Ross Barnett: Nice community in North Warren. Bear Creek is tucked away off 13 mile and has long been a desirable location to live. Clubhouse and pool are very nice. The Board of Directors is involved in the community and tries whenever possible to promote community interaction. Many people are complaining on here about the management company but that has nothing to do with the community itself. People would do well to direct those statements to the appropriate business. All Condo associations have rules and a board. Those rules should be looked at before purchasing property in the community. Adhering to those rules is the responsibility of the owner. This isn't new... take complaints with a grain of salt as you often don't get the full story.

L Morin: UPDATE: This place is still the worst. The association is insane. They try to micromanage every aspect of your property, to invasive levels. The worst part is they are incredibly inconsistent with enforcing their ridiculous rules, and often times single people out.

Rascal05: Management company is unreasonable. They site you for damages their contractors have done. The response time for repairs is poor at best. When they do respond, they tell you it is your responsibility. I plan on becoming more involved in order to put an end to the MANY, MANY complaints by fellow owners.

Marsella Tomas: If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible place to live in. Save yourself the trouble. Neighbors are disgusting and have nothing better to do than to take a picture of your car that’s in the “visitor spot”. I live with 3 other people who drive. You only get to park in your garage or right outside of it. So that leaves you with 2 spots. My condo is in the back of the building which would mean I’d have to park in the street and walk far. I risk falling when it’s icy and snowing. I also come home late from work as a nurse and don’t feel safe walking that far alone in the dark. I don’t understand what there is to complain about when it’s late at night when I have parked in the visitor spot. The spot is typically open anyway. Sad miserable life they live to have the time to complain about that. It’s a parking spot. It’s not that deep.

B. “Botinashopping” Lee: These are okay. Small in the inside.. community seems kept up and clean. Nothing extravagant and there forgettable. I was meeting someone to view there property and apparently I parked the wrong way ..and they gave me grief about it. Very particular. I ignored them and said I wasn't going to be long. Get over yourself you guys are acting like I was gonna camp out there with my car parked in the wrong way. Give me a break!

Vacationlover 15: No parking spots available. Only the spot in the one car garage and the spot right behind you not convenient at all! Few visitor spots available, if you park there you will be fined. Neighbors are absolutely disgusting taking pictures of you and your house anything to get you in trouble. WOULD GIVE -5 STARS if I could!!!There is no real association just a bunch of pathetic people bored with their lives that live around there. they don’t even get paid for the job and they hand out fines like it’s no big deal!Trash is put out on the curb ruins the grass and looks absolutely awful makes the whole place smell! No recycling either! With all the money they make on fines you’d assume they would get a dumpster and a recycling bin in the corner somewhere!
joseph bohn: Maintenance ok.Pool not a plus. An expensive heater was purchased , ; then the association determined it was too expensive to operate so it was shut down. The pool attendant was unfriendly and rude ,a relative of the association president. All of this made the pool, what should have been an attribute, into a negative.Percentage of renters vs. owners never disclosed.Would not recommend

Alana Stump: I am currently serving as President of my Association’s Board. We have 192 units (48 buildings) that are around 30 years old. We have only been with Key Association Management since July 2022, but in that short time period they have unequivocally proven themselves to be an invaluable asset to our community. Multiple challenges have presented in recent months, including the election of an entirely new Board, and Key employees have excelled at assisting us at every step. There have been a few issues but Key was responsive and professional, and remedied them as soon as they possibly could. Our community manager is AJ Sanzobrin and I sincerely have found him to be indispensable and a pleasure to work with. I very much appreciate how great AJ is at his job: intelligent, personable, responsive, professional, competent, timely, trustworthy and reliable. I am thankful literally every day that our Association hired Key Association Management.
Bill Bitonti: This is not true . Both me and my wife called. I was the person that told you that I would like a refund of 1.95 for having to pay a fee to do a ACH through your website. You need to do a better job to make sure you have proper staffing to handle inbound calls and answer emails. You can send me my 1.95 for January dues.

KAM recently helped us seamlessly transition from a property management company that we had been with for twenty years thanks to AJ, our KAM community manager. JOANNE SMITH: I am very upset with association and the board. Removing a perfect health trees down and not sending out letter that they will be doing this. We should have been able to have time to appeal this. We have trees and bushes dead that have never been taken down. I have lived in Strathford Village for 20 years and take care of the grass and landscape in front of my condo. This makes me so angry other areas of the commons need attention. Also like to make note I clean up garbage every day because people do not bag up and best of all put it out when ever they want. How about improving the area and not destroying beautiful trees. Also spending money on tree removal is outrages when we need stairs repaired and uplifted pavement.

Bill Fisher Google guide level seven: My wife is a realtor with the wrong real estate business I went with her to show a client one of the condos there and right off the bat I noticed this place was really clean and taking care of I was kind of expecting just the opposite I've been in this business for 30 years usually when I think it's going to be bad it is bad but this place was really nice and the condo she had showing the client was beautiful I had a washer and dryer downstairs in the storage all in all it was a nice place
