally love coming here, jimmy ALWAYS knows how I want my drinks made. His bartending skills a superb and fast. Very friendly and very conversational. He’s a very cool person to talk to, I come here every week because of jimmy and I keep coming back because of jimmy.

Kristina Reid: The bartender admitted their brunch menu is outdated and he said he couldn’t ring up several of the items as a result. The bartender apparently also couldn’t make a mimosa with cranberry juice instead of orange juice—despite there being cranberry juice available. He just said he couldn’t customize it. It seemed like he was just having a bad day and felt better by being smug and unaccommodating to simple requests. It’s clear he loves his job… thank you for the pleasant experience….You’re better off waiting for Bobcat Bonnie’s—there’s a reason they have a wait and Bar Louie was empty.

Susan Rose: Came here about a week ago with a couple friends around 7pm. We waited about 5-6 minutes to get seated as there was a sign that said, "please wait to be seated" however, no one ever came to seat us, so we just sat ourselves at the bar. The bartender greeted us promptly, which I really appreciate. The portions are fairly small for the price, but the food was pretty good. The fried pickles and cheesesteak were my favorite items on the menu. The drinks were also good. My favorite drink was the apple martini, but the effen good and wildberry margarita were yummy as well. Other than being initially being ignored, we had a great time!
