Pilar Albiac Murillo: I called on Monday to have the outlets changed to 3 prong grounded. I had this done by your company one year ago on my condominium. I spoke to Guy, who was the person who performed the work last year for me and he committed to come on Wednesday, yesterday between 8:00 and 10:00 and that he would call me on Tuesday (the day before yesterday) to confirm. As of 5:00 pm on Tuesday he had not called, so I called. No answer and I left a voicemail asking for a call back. I have not received a call back as of yet.... Yesterday, I waited for him from 8:00 to 10:00, as he had promised and during that time I called him multiple times, NO ANSWER and NO call back, AND NO SHOW!!!! Extremely unprofessional, the rating should be NEGATIVE 5.

I had new windows installed and when the curtain was rehung it was done incorrectly. It was late, he was finishing up a job and made it to my home to repair the wall and replace the drapes. That I purchased a 8 x 10ft shed from a warehouse store and needed it assembled. He proceed to say it should not be a problem but would need to see it first. We agreed that he would be by later that day. He NEVER SHOWED or CALLED, I called to follow up and still no Response. Not sure if this is a copy you would want to work with.
