michael Gravlin: When I booked my room I was told that there was Free Breakfast and that Pets were aloud. Upon checking in after a 12 hour drive, I was informed that there were in pets aloud and they did not serve breakfast anymore. So were do leave my dog and now have to search for a place to eat before I do my business in town. You would think that they would have changed there website to reflect these changes, bottom line I WILL NOT RETURN THERE!Rooms: Room was clean but my wife had trouble getting in and out of the bed. The floor is not carpeted, its linoleum. Room has microwave, Small coffee machine and a small frigid.

Terry Pack: I very nice hotel that I stay at during the week because I live out of the area but work in the area. The manager has been very fair with me and I cannot say enough good things about her except to say that she runs a very good hotel that is worth spending the night if you are in the area and need a place to stay. Since I am in a different room every week, I can say that most of the rooms I have stayed in have a bathroom that has a wall mount handheld shower head. This is something that you don't see in most hotels and it means that you can take the showerhead off the wall and wash yourself better than a showerhead that is just wall mounted. The hotel has 4 floors and there are 3 icemakers. The only floor that doesn't have one is the 2nd floor. So, you really don't have to go far for ice. The breakfast is a typical free hotel breakfast that will fill your stomach. You can get a waffle, eggs, sausage or bacon (depending on the day), yogurt, cereal, muffins, coffee, tea, orange juice, the list goes on. There is also a free USA Today if you like reading a newspaper. Also, there is a workout room for you to workout if this is important to you. Kudos to the manager, her front desk people, the people who clean the rooms, and the maintenance people for making my stay the reason why I keep coming back to my home away from home.

Ari Brooks: Room was dirty bed and sheets were not tue best. Bathroom was dirty and had to clean it myself but thanks to the front desk for the cleaner. Smoke alarm hanging off the wall with plastic wrapped around it. When I brought it up the night attendant says oh they do that. I'm pretty confident that most of the reviews on their website have been paid for.

Yuri: Really old smelly motel. Very misleading pictures and some review. This motel is old, really old. It needs to ton of paint just to keep up with regular maintenance. Im guessing it didnt see much of it in years. Everything is falling apart and has a ton of aged dirt. Sigaret smell is everywhere. Also, my room was missing chair. A lot of rooms are facing busy road where heavy traffic is even at night so its not very possible to get much sleep. Stuff is nice and thats only decent about it. Wont recommend it to anyone

Ramon Goudeau: I used to live in the area (up the street, just north of 11 mile), so I've seen this hotel in a better state. When I was told we had reservations there, I thought nothing of it. Until we arrived. This is the worst hotel that I've stayed in. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillow was so unusable, my traveling partner used his jacket, bundled around the pillow. Remote didn't work, no drawers in the room, outlets didn't work, I can go on... I couldn't be paid to ret8rn to this establishment.

Valerie Hartzer: The room smelled like an ashtray, the dresser was in pieces, half of the outlets didn't work, the beds were nightmare uncomfortable, we were short towels and pillows, no ice bucket, the shampoo didn't foam or clean well and the soap was drying. The lock didn't work and the security lock was broken off the door frame. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken, the lobby door had a shatter pattern. The staff was friendly but the facilities are in very rough shape.

Rachel Mealer: Staff so why speak much english but were helpful. The place was very outdated and vending machines were usually empty. The indoor swimming pool is closed down. They only serve decaf coffee or tea in the mornings. The phones were damaged and house keeping only cleaned once a week if u reminded urself to tell them u wanted it done. Had to switch out towels on the spot and discount vet any extra. They so have washing machines and dryers. Would go back if necessary.

Mikayla Janae: So far my week long stay has been great! No real issues with the rooms or staff. For the pricing, it’s a beautiful place. I will add they have loads of rules Ex: -no visitors in rooms/ only lobby -no parties-no more than the max occupancy in the room per visit. (If you reserved a room for 2 or 4, those are the only ones allowed in that room)And the front desk can take awhile to service you but it’s quiet and clean. I’ll take it.

Tina Waszil: Pool is closed and there’s no sign that says otherwise. A ROACH hotel is located near the desk. Smoke detector is ripped out. There’s disgusting stains on the curtains. The faucet on the bathroom tub constantly leaks. Lamp doesn’t work near the bed. The refrigerator hasn’t stopped humming loud since we have been here. Very disappointed!! Only descent aspect was that it was near the venue we were venturing to. Great location- terrible accommodations. When we got back from the venue; the new clerk questioned if we even had a room here! Quite rude! Oh, and the dirty socks and trinkets we found all over the room were amazing 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

Kawana Cummings: The power went out at my house so I came here. Besides the air conditioning nothingelse was sufficient else was sufficient. else was sufficient. We asked for fresh towels and blankets and washcloths and the only thing we receive was a sheet. the microwave didn't work and there is a sheet on the refiner which makes me think there are bugs. This hotel reminds me of the projects and I have seen some nice projects that were way better than this! The microwave didn't work. Very noisy guests. Call the front desk and there was no answer. Did I mention there is no phone in this room?

MB MB: This place have lot of bugs in bad and cockroach , all the rooms are very bad ,not tv antenna, AC dirty, no filters, you pay your money and you sleep in zoo , the owner is very cheap, I told him about bad bugs and show him a video too of what I found and he spray my room with a landscaping pump, no mask no glove , this hotel need a serious inspection from the city .

Jayla Madison: If Google allowed negative stars they would definitely apply here. The room wasn’t just regular motel dirty, it was “we’ve had a squatter in here for a week & didn’t care to check the room before renting it out” dirty. The towels were also dirty but it didn’t matter because they provide 1 toiletry: a roll of toilet tissue half used. Soap apparently isn’t a necessity even after a pandemic. I paid for a week bc I was in town visiting & the morning after I checked in my childhood dog visited me. The front desk woman thought I brought her so she offered to “check my room every day I stayed or give a full refund”. Well clearly I chose the refund because I’m not a child, my money buys my privacy period. When I came for the refund she immediately called the cops, even though the situation wasn’t escalated? This company “feels threatened” by black people in general apparently so take your black bucks elsewhere.
