Sabrina Minnix: This place discriminates! My child is immunocompromised and can’t get her routine vaccines, and this place refuses to see her because of it!
premier medical: Dr. Krasnick and her staff are all wonderful. Our pediatrician referred us and Dr. Krasnick was able to figure out why our son was getting sick so frequently and started us on a treatment plan to improve his health. We could not be happier.
Cradle Me Care LLC: Prejudice staff. Met a woman named Melissa and she made me feel VERY uncomfortable.
Jeanine H.: The office staff was very friendly and helpful in scheduling our first appointment. Dr. Linden was extremely thorough and patient. She answered all of our questions and I did not feel like she was rushing to get out of the room. She gave us a lot of good information to help our son. I like this office!
Lori Scamihorn: The staff was not friendly and neither was the Doctor. All they talked about was how I was going to pay them. I won't use them ever again for any allergy concerns.

Allergy Clinic of Warren: what do users think?
bbach01: Very friendly staff and friendly doctors never had a problem
April Emery: The desk people are not very friendly but the doctors are
Todd Rooney: Patient warning: this clinic charges very high prices for skin tests. Be sure to ask for costs of tests before being administered - they do not disclose these costs beforehand. My meeting with Dr. Zacks was quite pleasant, but I received a bill for $1,000 and just a prescription for an over-the-counter drug that I could've got for $8 at any pharmacy.

Asthma & Allergy Institute of Michigan: what do users think?
Andrea Waymaster: I have been going to the Asthma & Allergy Institute of Michigan for about 6yrs now. I've seen Dr. Bruner, Dr. Frith (no longer there, but was great), and their N.P. Dorela. I loved them all. Every one of them sits down and takes the time to genuinely get to know you and how to best help you. They are all kind and compassionate medical professionals, and they really know their field. This facility has helped treat many of my allergy issues, from food to environmental, and I'm feeling better now than I have in a long time. The clinic is always quick to get patients in for appointments, often even same day. The staff is knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The clinic is clean and organized with plenty of seating and sanitation areas. I'm incredibly satisfied with my treatment by the entire staff here, and I recommend them to others with ease.
Allison Shields: Update:They’ve lost their best doctors. If I get allergy testing and immunizations, it won’t be from here.Amanda is an amazing doctor/PA, she makes me feel listened to and comfortable every time I go to see her. She is very knowledgable, but explains everything in terms that I can understand. Most importantly, my asthma is under control for the first time in my adult life.
Selvie Arifi: I have never been to a place where the WHOLE staff was kind, professional and most importantly not rude . Great first experience. Great doctor!
david gerasimoski: The best, very helpful, informative and kind
Chris Tiska: This place is honestly where you need to take your kids too!!! They are amazing with our kids.. and the allergies and asthma and peanut allergy.. is finally at ease... now after 5 years of searching for the right dr. Thankfull to say... I finally found an allergist... so we can be at peace.. I highly recommend this place... if you are searching for someone to trust with your medical issues... whether yours or a loved one.. ❤
Cheryl McO: Dr. Bruner is thorough and caring! Amanda is an exceptional MS, PA-C! Very patient and good bedside manner! Office seems to run very efficient.
Nick T: My allergies are all about clear thanks to them. If you have allergies and want them gone this is the place to be.My only complaint is that the hours are pretty bad, not really sure how an adult is supposed to go.
Dave Hart: Highly recommend this office, didn't waste my day waiting for the doctor. Friendly staff very helpful.
Jeff Burdzinski: I have been a patient of Dr. Bruner for 22 years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
Anna Makola: Always a pleasant experience

Asthma, Allergy, & Immunology Center: what do users think?
Charles Smart: Dr. Badr not only is a knowledgable physician, she also wants to see her patients get better. It is my pleasure to commend her. Charles Smart, MD
Audrey Miller: The office staffing are always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Badr always listens and gives me helpful directive advice.I recommend this office to my family and friends.
Christina Albear: I am so comfortable with Dr Bader and staff
Holly Jurczak: Dr. Badr sits down and listens to your concerns. The staff is very friendly and professional.
Bisma Rana: Hands down one of the most unprofessional facilities I have ever visited.I was scheduled to meet with Dr. Badr at 2:00 p.m. today. When I arrived, I was met with confusion by the front desk staff who seemed unaware that I had an appointment today. They then told me they thought I was scheduled for the morning, which was incorrect.I proceeded to wait 45 minutes in my room before Dr. Badr saw me. She was extremely rude, condescending, and harsh. She kept rolling her eyes at me, would hardly let me speak or communicate my concerns, and would get unreasonably defensive any time I asked a simple question. I asked her if she felt the skin test would be more accurate than blood work for my allergies, and she proceeded to say “You’re a medical assistant. You should know this.” She also kept asking me why I came in for hives a month after it happened when this was the soonest appointment they had available… lmao. I ended up leaving without getting any testing done because I did not feel comfortable receiving care from someone who seemed so burdened by their own patient.
Andy Thompson: Dr. Badr is the best. Extremely knowledgeable and takes time with her patients. Office staff is incredibly gracious.
S I: Very friendly staff and doctors! Dr. Badr is great, attentive and knowledgeable!
BarbAe: I felt cared for!
Eileen Biggie: I would and have highly recommended this office and Dr. Badr for many years now. Dr. Badr is very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. She takes care of several of our family members. She is friendly, courteous and listens. She treats you like an old friend, and doesn’t act like you are beneath her.I also give high grades to her staff!

Allergy & Asthma Associates of MI, P.C: what do users think?
J L: Waited half an hour after appointment time. Then after I am in the room I waited another 45 minutes. If I were an hour late for an appointment I am sure they would not see me. But they don’t care about bad reviews because they don’t reply to any. They are making tons of money so why should they care?
A'kim Evans: Top allergy center
Heather C: Allergy and Asthma Associates provides stellar maintenance and care for patients with asthma. Couldn't be happier with Dr. Tawila and his staff, who make a point of answering all questions about the condition or treatment. They explain viable lifestyle or home changes, like different cleaning methods, to continue long-term good lung health.Their appointment times can be tricky for a new patient, but booking out well in advance has never been a problem. Staff is receptive and excellent about reaching out with appointment reminders, filling prescriptions, and providing updates.I've never had issues with Rx refills at the pharmacy and my charts are up-to-date for my main doctor. Can't ask for better service than that!My only complaint is location: entering and exiting the parking lot off 13 Mile is extremely difficult at peak hours. Parking behind the building is better. I wish they were in a more accessible location in the same area or in Woodward Corners. Use the light and don't trust drivers are patient coming westbound; they aren't.
Elyse Watkins: I would not recommend this clinic. Front office staff is rude. Billing staff does not know what they are doing. I started seeing them in July, 2022 for chronic hives and they said they took my insurance and I continued seeing them until January 2023 until I got a bill for $700. Additionally, my last three visits I saw three different providers and they all told me that I could receive a Xolair injection after my trial medications but after my last visit the billing staff said I needed immunosuppressant drugs and could not get Xolair. The providers had told me that I did not need immunosuppressant drugs and that they did not provide those type of medications in office. So the front of the house and back of the house obviously do not communicate with each other and I am without a medication that I desperately need. The providers were nice enough but not informed about my insurance coverage or my prior authorization denial, they never read the note from the provider I saw at my previous visit. If you only need allergy shots then this place would be ok but if you have chronic urticaria or anything that is more involved I would seek a practice with less providers and a better reputation. I would give them zero stars if I could. I am in the medical field and would never treat a patient so horribly or write a bad review but this place is exceptionally incompetent.
Emily Brown: I’ve done allergy shots for a number of years in previously places I’ve lived. The places is the past we’re very thorough and communicative. This place is not. The testing appointment here was fine, and I started shots shortly after. I found it odd that they have you wait in the car. My last place was really good about making sure you were okay after and would check your shot site to make sure you weren’t having a bad reaction. According to this office, multiple payment requests were sent to me via mail, but I haven’t seen a single bill in the mail. I event sorted through all my bill piles I keep to track these things. They have the right address but the notices never reached me. They told me I still had a balance and I asked if I could pay it online to clear it, but, apparently it was sent to collections. They said they only call if the mail gets sent back. So apparently the remaining balance is now in collections. I was told to call the main office to resolve that. Not sure what that even is and i feel like I just have to track it myself. I understand things happen and at the end of the day, it’s my responsibility, but at least give me the information to pay it. My last allergy doctor would consistently communicate and let me know if it was time to make a payment, or if I had fallen behind on my shots. A simple call would have been nice to avoid all of this. Additionally, their online payment portal is a blank link to nothing, so it’s not the most convenient or modern payment system. Lastly, my last allergy doc helped me get my epipen and even searched for coupons for me. This place didn’t even check to see if I refilled it and when I asked if they had coupons they acted like I was an idiot for asking. Epipens are very expensive and the coupons can be extremely helpful. It just feels like they don’t care and aren’t really concerned with you as a person with the challenges of allergies. Between the cost of allergy treatments and the consistent upkeep you need to do to treat them, it’s really nice to have a doctor who communicates. I will be trying somewhere new and hope to have a better, more communicative experience somewhere else.
Lorraine Williams: Dr. Tewila, kind, thorough, disciplined. Very grateful that he seen me. Looking for answers of a on going health issue. He did, just that narrowed it down with concrete criteria. So glad to see Betty there as well. Ankar, Great tech. Thank you all.
sama yousif: ROYAL OAK LOCATIONLove the doctors here but the front desk receptionists here are absolutely terrible and need to be trained on valuable customer service. The Front Desk ladies that were working today were extremely rude with no customer service skills at all. I asked the check out girl with short-medium brunette hair if I have a balance since I have been here 4 times now and have always been told I dont have one. She asks me for my information and right away gives me attitude and says they mailed it out 2 weeks ago. I let her know nicely that I haven’t seen it so it mightve gotten lost and she states that I have to pay it full by the end of this month (not true, the office does payment plans). I am a front desk receptionist myself and I understand people have bad days or some patients can be extremely rude that can ruin our day, but working in customer service, you have to make sure you respect all customers and treat them kindly. Front desk staff are the ones who represent the office and are the first people patients interact with Interacting with the staff here makes me not want to come to this office anymore.
portia boldin: Great doctor and it's very busy with allergy infections.
Rabeya Begum: Nice and very quick
Sara Berry: Front desk women was very rude to me she was nice to everyone else that walked in accept for me made me feel it was because I was middle eastern. I will not go to this office again. They should hire a new receptionist.
Fadea: Dr was very nice but the lady at the front desk the older lady is very rude and miserable she was not nice at all took a lot for me to not say anything to her because I had my son with me. She should be replaced she doesn’t know how to speak to people. She made me very upset.
Shanita Sherman: I have been a patient with this practice for 30 years. The staff are incredible, the Drs are incredible.
Alice Harris: Dr. Tawila and his assistant were very nice and patient and it really meant a lot to me. I had to get an allergy test done on my back and I told his assistant about my anxiety with medical instruments being on my back (from past medical trauma) and her kindness helped me deal and calm down as she did the test. She was very sweet. Dr. Tawila is also kind and calm. It was just a basic allergy appointment but it means a lot to me to meet kind medical professionals these days. Very professional and thorough. Thanks!
Amanda Marie: This place is going down hill.
Julie Perulli: My experience at the office and with Dr. Tawila and his staff was nothing short of excellent. They were on time and efficient for both of my visits. Dr. Tawila answered all of my questions and was always thorough in his explanations. My primary care physician referred me here and I'm glad he did. The staff was so nice, even in the midst of a very busy week. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Tawila!
Robin Craft: A friend of mine was asked if she was pregnant when she wasn’t and when she tried to tell the management how upset she was they just dismissed her, disgusting people
Marie Barnes: Getting your allergy shot is always very quick and convenient.
Denel Jackson: I understand it’s difficult to find providers with Saturday hours but please try to avoid this place if you can. The staff is very rushed, unorganized and uninformed.I’ve had issues where no one knew where my serum was after ordering more and didn’t bother to look or call me to tell me it was missing/late for weeks. Out of the 5 or 6 times I called trying to figure out what was going on I got a call back once. They still didn’t have an answer because the several members of the staff had neglected to properly notate or document.Even when holding my shots schedule and paperwork in front of them, they don’t know what dose I’m supposed to be getting, how many shots left in the series, or often I need to come in. Any question you ask, has to pass through 3 or more people, the staff actually dealing with the shots/serum seem more or less untrained.
Krysten Wells: I've been coming here since 2017 when my asthma was putting me in the hospital constantly. Thanks to them my asthma is now well controlled and maintainable. I recommend this place to anyone who is has allergies or asthma and needs help. They're friendly and really know what's they're doing!
ROXHENSA LIPO: I had just moved from out of state and had the worst allergies moving to MI, my friend recommended me to come to this office because she had been a long time patient with them, i scheduled a appointment was seen the same week and my allergies were treated and explained the day of my appointment, i am very happy i chose this office they are kind, super friendly, very polite and the billing dept is very understandable when it comes to my bill, over all i give them 10 stars for being so good anyone who is looking for a great allergist needs to schedule an appt and see the doctors here..
Julie M: I honestly can't say enough good things about this office. I had such a terrible insurance company to deal with. Bionca helped me so much. She went above and beyond.
