Juanita McKeever: Can't believe that the technician who works at close proximity to the individual whose hearing is being evaluated does not wear a mask. Also on the way out of the facility the person at the reception desk had taken her mask off. Both incidents are certainly not in compliance with the Covid directives from the Governor and State!

Ron Ruggero: I got my hearing aids from there explain everything to you and help you get your hearing aids I had to go through a foundation to get my hearing aids and just had a donate it's a little bit to the foundation they get my hearing aids cuz our insurance don't cover hearing aids in Michigan really good place really nice people and he explains everything to you so you understand and he helps you get your hearing aids if you cannot afford them cuz they are very expensive so he does help you get your hearing aids good place to go

charlene vickers: I am happy to share my experiences at the Ear Center Audiology. My father had used this place under other names for some 30 to 40 years at their previous locations. When it became my time to invest in better hearing, I also checked them out. I am on my second pair of hearing aids and into my 7th year with the use of them. The present staff is welcoming and very helpful with solving my concerns or problems. Rachel, the receptionist, always has a smile to welcome you. Delightful to work with, Dr. Malina Xiong, the director of Audiology, answers all my concerns in a very gentle well informed manner. Juliana, the hearing instrumental specialist, also is knowledgeable and a good problem solver. Lissa, the manage/director, has also help me in emergency situations. I am very pleased with my experiences at Ear Center Audiology and I appreciate my hearing aids for how they improve my life.

Al Wurst: Thus place is an unqualified money grab.Save yourself the time, and frustration, go to a real ear nose and throat (ENT) place. They did a hearing test on me, and said I might have nerve damage, but they couldn't do anything about it and sent me to an ENT with their findings. The ENT said "this all they gave you," this is unreadable data, sorry we have to give a real test. I had to do the whole test over to find out there was nothing wrong. Don't waste your time here. Go to a professional ENT if you need a hearing test. I have more complaints about this place with services and fees for a bad job, but I think I made my point.

Joanne guy: I put 3 because I signed up over a add on the internet and it said I would get a experimental hearing aids to try. When I got there I got a hearing test and then I was told the hearing aids l would have to pay 3 to 7 thousand dollars to try! That is false advertising. I was told if I didn’t like them before my 30 day trial was over I would get my money back. But it did not say that in the add so you only get 3 stars from me and I think you are lucky I did not turn you in for false information

Mohammed Hussain: One of the worst experience I have had at this site. I already had my hearing tested at an otolaryngology clinic and I went there to pick up my hearing aid with the prescription that was given to me by my otolaryngologist. But HearingLife told me that I would need to make an appointment to pick up my hearing aid. I then tried to make an appointment with them over the phone but no one picked up my call. I was finally able to make an appointment over the phone and then the receptionist called me a few days before my appointment and told me that they would need to verify my insurance information and they are very busy at the moment so they will call me back. But they never called. I then had my grandson call them back and he was finally able to get another appointment. However, when I went there with my grandson, they said that they would need to do a hearing test even if my otolaryngologist already did a hearing test. And then they had me check out some hearing aids. And then they gave another appointment to pick up my hearing aid and I would have to be there to pick up my hearing aid and no one else can pick it up on my behalf. I’m a 90 year old senile man and they made me make several trips just to pick up my hearing aid. Awful! I won’t recommend HearingLife to my friends or family at all!
