Got stranded for 10min at the exist door because a person ahead of me paid through the BJS app. And the untrained lady at the exit door was struggling to scan the items and verify. Why to ask people use their app when you have to rescan every single item at the exit door again. There is only person that can let you out.It's a falling business and rightly so with the customer service they have.Go to Costco and see the difference. Never come here.....

It was a great experience day. I brought my high school friend in today bcuz she had never been. It was a trip just to watch her try to compare prices.

Shiloh Weaver: This place is horrible the lady at customer service is rude. She had a mouth full of popcorn while speaking to me and butter all over her hands. The bathrooms are out of order and filthy. I tried to speak to a manager and she was rude not helpful at all. I think that her name was Jessica. She is slim and wore glasses and spoke to me with a "black-cent" which made me feel racially profiled. I doubt that she speaks to everyone like this. Never again!

Got there a little after 9 and it was not many people which I loved.My sister and I went this morning to check it out after I purchased memberships on the app the day before. Ken at the service desk was very helpful and super friendly. Explained how the rewards worked very thoroughly. The greeter was nice. I wish I got her name.Smaller than Sam's and Costco but prices are definitely cheaper than the two. If we had more room at our house we'd probably would of gotten more items but my sister needed some things for lunch for her second semester internship at the hospital Monday so this was perfect for her to stock up on things she eats everyday and not break the bank.

The customer service is horrible, the online ordering is trash!! The staff provides horrible customer service, every time I shop at BJ’s there’s an issue. I’ve never had these issues at Sam’s Club or Costco this place is horrible, we will not be renewing our membership! When ordering online my order is never ready when I’m told, especially for deli orders. I’m currently sitting on hold and no one can find my order. Trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jermaine Rivers: Nice warehouse club. Pros: 1) Store hours are amazing! Love that they are open 8am-9pm every single day. Now I don't have to rush before 8pm/6pm like Costco's & Sam's Club. 2) Never crowded...so far. I've only been there 4 times, but have never had to wait more than 2mins. 3) Nice assortment of clothing, particularly their Levi's which are only $34. And some of the other pants are only $11! 4) They have a cool app where you can find/add coupons. Once you've clipped the coupons, it will automatically be used during checkout. 5) Great deals on their gas, saving .50cents per gallon. 6) Spacious and easy to navigate without feeling cramped. 7) You don't have to take that annoying mugshot photo for your membership card, lol. Cons: 1)Their flagship brand "Wellsley Farms" have bad french fries for my taste. But they are just as bad as the store brand of Meijer's, & Kroger's. For some reason they tend to be pale yellow, easy to burn, bland, and cheap quality. Kinda Con: 1) It's hit or miss as far as price comparisons to other warehouse clubs. Some things are the same price, some things are a little more, some things are a little less. 2) They don't include Enterprise with their rental car options. But they do have good rate discounts. Overall, I'm satisfied with my membership.
