Good variety of still reasonably priced options from the menu to choose from but I went simple with one of their signature burgers and possibly the best onion rings on the planet. Shannon Duke: The service to the food was AWESOME!!! Our server was Dorela was so friendly we never had to ask twice for anything. My husband got the jalapeño bacon burger. It was prepared exactly the way he asked for it. I got the mushroom Swiss burger. Mine was also exactly the way I asked. They were delicious! When we were looking at the menu online, the first thing the drew me here was having potato skins at a burger joint. I got the Cheyenne burger. Perfectly cooked burger with Swiss cheese, onion rings, A-1 sauce and I added bacon. Amazing burger. Came with huge amount of fries that were really crispy and soft inside. One best frys I've had. Got an oreo milkshake that was pretty good! Over all staff was great, food was amazing and I will be back!

The staff were reasonably friendly, and the inside itself was a bit cluttered and dated looking, but that is the least important aspect of it all. Bottom line If the beef was just a little more flavorful, I'd be happy to return.

I will say they make it so fresh, even they veggies were fresh, like they were just off the farm. Nothing was even too greasy like most burger places are. Frank: Entered here at 9pm on Thursday night. The restaurant lights were on and it said open. Walked in and waited 10 mins for someone to come and take our order but nobody showed up to front counter. They lost over 150$+ order as I was picking food up for 10 people. If you’re closed it would be good to lock the door. We heard people talking in the kitchen but nobody came to take our order.

John Messmer: It's Five Guys so the food should be great, it always is. This review is about service. I ordered online, showed up and they started the fries (that's how they make sure they are hot and fresh), I was told it would be a few minutes. I expect it to be a few minutes, and it's always worth the wait. As I was just standing there waiting a male employee (I presume a shift manager or the restaurant manager) said "It will just be 2 more minutes". I replied "that's ok I'm done with my workday, no hurry". He then handed me a cup, for a drink. I thought, what a fantastic customer service gesture. Not only did it please me, I mean getting something for free is always pleasing, but it made me realize he had just given me something to do. By the time I had filled the cup and put a lid and straw in it, the fries were done and I was walking out a very happy customer. The drink wasn't necessary, but for their cost of probably 35 cents he turned the experiance into a 5 star review and brightened my day. Great job!

Sebastian Murphy: The burgers and the insane amount of french fries that Five Guys gives you is always awesome. My only problem this time is they gave me a cheeseburger with no cheese. I just had to update my review on Five Guys because I just went there after not being since my original post and unfortunately they seem to be going down. It appears as though they're closed when you pull up. The open sign not even on. The burger that I got was pretty bland, even the pickles barely had any flavor. The burger was put together well but it's all about taste, and of course they gave the monster amount of french fries but it seemed like they were fried a couple days ago, most of them seemed overcooked but they were limp. Which was very perplexing for me. So they have dropped from the higher standards that I had them in for fast food burger joints. By the way, the restaurant was filthy. It appears that no one cleaned any of the tables, it was food all over the floor, and it was 3:00 in the afternoon. I understand it not being a lot of customers coming through at that moment but at least clean up. That's probably why there were no customers LOL. After we sat down to eat then they decided to sweep the floor. Nobody pulled out of rag to clean any tables.

Douglas Curd: Good food, high price. I spent over $20 on a burger, regular fries, and a small drink. The meal was a cut above your typical fast food burger, but I can't justify the cost. I can spend less than $20 (including a tip!) for the same meal at many sit-down coney-type restaurants in the area.That said, if you are willing to pay the price, you won't be disappointed in the quality of the food. When 5 Guys was cheaper it was a favorite of mine.

Kitty Cats: Usually, this Savvy's is nice. Whoever was working the speaker tonight was such a jerk to my husband that we've decided to take our business elsewhere. There's no need to be so nasty, especially when my sweet husband was very polite. I know working in customer service and with food is hard work, but when you have perfectly nice customers, the bare minimum is to not treat them like trash. Disappointing.

Bre Bre: I Ordered chicken finger a large fry and a drink. My mom ordered chicken and fries with a slider. It was a dine in turned take home because the table was dirty and it was flies flying around the table. The wait on the food was supposed to had been 10 minuets but it took much longer ( which would have been ok…. If the food was acceptable) my chicken tenders were great! Cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly. But the fries were soft and cold and tasted like they had been sitting out of a while. (I supposed they sat done while the chicken was still cooking). My mom burger slider was not warm/hot it was cool, and her chicken was gummy in the inside so she had to take it home and put it in the air fryer to cook longer. That was very disappointing. But strawberry curd tasted great tho.

Dawn Bowl: I wish I can give a -10. Went to the drive thru ordered chicken sandwich, fries, fish sandwich, onion rings. Went to the window, paid, and few minutes later received my bag. I mentioned that was really quick. Went home and went to get my chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were rock hard and cold the supposed chicken sandwich wasn’t one. It was black and hard almost like a hamburger patty over cooked. Call the store and the woman said that they were closed. I said it’s 7:30pm on a Saturday. She said “she’s been there all day and she’s leaving”. A little later my husband started to eat his fish sandwich and it was a little funny tasting. He ate half and stopped. At 2:30 am he woke up in severe belly pain and diarrhea. This later for a hour and a half. Can’t find who the owner is to contact them. This is really messed up. This so called chicken sandwich looks appetizing doesn’t it. Is it really chicken? Or meat patty.

Clay Adams: Was waiting on a chicken sandwich for over 20 minutes when an angry man who had also been waiting as long began to yell "hey does anybody work here" the manager came storming out of the office and yelled at all of us who were waiting. She said she had to do her paperwork instead of getting food items to customers. The employee then dropped my bag of food on the floor (im assuming this was an accident) when i told the manager that i needed my money refunded because i could not wait she was rude again. She pretend like she couldn't find my transaction on the card reader. She then said "there its done" and when i asked for a recipt to prove i was refunded she simply said no. I additionally asked her for the store id number and she said to me "google it"Also worth mentioning is that in the state of Michigan, health code does not allow employees involved in food preparation to have facial hair.Also worth mentioning that the restroom was beyond a disgrace.As i left the store the other angry man and the manager were yelling at each other.This store is an accident waiting to happen. I feel compelled to alert the health department about every detail of my visit. I may even return and post pictures of the filthy restroom on the Burger King website.This was several hours ago and so far ive received no response to my official complaint with the BK customer hotline.

If you can't be trusted to put content on a bun, I do not trust you to maintain a food safe environment, especially when the manager tries to shift blame.I'm not even sure he was the manager, he had to have the cashier give him her card to fix an earlier mistake that he made (charging me for an item I hadn't ordered) and he wasn't wearing any company clothing. Just an older short white man with a beard.This is my first and last time at this location, and the second burger king that caused me to cease going there in the last few months, and I barely go to restaurants anymore (mostly because of things like this.)If you're still reading this, I recommend learning to cook at home. I got called in early to deliver next door so I had skipped breakfast.

Sydney Peck: Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes and ended up leaving. They took 3 cars orders who came in after me without even coming on the speaker. We drove up to the window and asked if they forgot about the second speaker. They replied only one person is working the speaker and they are going back and forth, which was not true at all. No one was in the line we pulled up to… I replied and said we waited for 10 minutes and 3 cars who came in after us were taken care of before us and she replied with “sorry, have a good night”. They had it to me in 30 seconds, but none of this means a thing if the food isn't good. Well this food was amazing. I've eaten my fair share of whoppers and even more burgers in general. I mean how do you even make a Whopper better then the next guy? I don't know but this person did it. Yukki Chan: DO NOT EAT HERE. you WILL get FOOD POISONING. me and my s/o went here wednesday night 3/15/23 late at night, 1am, since everything else was closed and they were 24 hours. the food we got was mostly old or tasted weird, but we ate it bc we were hungry ofc, and the burgers were not that bad (i got an impossible whopper and they got a jr whopper). the chicken fries (reg and spicy) and the regular fries were old/cooked in old oil, the spicy ones being the oldest. the next day we both felt the same sickness come over us, couldn’t stop going to the bathroom, stomach pains, dehydration from all the bathroom using and not able to eat anything else or definitely nothing heavy, the definite signs of food poisoning. im still getting slight stomach pains from eating their food and it is now friday 3/17/23. my s/o is still pretty sick, but thugging it out and doing a bit better. we will not be going to any more burger kings and i should’ve read the reviews before going here. if you do choose to go, beware unless you have an iron stomach—which i am one of those people, but here i am still sick. so i suggest entirely avoiding this location.

Eric DiStefano: So I never go to Burger King and decided to stop by one night on my way home from work around 10:30pm. Since I've not been to BK anytime remotely recently I need a moment to look at the menu and said as much to the girl that greeted me at the drive thru speaker to which she replied "I'm like the only person in here so you gonna have to just place your order". I really normally would've probably just left at that point, but this was the only place open by my house and I didn't want to have to drive somewhere else. So, I just bit my tongue and told her I don't know the menu so I don't know what she wants me to do. I quickly found something that sounded good and ordered. I got the Italian combo which came out in a reasonable amount of time and was reasonably ok. A little small for the price in my opinion, but not awful. Really though the rest of the experience doesn't matter because the beginning ruined the entire thing. You don't tell a customer that says they need a moment that they have to just order. One thing is for sure I'll never go back to this location again as long as I live
