Chris: Was going to use service to transport family member from hospital to rehab. Was told by hospital it would be a flat charge of 50 to 60 and then 3.00 per mile. Trip would have been 44 miles. Figures out to a bit over 200 dollars. They want payment up front (rightly so) when they called to get payment, they told me it would be 599 dollars. Pretty sure i could put my loved one in an uber cheaper. When I told the lady i wasn't paying that much and was told it would be around 200 dollars. She became very snotty and condescending. Told her for that price I'd put them in my own car the best i can. She was acting like they were only choice and I had to use them.Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service person needs some training in being more professional.

The drivers open doors, assist with groceries, verify your appointments, strive to get you there on time, and their vehicles are always clean.Angela, Rian, Amy and Ann(e) are phenomenal in the office. It is a comfort that they know me by name and are very pleasant on the phones. They always strive to truly help you, whether it is a trip to the doctor, grocery run, or helping your service dog go to the groomer. I had called a number of places, but when I contacted Loving Touch Transportation, and spoke with Renee, I was immediately impressed with how helpful and friendly she was. She took the time to explain to me how their service worked, what it would cost, and where the driver would be throughout the appointment. It was no-brainer to select them.Our driver, Jodi, picked us up at the rehab center and drove us to the appointment (I was a ride-along). My sister was apprehensive about the how transport would work, but Jodi was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. She put my sister at ease from the moment we met her.We definitley recommend Loving Touch Transportation and, if needed, will use their services again (and while I am sure all their drivers are excellent, we will ask for Jodi again).

I booked the service the day before his surgery, as I had little notice from the hospital. They came through for me in a pinch with flying colors. Driver Erin could not have been nicer or more professional. The van was very clean, and dad could be transported in his own chair, with a ramp and many safety belts for his protection during transport.

When I sold this company we had an excellent reputation in the community for great customer service, on time pickups and returns, clean vehicles, professionally uniformed drivers with the Loving Touch attitude you would expect.Apparently that was lost for a couple of years, but the new owner Matisse has restored order and is on the right track. I spoke to Rene, on the phone and she was friendly and receptive to any requests I had. She was extremely easy to work with. The van was clean, well-maintained and well-suited to transporting my mom in her wheelchair. It was also able to accommodate me as a passenger, which I appreciated.. They picked him and my grandmother up in a very run down van with a crack across the windshield and the air was not working, the heat index was 106 degrees this day!!! In these conditions my grandfather's health could have gone south very quickly! What are these people thinking. Where the heck is the "loving touch" ! If you can't afford to keep your Transportation vehicles up to par in decent condition with Air Working then you should not be in this business.

Straight Cut Gears: Haven't used there services but I saw one of their vans at a hospital today. While they were waiting in the parking lot, they decided that the best way to get rid of their garbage was to roll down the window and throw it on the ground. Not very professional

Teri Lynn: I've never been on a worse ride than the ride in their limo bus. We were told we were allowed to leave belongings on it, but when we returned to it my Tervis was on the floor on the other end of the bus all scraped up, ruined and empty. While riding in it, you could feel every little tiny bump, and at times it was so shaky and loud that we were sure a tire had to be popping or something underneath. Our bottoms also left the seats airborne a few times! Truly insane, and I'm surprised that no one threw up to be honest. Worst ride ever.

When our original limo company backed out of our contract 3 days before the wedding, I called many other companies asking if by some miracle they had anything left. I spoke with Sharna, and she was incredibly sympathetic to my situation. She was able to find a shuttle bus and a driver for us so last minute; I was in complete shock. The shuttle bus was spacious and clean - Sharna even sent pictures of it to me so I knew exactly what I was booking. We brought a speaker, champagne, and snacks on the bus and my wedding party and I had an absolute blast! We were also impressed by how courteous our chauffeur was. Ken went above and beyond by scoping out locations for pictures, driving us to places that weren't on his original itinerary, and overall just being super friendly and professional.
