Ryan Lubish: Terrible, I brought a working floor jack with a bad seal. It released too fast and popped it lifted cars excellently beforehand. Brought them the pump to rebuild it first, it took them two days before they called and wanted us to bring the ram that's a slip fit into the cylinder. Then they said "oh you were right we didn’t need it but there isn't going to be a warranty on the pump" 2 weeks later they called us and said that it was missing pieces and they wanted 700 dollars to rebuild a floor jack!! They said they would sell us a brand-new one for 1000 bucks!!! I can have a lift installed for 1300!!! they couldn't give us a straight answer for why the price was so high on the rebuild I found the seal kit online from the manufacturer for under 100 bucks I am not at all happy with this company terrible customer service lengthy down time and overpriced and when I received my bag of parts I was missing parts that I know where in there from the start!!! It was a working jack!!!! I also received parts that weren't even for my jack I wouldn't recommend them at all GO ELSWHERE!! I paid $45 to have my parts lost and have my jack torn apart.

Jon Suh: Bough a INSTRON FATIGUE compression tester. Literally spend more time and money fixing since buying an equipment...and after 2yrs of struggle, finally we gave up on it and wasted over $30K and a lots of time..... Would never buy from them.They blamed us using fish tank chiller but the chiller we used initially was 0.5HP then increased to 1HP. The Machine had High Temp sensor that never worked to begin with. The machine went back to vendor to fix, but returned functional with UNRELIABLE DATA. We traveled twice to inspect the machine but didn't even have proper chiller to show machine running for 24hrs. It was our fault that we took their word Granted!!!!

Joseph Zalar: Working with Frank Bacon was easy and convenient. I was buying several pieces of equipment for our laboratory including a maroscope, polisher/grinder, cut off saw, and a mounting press. After sending me material on the items they had on hand, they invited me up to visit and select the items I wanted for my lab. I could not beat the price when comparing to new items and other compaines that are in a similar business. It took about 4 weeks for all of the items to be refurbished if needed. After that was complete I traveled up there again and ensured everything was in working order. All of the items are in great working order and we have been using them for about 6 months. Even after the sale, they stay in contact to ensure that everything is running smoothly.

Norlok Engineering: Frank Bacon refurbished a piece of equipment for me for nearly half the price of a new machine of the same spec. For a research project at a university, this was perfect. Due to complications in refurbishing the machine did take longer than originally specked but they did come through with a very good machine for its price.

Qual Man: We bought a used hardness tester off this tester. We paid up front for servicing and calibration. Machine began malfunctioning from the beginning. Follow telephone calls revealed what can only be described as a lack of interest on their sales engineer to give support. His manner was condescending and he was aloof. I would not recommend this company, save your money and time.

Although they didn't have the product that I was looking for which is not a surprise because it's kind of outside of their realm of expertise they went way out of their way and above and beyond what they should have normally to try to provide me with something that would work. I literally needed only two inches of hose and these guys knew that from the start yet still took the time to do what it took to give me something that could possibly work. I absolutely recommend using this location because they're guys actually seem like they care about making sure to try to take care of you to the best of their ability

Another time their computer said 5 fittings in stock but the tech said he couldn't find them, shrugged his shoulders, and wouldn't look for them because it was almost closing time. Terrible selection and service. I'll never bother trying them again. Their competitor Pirtek saved the day for me every time and I would recommend pirtek over this place any time!! Pirtek has both metric and standard fittings and are very knowledgeable and professional. Five stars to Pirtek! And 0 stars for rittertech
