Jess: There are so many things to say. Several activities closed and were only for bday party guests. They need help at the snack bar, and you are checked by Warren Police before you can enter. That says it all right there. This place did not use to be like this when it first opened. Most of the workers, not all of them, looked like they did not want to be there, and if you asked them anything, most seemed immediately agitated. My niece almost fell and broke her neck in the playscape area. One of the nets completey broke, and Son had to pull her up by her leg and arm. I told a worker who was supposed to monitoring the play area, but instead on his phone. When I did tell him, he got up to go look. But came back to sit down, instead of closing off the area. This place is Ghetto and I wouldn't recommend going especially with kids.

Suprina Morton: I will never allow any of my Family & Friends come to this place of Business because it's the way they handle my Grandson's Birthday with my Son and Daughter-in-love!!!...They really need not to have any Birthday plans nor Special Events because they won't allow you to bring your own Treat Table Setup and they also mention that my Grandson's Cake couldn't be served to his Guest!...Etc. I'm very disappointed ☹️

You have to load money into the card and if you want access to all rides you can buy a wristband for unlimited rides. They can get really busy. One time I drove by to see if it was busy and the line was out the door.

The lady at the counter said the workers we just now coming in and it would be a bit to set up and get going. I drove 40 minutes to get here and didn't get to do anything. Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced and I will never be coming back. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So they gave us a extra hour to play (didn’t even include the party room WHICH they didnt even tell us) after our time was up (nobody even knew) a staff told us “you can leave or I can call the police” No “Sorry your time is up” or “You’ve stayed over your limit I’ll have to charge extra” . Terrible service just terrible

Nic Gilskey: Boy, what a disappointment. It definitely has potential, but our experience was subpar largely across the board. We got Groupons for unlimited attractions for 3 hours and it included a $10 arcade credit. We drove an hour to get there, and found out the go karts were closed down for the entire day (a Sunday), which was a large portion of the appeal of the place in the first place. The VR was a joke, it's a rollercoaster style vr that seats like 12 and we got in line for that first. We waited at least 20 minutes for two rounds of it to cycle through at half capacity (there was only one employee and he is left to check and clean the headsets in between rounds), and by the time it was our turn there were only 5 working headsets. So our whole group of 6 couldn't ride together. One of the remaining headsets conked out halfway through the ride. Later in the day there was literally only one working headset. They should have a whole lot more headsets and a plan for cleaning them in between that doesn't involve the only attendant doing them one at a time between rides. The arcade games weren't working when we walked in, but thankfully those came on by the time we were done with the VR. The prize counter was closed the entire time we were there though, so that was an additional disappointment. Laser tag was fun but disorganized. The staff was largely ambivalent. Food was overpriced (expected), although the pizza was surprisingly good, drinks were not overpriced (unexpected and appreciated, probably the only reason I didn't go with 1 star). One of the minigolf courses was decent, the other was very boring, nothing dynamic (the car themed one at least had a loop and some other things to make it more interesting, but overall I find glowgolf to be flat and boring, and there were no score cards either). I wouldn't trust the staff with properly monitoring the rock climbing, they did not seem to care about safety at all. Overall, I wish this place success as it is a fun place in concept, but it is plagued by disorganization, the flow of the whole place felt off, the cleanliness was subpar, the staff was just mentally checked out and too few of them to really run the place proper, all said and done we will not be back and would not recommend in it's current state.

The food is served cold and has no seasonings. No good gifts in the gift shop after turning in your ticket for a prize. This place is overhyped! A lot of things I wanted to try was closed; like bumper cars and 3D rollercoaster ride. And couldn’t even go bowling either.

Im very disappointed in how I had to learn how all this works.

Mahesh Prabakaran: Went karting with a friend at this place and the Marshals did an excellent job in differentiating seasoned drivers versus rookies with the use of their blue flags. Excellent Marshalling! Will definitely come back to this place. Shout out to Chris Brown, Thomas and Nick!

Chris, Nick and Thomas did an amazing job keeping the sessions going one after the other. And they were very good with blue flagging slower drivers! Also, the kart to kart variation was fairly low. All the karts we tried felt very similar, which is a huge improvement from the Kart 2 Kart daysEdit: The adrenaline pass is the way to go. I tried that on a busy Saturday morning and was easily able to get 4 sessions. For 60 bucks, that’s not a bad deal, given that it gets you access to everythingEach session is just 6 minutes (used to be 10) and the price has gone up to $60 for three sessions. It's an absolute rip off. They also haven't bothered to change the track layout since Jan 2018. The karts themselves are fine, but I don't see how they can justify the price for 6 minute long sessions.

John Bivens: It's hard to find places where larger people can have some fun too but Full Throttle is a great place for it. Fast karts on a great track will push even experienced kart vets to tighten up their line and shave down those lap times. The adrenaline pass is the way to go though it can get busy. The axe throwing and VR are fun but you definitely come here for the karts. A special shout out to Altonio for making the setup process quick and easy.

Steve Hippler: I have been coming here since I was a kid in the 80's. The recent improvements have made it a lot of fun again. The go karts run well and they have reasonably priced packages. The putt putt is back to being great and looks like it was refurbished recently. I haven't tried the batting cages in a long time so no input there.

As opposed to the weak course over at zap zone down the street (ugh...). If that's not enough, they've also got some batting cages, a go-kart track, and a bungie-trampoline thingy. The staff was kind and informative as well. I can't wait to go back again!

Ashlyn H: We have been to the Sterling Heights location multiple times and love it. This Novi location was another story. We arrived a half hour before our start time and we waited in line for over 20 minutes to even sign in. We could tell then that something was wrong. Our first race did not start on time and they messed up the grouping and split a bunch of people up from their groups. There was an hour and a half between our first and second race and I had to go ask why we hadn't gone out again. We purchased the adrenaline pass which included the vr but it was not working correctly so we could not do that either. I do not know what was wrong but they were completely unorganized. Such a shame because we should have had a great time. For something that cost $130 for two people, our experience should have been way better.

George Durham: The go carts we’re supposed to be about six minutes according to the ladies upfront. I started my stopwatch as soon as I gave it the cart gas, and it stopped at 4:30 at the end of the race when I parked it. For eight dollars a person, I’m not sure the value was there.Also, if you want to beat the crowd, you are unfortunate because they do not start popular themes like go kart, racing until after 4 PM.I think I get better value as that zone and Taylor and that is where I will be stretching my resources.

Their building that sells tickets/coins for the attractions already had the closed sign up. Spoke with an employee who confirmed that they did not close until 10pm. The only attraction that seemed to be open were the go-carts. Extremely disappointed.

There was one young lady who was overseeing bumper cars as well as the toy area next to the night golf...However, it was very apparent that each area she was watching required trained staff supervision with all the children around. The understaff with a full overload of patron attendance is an accident waiting to happen.

I was able to book a private room for 50 bucks for 4 hours and they gave me free plates and utensils for our birthday cake. The game play was affordable. Melinda Jones: This place is terrible!!! Half of the games are out of order, there are no employees on the gaming floor, and the counter employees offer no assistance. I use to come to this location for everything. My youth group rented out the entire arcade for overnight events and it was great. Now, I would never recommend this location for anything. It needs a lot of work.

Cass N: I was very disappointed with my first time experience there. I took four kids and I did a total of four attractions each kid. Not knowing there was only four minute limit on Bumper cars, 15 minute for jump zone, and even mini golfing had a short limit too. When I talk to the person who checked us in, he stated that it was listed on the consent form I fill out, but when I went back and checked the form, there was no time limit listed anywhere on any forms. Time limit was not even listed anywhere when I purchased the attractions. I spoke to the manager regarding this matter, who didn’t even know how to handle customer concerns. Very deceptive!!!! . I will never go there again.

Tara Katona: Ok first the good: Has tons to do inside is an arcade that you can win tickets for prizes in,laser tag,bowling outside there is a ton bumper cars,ferris wheel,batting cages,water rides,mini golf ect. They do not have a restaurant or wait staff instead opting for food trucks they have mexican,American and wings in those and inside they have typical bar food pizza,pretzels,bread sticks. They also have a full bar 🍸 Now the bad: Place was packed with tons of unsupervised kids and teens they were running around rough housing bumping in to people with no regard all over the place. To get in you must pass through a metal detector manned with 3 armed security who then proceed to go through your bags/purse so that should tell you everything you need to know 😉 The bathrooms were gross and un kept and the womens one by the bar was closed off during peak time on a Saturday leaving the arcade one which was trashed.Pricing they do 2 separate for the inside they offer a fun card in different denominations for the arcade games then they offer an 48.00 wrist band for the outdoor attractions including laser tag that is good for the whole day or you can pay I believe 8.00 per activity separately.Over all I would not return to this place opting for Dave and Busters it just didn't feel safe and I came with a huge group of adults definitely would never bring my own children here unless they did an overhaul and hired more indoor security and cleaned the place up a bit.

Kristy Doub: We absolutely loved this place! We stayed this past Saturday from 12 until about 6. There was only 1 ride that was down for maintenance while we were there but all the rest of the rides were open after about 1 or so (some shut down for a bit due to high winds). 2 adults and 4 kids and we had fun the entire 6 hours. Staff was all really great, and everything was really clean which I think is rare for an amusement park. We already can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend
