Sharon Jackson: I started off getting a color on my hair, which went OK but I have tight curls and I’m very tender headed and wanted my hair detangled before rinsing conditioner off ,she did not listen to me,Then I wanted my hair, separated into four before it was blown out. She took the hairdryer and started blowing my hair all opened. At that point she saw my hair shriveled into an Afro, she sprayed a leave in conditioner, which made the situation worse, my hair got dry and frizzy rapidly, my guess is that, that leave in conditioner was not meant for color treated hair .she started looking for a wide tooth comb that She never found . I asked for a comb attachment for the hair dryer She said they don’t have one. She used a small tooth tail comb,and a roller bristle brush to Det angle my hair,half of my hair is gone .I was in pain for the whole time .Services:Hairstyling,Haircut,Shampoo conditioning
JV Garcia: I actually followed Epse here after her previous location in Madison Heights closed. I have been getting my haircut by Espe for well over a decade now. She always does a brilliant job on my hair and has seen me through a lot of different cuts and styles. I trust her to work her magic on my hair whether it has been 2 months or 8 months (early pandemic to blame for that long gap) since my last cut. I think the other stylists and staff do a good job and are very kind from what I have observed. I definitely recommend Espe for a brilliant cut and hair services; my mom has gotten cuts and colors from Espe in the past and I have recommended my own boss to Epse after his previous haircut place shuttered because of the pandemic. you should know: I visited this place with a mass of untamed wild long hair. To test their abilities I told them to make me look sexy with no other direction. Two weeks later and the hair cut they provided still has girls fawning over me that didn't pay attention before. While it's definitely not just the hair, everyone keeps commenting about the cut.

Stephanie Tribble: The women who cut my sons hair, cut it uneven. In addition, I feel like they charged way too much for a toddlers hair cut. They charged me $22.00 plus a tip (which I never should have left one). I will not be taking my son back there again.

Cossette DeCiel: The man cut my husband's hair great. But the woman gave me the worst haircut I've ever had. I've had bad haircuts but never have I cried from a haircut that was this awful. I showed her a photo of a medium length asymmetrical Bob and she cut the back basically to my scalp and originally left the front really long. I knew I couldn't do anything about the back so I asked for the front to be a bit shorter. The front and back have no flow together and the back is basically a pixie cut. She even asked if it was short enough. The only way it could have been shorter is if she shaved it. Do not let the woman there cut your hair. $90 for both of us and not worth it.

A Fleming: After submitting multiple requests for appointments online for both my Girlfriend and I we have received no contact, no booking options, they do not answer the phones if they are closed because of Covid they need to say that. this has been ongoing for 3 months and have received no notifications as to if they are seeing anyone, or any appointment info. The business is not being professionally run. They are not timely as the applications said we should hear back in 24-48 hours they are not serious about potential customers and not responding in a timely manner

He was able to get right in and "Sam" did an amazing job! My son now has a proper haircut to start the school year at his new school! We will definitely come back here whenever he needs a cut again. Shamole Ahmed: I’ve been coming here for years. Owner used to cut it snd she was good. But the last two times I came, Elma cut my hair and I had bad experiences both times. Last time I went in, she chopped off way more than I asked, about 6-7 inches shorter than what I showed her. She was trying to blame me saying she pulled my hair from the back so when she cut it, it’s shorter but customers aren’t going to show their hair from the back. I showed her the length I wanted and she did not cut it to that length. She cut my hair to my jawline and I came in with hair to my back and just wanted a few inches shorter to my mid back. She also cut my hair in 10 min, did not wet it or even ask if I wanted it shampooed. Charged me $25 for that haircut. No product in my hair or anything. I was extremely disappointed. Then she tells me don’t worry your hair will grow back quick, just take some biotin. It took me 3 years to grow it out to the length it was. I won’t be coming here anymore.

I’m not sure what her name is but I would steer away from this place cause of her.

Zannatul Ferdosh: Worst and horrible hair salon ever. They over charged me for highlights not even does the full job. The old lady heated my hair with bleach for more than usual all my hair burnt. She does not have any knowledge how to treat depending on hair condition. It's not even a highlights looks like I I just colored my whole hair. Hair looks so rough and worst like a witch hair. I am having severe hair breakage don't know when this is gonna stop. Looks like I am gonna loose all my hair. I just ruined my beautiful hair by wasting my money. I don't know how to recover it. H Peor: I felt violated when I left. Worst highlights I've ever had in my life. They ruined my hair. I woke up crying every day for over a week. Lindsey Parton: My baby shower is next weekend and with everything going on I forgot to set a hair appointment. Last night around 2 am I was searching Google for a hair salon nearby with availability. I found Lucky's Hair Salon and booked an appointment online, they called me later in the morning to confirm my appointment. When I got there I was greeted by the owner, Christina, the space was very welcoming and inclusive and clean. My hair stylist's name was Elma. I came in with faded red hair and about an inch of roots showing this was my 1st time having dyed red hair so I wasn't sure where to go from here - I just told Elma that I wanted to start going lighter. Alma immediately knew what to do and assured me highlights would be the way to go.. Elma applied perfect highlights, gave me a lovely shampoo, haircut and blow dry. I'm absolutely in love with my hair!While I was there I was offered fresh-ground coffee, water and chocolate. The bathroom and and whole facility was clean and again, welcoming. I've been to fancy, high end salons for the past couple of years now and it just doesn't interest me anymore. Lucky's is well equipped with amentities and has talented stylises. I have found now that I can receive high quality hair from Lucky's without the overpriced fees. I will definitely be back, I couldn't recommend Elma or the owner Christina more!Services:Hair coloring,Haircut

Jaime Benson: My husband and I came in town for the Marine Corp Ball that took place in Warren, MI. I made an appointment with Christina a few weeks prior but our flight was delayed and I missed my appointment. I was coming in for an updo to go with my ball gown. My husband called the salon and asked if she could still fit me in (a few hours after my scheduled appointment) and she said "no problem, when can you be here?" We jumped in our car and headed straight to her salon. She did an amazing updo for me and knew we were running a bit behind so she offered to do my makeup as well. I was absolutely thrilled with both my hair and makeup. Christina & her daughter were both so nice, professional and accommodating. Once she finished my makeup she washed and trimmed my husbands hair as well. We truly felt like we were in a "pretty woman" situation. She made us look wonderful for our big night and took away all of the stress of getting ready. We would both highly recommend Christina and her salon for any services you need for a special event or just in general. Thank you so much Christina!!! Donna Kekovich: I had my eyebrows tattooed. They are awful. I look like a clown. I am totally disgusted. When I addressed it with Fay she got nasty and told me she wouldn’t fix them cause she measured correctly. I would never let her touch me again . People ask me what I did to my eyebrows cause they look that horrible. This is going to cost more to remove that what I paid.

Fay explained every step along the way too!I have had very bad experiences at other salons, where my hair pulled very warm and had horrible orange tint to it. I explained all of this to Fay, and she understood the mistakes other stylists had made, explained it to me, and promised me it would not happen with her, and It didn't! H K: So if you use a Groupon beware. She was really rough handling my hair even after I had told her it’s been falling out a lot. She was in a rush to get someplace. The Groupon included hair cut with a blow dry finished style, and wash. How all these things took less than 20 minutes is beyond me. I had long thick hair. The “blow dry finished style” didn’t even dry my hair all the way! She kept insisting I pay another 20 for blowout. She only shampooed my hair no conditioner. She ended up cutting my hair way too short which is fine I asked for a few inches off but it literally looks choppy and messy. I can’t even go somewhere else to get that fixed because I don’t want it shorter. Another annoyance was her constantly trying to sell me other products and services.
