Cat Trojan: After a failed attempt to Mount my Tv myself using a studdless method I made an appointment the evening before and got a noon slot for the next day. An hour before my appointment I couldn’t find the TV Mount I had (for studs) so I had to call to add that service on last minute. He came early but waited till my appointment time to come to the door. He was very kind and I was comfortable having him in my home. He put booties on too. Got the job done quick and perfectly centered. The price felt very fair for the service I received. I called them at 7pm on a Sunday night and they had someone at my house at 8am the next day.Gordie, the service technician, did excellent work. It was a tricky job as there were many obstructions hiding behind the plaster wall, but Gordie mounted the TV perfectly, managing to hired all cords behind the wall. They didn’t ask me a bunch of questions before delivering a price, it was the lowest of 4 prices I had received and the easiest to deal with. 2 guys showed up ahead of schedule and were respectful and complimentary of my home. Took them less than an hour and they did a great job. They even mounted my Apple TV which I planned on doing myself.
