Jessie Calas: We made an appointment for a time that was convenient for us to discuss our needs for a new vehicle. Shawn Paytas our salesman was on time and guided us through the process. He showed us a few models we were interested in before we settled on a Buick Encore. He set up a test drive and we were very happy with our choice. The showroom was spotless and very well staffed. All staff was very helpful and polite.

Roger Bick: The dealership had the vehicle model and trim level I desired. It also seemed to have many alternative choices to pick from. The sales person proposed alternative financing strategies and the costs for the purchase. Tiny Bubble: Make sure if you’re having your oil changed here to open your hood make sure the oil cap is back on, I just arrived home after having a oil change here and opened the hood to make sure the windshield washer fluid was full because I’m going on a trip, the oil cap was off oil sprayed all over the top of the engine luckily the cap was still there wedged in the side of motor, I understand people make mistakes but these people are supposed to be professionals and there should never be this kind of incompetence !

IMANEKO: Sad but true, Vyletel has been disappointing the last few years. My husband and I have been repeat customers for a while, leasing two vehicles and additionally purchasing another. These exchanges have been ok - but when returning for service or presenting questions, it is minimal service, at best. Waits are long, and personal interactions are less than desirable. It appears to me that they are not interested in my business any longer; I am certain there’s others that are.

The oil change, filter replacement and tire rotation took about 1 hour 15 minutes. That was a reasonable time. Plus the cost for the services were reasonable.
