Robert Booker Jr: This store ALWAYS close during the wrong hours of business, I come around 2-3 all the time and they just have the gate close for business when they suppose to stay open until mall is closed and this happens 3-4 times out the week, so I’ll call or wait til around 6 or open to get service from this location

Gary: Employee shut the gate in my face at 3pm said he was taking a break waited an hour and never reopened. Unacceptable behavior for an already empty store in an already empty mall.

He had no clue about an exchange , refund or anything had to call the manager three times. You have a new employee where are you that he has to call you on the phone? Bad way to do business.

Employees are friendly, but even they can't seem to explain why it seems like 80% of the selection is either flat bills, snapback, or both. Ann Marie Siteman: Both my husband and son have huge heads so finding a hat has been impossible. Most stores call an extra large cap an 8-1/4 but hubby is a 9 and son is a 9-1/4. God bless the Big Hat Store!!!!! To see the look on my son's face when he tried on his baseball cap and it actually fit was priceless! Ear-to-ear smile! I usually order 3 or 4 so we have extras. Bill Howe: I have an enormous head –25 1/4 inches and it is round initiated versus the typical elongated shape. finding a hat to fit is extremely difficult. I came across this company by accident and ordered the 4X (9 1/4)Partial Coolknit ball cap. I love it. I am wearing it now. It fits very well and love the fact that it is deeper than most. I also like the length of the visor. Normally, I don't where the widebrimmed hats because they are too hot. Visors work extremely well but sometimes you do need a proper hat because of the intense sunlight. I liked it so much that I have ordered a second one. I wish there was a 4X size Panama type hat in the same coolknit material. since it looks like I am going to be a repeat customer, I hope that the company can update the database so that it can retain my order information and order history so I can easily reorder. Also the hats do not have a model number on the tag which would make a easier to reorder. Price is right. Service was great. This may be my go to place.

The size is was as described and the size chart was helpful with finding the proper size. If you have a head that is not comfortably fitting into normal sized caps I would suggest trying the Big Hat Store.

I ordered three weathered baseball caps and when I received them I loved the colors but hated the long bill. I returned them today and was really pissed when I had to spend $9.00 in shipping charges. In today's retail environment I expect to be happy with the product or have free returns. This is my first and last order with Big Hat Store.
