Lisa Desprez: Cannot say enough good things about Cheri! She is a highly skilled and experienced rider, and a very thorough instructor. Our class of 8 students was quite the mixed bunch with previous riding experience ranging from some students having little to no experience, to some that had experience riding off road vehicles or may have ridden a street bike a few times. The age of the students ranged from 20 years old to 60 something, there were 5 male and 3 female students. Cheri was able to give each of us the training we needed to learn to ride. She was very encouraging and was able to pinpoint the areas that needed improvement and tell you exactly how to correct it. Safety was always first priority, but she also made the class fun. I’m so glad I decided to get my endorsement, and glad she was my instructor. Just passed my test today and can’t wait to get a bike so I can get out there and ride!

kyle cobus: The new rider course was a great experience. The coaches are top notch and really get you ready for your entry into riding. If you can follow basic instructions you will succeed in this course. I cant recommend this course enough for those who want to experience riding a motorcycle for the first time. The support staff were really great and able to keep me up to speed with where I needed to be and want I suppose to have done prior to starting the course. Thank you to everyone at Wolverine Harley Davison for make this process easy and fun.

Keith Brownell: Just wanted to let everyone know that I had a good experience at Arsenal HD. I went in for a cam chest upgrade to hydraulic tensioners on my '06 Softail Heritage, new battery, tires and oil change. Charles in the parts dept. spent the time to give me some advice and educate me about a cam swap and tuner to give more torque in the mid-range RPM where I ride the most. Glad I took the advice. Though I haven't opened her up yet (getting some break-in miles in first), I can feel more pull from the 88. Thanks to Joe and Brandi in the service dept. for walking me through the costs, and keeping me informed on the progress of the work. Of course a big shoutout to tech. Jeremy who did the work and the dyno tune. Everyone I came into contact with at Arsenal was nice and you can tell customer oriented. Nice to have a dealer to have confidence in close to home. Sherry Murray: Picked up to fix back brakes last year, still had no brakes. Told me to call in the spring, they had all winter to fix. Unacceptable period plus what I was charged for nothing! You owe me a refund so I can get it fixed right. I moved out of the area in April so your sadly mistaken about my 2004 so called brake replacement! I moved April of 2021, so my bikes just sits here since I have no back brakes for 410$. I was told I couldn't get it looked at during winter to bring it in the Spring, I'm 210 miles away, this is the 2nd season I haven't been able to ride it!!!! I have the paperwork to prove it! NOW 2023, RETURN MY $410.00
Dan Tucker: After purchasing several vehicles at a dealership, I figured why not check out a harley dealer, how bad could it be? Sticker price on the floor was 25k. Financing Fred came back with 8% intrest 550+ month for 60 months. Just doing the math it comes out to 33k. Over the life of the loan I understand interest would account for some of that... I stated that I am looking for a 400 monthly payment. 72 months would also help that, plus the interest rate was way too high. Fred comes back with 4.5% interest 460 a month for 72 months... once again 33k over life of the loan. If you go to a simple loan calculator you can see on a 25k loan total interest is around 3,500 for life of the loan. Plus 1500 for sales tax comes out to 30k. This is also not accounting for the 2,500 I had down on top of it. If I remember correctly the 25k sticker tag also included freight/set up so I am not sure where the extra 3k is coming from. I was never shown a price breakdown but I am thinking the dealer is charging some extra fees just to own a harley. Fred with the info that 400 was my limit began what I think is pathetic sales tactics of fear of missing out. "Well you know these models are hot right now" , asking "me how long have I wanted a harley?" "Whats going to change between today and tomorrow?" Maybe instead of pushing your customer to make a purchase they very clearly and adamantly have refused, you could actually listen to words your customers say. I think the pricing is ridiculous and the sales/finicace guys need understand No means No. Ultimately this whole experience has turned me away from Harleys. It's clear that instead of getting you on a ride this dealer wants to take you for a ride first.Edit: fred wanted me to sign before I even test rode the bike.Edit 2: Travis called to explain that indeed the numbers make sense. Just that there were several thousand dollars in surcharges that I wasn't told about or shown, all while I was being pressured to sign into a bike I hadn't even test road. Great team ya got! For sake of keeping the numbers clean, he stated that I would end up fincianing 29k with the 2.5k already included. So sticker 25k, but actual cost is more in the ball park 29k with surcharges. Not even accounting for interest. It's a shame that a company with such a good brand is ruined by dealers such as your self.Edit 4: Brent asked if he could do anything to get my business knowing full well he has nothing to offer of substance. Congratulations you've wasted more of my time.

Albert Nagel: I had a great experience with Brandi in service along with everyone else involved. I have tried other dealers around and this was a whole new experience. No belittling and hard up sells, just honest and genuine service. They did a proper inspection and gave me reasonable suggestions instead of just throwing me everything they could sell me like the others. The labor pricing was fair and Brandi really knows her stuff. She was always willing to go out of her way. Shout out to the tech as well because the feedback about repairs needed seemed accurate and the work done appears to be clean. I also had my stage one finished and the air cleaner looks good and the tune feels great when I’m riding it. I used the delivery/pickup service and the driver is clearly very experienced and there was never a second I felt like my bike was in bad hands. I have also spent some money at the clothing counter up front here and the lady that is always working up there is super sweet and helpful when you don’t even know you needed help. All around just a really wonderful dealership to work with while so many others are so unpleasant. Keep up the good work and thank you for taking care of my bike!

Wrong Hat: I am leaving this rating with some reservations. I love the dealership because I am able to get parts regularly. Even if the parts are back ordered they never take long to come in. The guys call me when they get in. Service has been hit or miss. The one "miss" I am mentioning here had to do with a mechanic stripping out my oil sump. I can only surmise an air tool was used instead of a torque wrench. Of course I only found it at the next oil change. I was extremely upset. I was able to repair it with a time sert, but what if I didn't have any mechanical experience? I am over it, but now hesitant on bringing anything else into the dealership. To reiterate, I love the dealership, just not that experience.
