The 2 gentlemen we had talked to talked down on us in a sense since we did not know everything we were talking about (hence why we were there) ended up leaving since they didn’t seem to want to help.

I was at Golf Galaxy over the weekend and was told 3 weeks minimum and they were 2021 model. The clubs at Carls were 2023. I am so impressed with this company and their service. I just went on again today and ordered a new bag as well! Highly recommend!!

Dan: Update.Received a call from Online Sales Manager Alec and he was very apologetic. Explained to me that if an error like this does happen they do overnight ship the correct clubs. He said he spoke with the team and made sure they were aware of the process.My review is strictly based on my online experience, never been to the store. Ordered a set of JPX Hot Metal Pro irons online because they had free 2 day shipping. I was sent the wrong set of clubs delivered on a Saturday. I spoke with customer service and asked them to send the correct set. For the inconvenience asked if they could do overnight shipping, so I could get Tuesday. They said no they could not do that. I looked on their online site for shipping options. They did have an overnight ship option. It was not even $5 more than the 2 day ship. Customer service anywhere else would have made it right. They cost me 4 days of my time waiting for the correct set. I also had to make a trip to UPS to return the wrong set.

Eric S: Replaced a grip today since it is free. The clerk charged me $5 for the grip. I told him l bought the grip long time ago. He asked me for a receipt. I said l don’t have it anymore. Then he checked my account history and found it. We both are seniors. I know sometimes people get stubborn when getting old. The thing is if l cheat, l would rather cheat on a $500 driver, instead of a $5 grip. I still likes the place, just next time l will check out with those young guys. I am sure they will believe an old man like me won’t cheat for a $5 grip.

haley berner: Ordered a set of new clubs for my dad for his birthday. Was really excited to surprise him with the gift on the course! But the driver came damaged and the customer service team was not willing to replace it. With so many other places to buy golf clubs, customer service should be the top priority - will sadly not be ordering anything from here again.

Danny Van: AWFUL experience. Picked up my golf clubs I turned in 2 weeks ago to get customized and it was completely wrong . The length was off by an inch n half and the alignment on the grips to club face were drastically off. I call to ask about what I can do and the employee with a disrespectful attitude goes “well just come in tomorrow and ask the guy”. I paid $140 to get the shafts changed and cut down. Iv spent over $1500 on just golf equipment at golf Galaxy. Half effort work. Better off going to the smaller golf businesses to get stuff done.

Andrew McDaniel II: The positive, a unique range to try out new clubs but the overall experience is poor, they are better off not having humans at this store; just read the reviews in the past months. I went there on a Monday 11/7 around 11am, only 2 customers and 7 store employees, first guy told me he was busy with no customers, mind you I am a rewards member ready to spend over $1000 Smh. Second guy didn’t even know the clubs I was talking about, just not knowledgeable of what’s on the Market. One of the guys suggested what I should practice with. They have to realize most customers have been playing golf way before some of those associates were born. Listen, Just go to Carl’s Golf Land for an actual Sales Experience with Empathy. The Golf Galaxy Staff is worst than the Pistons and Lions Combined.

C M: 10/6, 5:00 went to buy a 5 wood hybrid. Empty store. No other customers. Several people "working" Asked guy for help. After about 3 minutes he walked away. Never saw him again . Went to Carl's golf land and spent $750 . Had a great sales guy there. Guess this store doesn't need the $$

Jeff Bedient: Golf Galaxy was clean and seemed to be well stocked. However, the staff would not recognize I was even in the store. I think I was the only customer in there, but no one asked to help.

Doogie 79: Very pleased with my purchase of the Callaway Epic max driver. I would recommended getting fitted if your going to make that kind of investment. Fitting is $99 upfront but the fee is refunded if you make the purchase at the store. It’s a no brainer to me

April Dunham: The staff here is mostly great. People are helpful and friendly. Products options can be hit or miss.They do provide club fittings, grip change, shaft change, and lessons. There are also simulator rentals. Last I saw it was $50/hr to use one.
