Jana Pniewski: Unable to order a glass block window to any exact size. They can only put caulk between at one thickness, should be able to have different thicknesses so the glass blocks will fit the opening you have, you shouldn't have to change the opening to fit the block.

Detroit Diva: I just had a "HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE" with Billy Ray. He called me with a nasty attitude to let me know that he was on my side of town to give me an estimate. I asked what time would he be arriving and he became more frustrated, but I remained calm. He called me back again because he was having issues with his GPS and I told him my location and he "CUSSED". Immediately, I let him know that that was unprofessional and he said that he was talking to himself. How so, when I am on the phone with you? However, I offered to help him with directions, but he was confrontational. I was fed up with his lack professionalism and I told him to go back to whence he came.Billy Ray, please invest in a class that teaches you how to display "EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE" . . . !!!!!!!

They followed up (didn't hound me, but followed up) to see how the price was. Their pricing was very competitive. I called to schedule the installation and they were out that week. They arrived early and completed the job within an hour for the quoted price. Friendly, professional, on-time, and knowledgeable. I have already referred them to a friend and my neighbor and am thinking of having them back out to replace 2 smaller windows in the back. Great company to work with!

Lori Archibald: I wouldn’t recommend this company.We paid them $700 to reset basement windows the end of 2020 to avoid water coming in thru them, months later we had heavy rainfall where water came into basement leaving a large puddle of water. Called them back out, the lady who took the call tried to convince us it wasn’t coming in thru our Windows and was argumentative, didn’t want to schedule a service guy to come out to our home. Eventually did schedule someone to come and look at our windows, guy never showed. Called back to let them know, guy never showed, same rude lady answered, again tried to convince us it was something else, same speech as the first time, demanded someone come out immediately, had to wait several days, even though the guy was a no show, didn’t show up at the re-scheduled time so called back and she said he was coming, he showed up hours late and only took pics for his boss he said, Not even prepared to fix windows!!!!!!! Asked for his boss to come ASAP, it’s been 3 weeks now mid November and no call or show from the owner!!!!!!! Called another guy out who said the windows w weren’t sealed properly nor did this co use the right mortar to prevent water from coming in!!!!!!!! Don’t hire this co, they don’t do the job right, mean lady answering calls and wants to deflect your issue and the owner doesn’t care!!! Need I say more?Don’t waste yr money or time w this company.

Jon Sommers: I went to a brickyard to pick up some brick and sand and mortar I asked them if they sold glass block windows they said yes but they didn't have the size I needed, so they gave me the number of their window supplier ,Experience Glass Block,I called them and the lady I talked to was very kind and very helpful,Due to my own misunderstanding I thought that they had the size I needed in stock, so I drove over there to pick them up.When I arrived I found out that the windows were made to order, this again was my fault for not understanding this over the phone.So I asked her if I could purchase smaller windows that they had in stock and build my own larger window myself because I was planning to install them the following day.Again she was very helpful and helped me figure out what I needed, but when she asked her boss if I could purchase the amount needed he grumbled and said that he wouldn't sell me them because he didn't want to deplete what he had in stock 🤷‍♂️ so I asked her if I could just buy the blocks so I could build my own window and not deplete his stock of the smaller windows. She asked him if that was a possibility and I could hear him through the wall tell her that he doesn't have any blanking time for this, and to tell me to get lost.So I realize that my requests were probably a little unusual for their business and I would have totally understood it if from the beginning they would have said we don't do that here and we can't help you.But the lady behind the counter was just trying to help me and apparently her boss isn't in the people pleasing business, and the fact that he couldn't come out and talk to me face to face but instead yelled at her for trying to have good customer service shows me that he's not a person that I would like to do business with in the future.I believe an update to what originally said is only fair.It is true that they offered to build the windows for me, but I was installing the windows the next day, which was Saturday, and receptionist told me that it would be (MONDAY) until I would be able to pick them up.I totally understand that they couldn't build me a window instantly and I didn't expect them to.All I wanted was the materials to make my own ,which I found without headache atSabiston Building Supply that same day ,and was able to install them on Saturday like I originally planned.Again I understand this company doesn't normally supply people with raw materialsand It was through misunderstandings ,some of which were my fault ,that I ended up there.And again the receptionist was only trying to help me.It was mostly the yelling at the receptionist in the other room and the his attitude that prompted me to leave a review in the first place.Which says a lot because I don't give a lot of reviews.I think it's also interesting to note that in other poor reviews of this companythe owner tries to villainize the customer instead of reconciling or apologizing to them.
