Garrett: If you are looking for a great grill and phenomenal service, Bourlier's is the place to go. All of their employees are a pleasure to work with, I highly advise checking out their store! Mind blowing how many different types of grills and replacement parts they have.

J M: Service for gas log fireplace and installed new door kit. Initial service call went fine. Was having cold draft problems from doors when weather turned cold so I called in for service options. I was told the doors come with insulation, I looked but didn’t see any. Waited approximately three weeks for service to come out again. Same technician came out, didn’t even bother to say hello when he came in, not sure what that was all about. Had the insulation with him took five minutes to install it he told me I knew there was no insulation in the kit because I watched him put the doors together which was not true because he did that outside. I didn’t understand the attitude, and didn’t want to hear any more of it. Happy to get insulation resolved but it was a very uncomfortable service call. I won’t contact this company again because of it.Update: received call from company (Matt) . The service tech is a self employed contractor . Bouliers apologized for experience and wanted feedback from customers perspective. I definitely appreciate Matt’s phone call. At this point, service tech is 2 star, Bouliers is 4 star.
K Nichols: Went up for a replacement part for a grill that I purchased from them. I was told it's a new grill and we really don't need that part so we haven't purchased it?? No questions as to why it broke so soon, etc...Super annoying! I've purchased five grills from this location.Follow up: Their customer service team called me and tracked down a part. Super nice of her to do that!

Joyce: James did a great job repairing a grill that should have never needed repairing in the first place. We bought a $950 grill (not including a $250 installation charge.) The grill was broken within 18 months due to a "very common spider problem." Bourlier's took no responsibility and charged us another $150 for a repair.

I think their pricing could be a bit more competitive, but if you're the type that selects exceptional service over lowest prices, this is the place. Ask for Kathy! She is far and away the most professional, knowledgeable, and kindest employee I've had the pleasure of dealing with. She can handle any request and is quick to follow up to ensure you have everything you need for your project. Ask for her specifically if you want to streamline your process and work with a true professional!

Tim Ross: Great for sales but I had an issue with a Traeger bought from them and under warranty. They were absolutely no help. I said it has a defect and I am ready to return. Their response was “we don’t accept used grills” don't expect them to be an advocate if anything goes sideways. It was Brian I spoke to which is supposed to be their guy for resolving issues....very disappointed !.... update. Even though they said I need to resolve the issue Brian called Traeger and left me a message that he now knew Traeger was sending a new controller to me after a called them. I was surprised and welcomed his assistance. Changed them to a 5 star rating. He also offered that their tech could help install it.
Max Trouble: I have called twice to order replacement parts only to find out the order was never placed. Poor customer service. I have no hopes on my third order request, not a recommended vendor for Napoleon Grills.
Jason Thompson: I called from out of state and asked the salesman for a specific item. It was the end of the day so I got told he would call me in the morning to take a Deposit and hold it for me. I informed him I was coming from out of state but would be there as id already gotten in the car. 12 hours later I show up and I’m told the grill was sold and he assumed I wasn’t coming. He had my number and never called to verify or anything and tnen puts the blame on me. He knew he messed up and refused to own it. I feel like a moron for driving that far but I’d hoped if someone says they will hold it thst they will hold it. I was more than willing to leave a deposit or pay for the whole thing over the phone but was told it would happen the next day. So angry
Kristopher Helms: Awful customer service. I purchased a Green Mountain Grill from them on 5/12. I live roughly an hour away from them because their hours match my own work hours, I had to leave work an hour and a half early just to make it on time. I also had to borrow a truck because I received a better "deal" on the floor model. I drive down, load the grill and the first thing that was alarming to me was the fact that the manual was missing and their solution was for me to download the manual and print it off at home. Now for just purchasing a $600 grill, I wasn't leaving without the manual. So after some encouragement they went and took a manual out of another grill. Load up the grill, drive home, giddy as a kid on Christmas I put the grill together and go through the start up process. After 5 minutes or so of it not heating up I go through the troubleshooting process only to realize... the igniter isn't in the grill. Now I'm sure you can imagine my disappointment, after researching for nearly 2 weeks and landing on the GMG Daniel Boone, and now having it home missing parts I was bummed. But hey, things happen right? So at 10am the next day 5/14, I call my salesperson and he was very polite but unfortunately the only solution he could come up with was for me to drive down and swap out the grill or grab an igniter and install it myself. I could wait a week until service technician could make it out but that's completely unacceptable. If this were a customer of mine I would personally get in my car and drive the part to the customers house, but we obviously care differently about our clientele. My salesman told me he would talk to the owner to see if he could do anything and call me back, and by 530 that day after I hadn't heard from him I called him back and he had nothing new. I called again today at 10 am and spoke with a manager, who also told me this was the first he'd heard of this and that he'd look into what he could do and call me back. 5pm today still haven't heard from him so I called and he couldn't offer me anything other than to swap out one he was holding for a "buddy" of his. So their best response is for me to borrow a truck from someone, leave work early, just to take care of a problem that I did not cause myself. I'm currently working out borrowing the truck and driving down just to return it and get my money back because I cannot support a business who cares so little for its customer. 0/10 I STRONGLY suggest you buy any products you may be considering from them elsewhere.

I will not go anywhere else for a grill or fireplace because of how helpful they have been!
Gail Uchalik: I am beyond pleased. The barbecue we replaced was on a post. The installer did a beautiful job of digging through old concrete, repositioning and replacing the flagstone to fit. The barbecue itself is well constructed and sturdy. There was nothing of this caliber at Home Depot or Lowes.
