jeremy green: I’m relatively new to growing. I stopped in because it is on my home from work. I’m the type who researches , reads and asks a lot of people input. It can be overwhelming with so many different sources and opinions available. These guys really stepped up and simplified the process for me. I went in one day frustrated with a PH problem & questionable meters results. I walked in ready to drop $$$ on a high end PH meter. While showing me the meters he asked questions about what was going on that I felt I needed that meter and I showed him pictures and talked about my regiments. Being new he could have easily sold me a $200 meter, but didn’t. He took the time to ask questions and learn about my grow. Set me up with some nutrients , gave advice on dosing for my particular strain and hooked me up with some samples. The honesty and taking the time to ask what I was doing to set me on the right track is much appreciated and is what keeps me coming back. Thanks guys.

chris valenti: I started growing a year and a half ago, and there are tons of hydro stores in my area and hydro king keeps me coming back with quality products and the best prices, but mostly the staff, they've been more than helpful and they've loaded me up with so many freebies and samples I've been able to try several lines and find out what works best in my garden, not to mention Tony's own feeding schedule with advanced ph perfect products, great for beginners and a serious line if you know what you're doing. Bottom line 18 months of shopping around and internet searches and I've found that their prices rival Amazon and the quality of customer service is unmatched, they even returned some stuff for me cause I realized I didn't need it :) this place and all the employees are awesome! I definitely recommend it.

Millermake Studios: This is an excellent company to buy your supplies from and I was also a former business employee here. If you end up working here, you get a really nice discount on the products that are sold. The drawbacks are based off of miscommunication and I ended up leaving because there’s no room for growth. You are kept at the bottom and I was told about new opportunities for training that never came to fruition.The month I worked here was back in February and was started off with a part time opportunity. If you are new here, keep your eyes open about the rat/mice problem. They keep hiring new people to chip at it then fire them whenever they feel like it. In my case I voluntarily quit but stay on guard working here and you should be okay.

Kyle Double u: I once had a not so great experience there and that was due to a meter a bought from them and wasn’t too happy about the warranty policy on it but continued to shop there cuz it was the cheapest place around. Well recently I developed a spider might problem and was there buying my usual stuff. Asked the staff where a product was and he investigated my issues. At first I was a little skeptical cuz they are all salesman and I know the game just trying to sell my some stuff that don’t work. The guy I can’t remember his name but he was a middle age clean cut dude recommended a product called grow safe. I was skeptical but decided to buy it anyways. He told me how exactly to use it and I followed the instructions as he told me. To My amazement the product actually worked and I haven’t seen a mite in a few weeks. This store has totally redeemed itself in my opinion. Like I said before they always have the cheapest price on everything and obviously there staff knows a little bit of stuff. I’ll be a satisfied customer and recommend anybody to come shop there! 5 stars here

I returned a very expensive humidifier that stopped working within its warranty period a few weeks ago. They still havnt credited my account or tried to replace it for me. They let me know that they're return policy has changed recently and they won't be making it right for me until the distributor makes it right for them. However I remember when I bought it up there they explained the policy very differently. I was told if there was any issue during the warranty period bring it back they would replace it on the spot. I wouldn't recommend buying anything there.

James Meldrum: Loved this place at one time. Very close to home. Nice staff. However they never have CO2 in stock. Never. It comes in once a week (usually delivery is late aswell). Been trying to get CO2 every week for months and months and they are always out. I just don't understand why they don't order more at a time or have multiple deliveries a week. I'm typically very patient but what pushed me over the edge this week is I call the day it comes in and find out they do have it but all the tanks are spoken for aka pre paid. Didn't even know that was an option.

I was helped in every way possible. I received my light plug, and I found out that the lights still worked. I am very appreciative of the help I received, and will return when I am in the area.

They dont salesmen you at all, if kid with glasses on the weekend is still there he will stay away from him. Lobes Lobes: One of the friendliest cleanest and packed Hydro stores I’ve seen in awhile. I decided to go there with a receipt I had from another Hydro store and they beat not one of the products but all the products that were on my prior receipt. They saved me about $300.00. I had a really great experience dealing with Nick he took me down the aisles explained a couple new products that I could benefit from in my Garden as well as save me some money in my pocket.
