Bruce Barr: The staff and ownership at this location are incredible people. They go above and beyond for everyone to make sure they have the best experience. The complaints I've read include a customer mad they didn't get food after the kitchen closed and another fella was frustrated the facility didn't stay open specifically for him after closing hours.If those are the only complaints, then the Shelby X-Golf is treating people right.You're going to have a good time there.

Mellisa and Abby were nothing but kind and reassuring that we would get a bay as soon as one opened up. I’ve never been to a place where the owner has called to apologize for anything, the employees, owner, and business deserve a 10/10. Thank you again Mellisa Abby and we didn’t catch the owners name but thank you. Come to Shelby X Golf and you won’t regret it.

roy rogers: Just learned about that place. Stopped in to get a feel for it and check the price's. The beer is on the high side for price, I guess you should go for golf and do your drinking some place else. I give it a 5 star because I love golf.

D Lichtenberg: Fun inside golf. Bar type food, because of COVID the menu was limited mostly to pizza, chicken nuggets, cheese sticks and hot dogs. Great time with great weather inside despite what it might be outside. Golf year round. Some minor adjustments made for the inside course.

Andre Rozier: First time there with my friends. Very friendly atmosphere. Family oriented. But, adults will enjoy it, also. Also has a bar, and few selection from TAP. I liked the Bells-two-Hearted, IPA. cost about 55 dollars an hour, but we split it tree ways. Not bad simulator. Definitely a great place to go. Service was slow because they are BUSY! Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time. YOU WILL ENJOY IT!

B Rabbit: Very nice facility. They started us 10 minutes late and kicked us out right at 6 on the dot. Kind of messed up. Beer was cold. Pretzels were a 4.6 out of 10. I've had better freezer pretzels.

Ben Langman: There is simply nothing better than being able to have a swing of a club in a comfortable, inclusive and clean environment. The service is top notch. Alma & Jen are hands down incredible. Having recently moved from another country. It's really nice to hang out and meet new friends. 10/10. Will do again.

They’re very attentive and friendly, and are amazing to hang with too. Would recommend to anyone trying get the itch taken care of for golf, and to get some swings in.

Austin Monfils: literally each and every time myself and the mates come to this specific location, we’re treated not like customers, but like royalty by the staff. specially Alma and Jen are absolutely godsends. they’re always on top of their game, treating us like we’re the only people here while also treating the rest of the crowd with the same respect. i thought this location would be a busy because of its location, but i don’t think i’ll ever play at another xgolf location and that’s 99.99% due to to the staff at this location. 10 out of 5 stars.

Some people see this as a positive, so good luck to those individuals.Food, mostly fried bar food, was average. Chicken and fries were tough, meaning it was old.Otherwise I cannot fault the very helpful staff and the simulator works well.

Joshua Jelenek: Plain and simple - don't miss this place. We have been a regular for two years now. Chris (PGA Pro) and general manager makes this place feel like an upscale venue in NYC. He is always changing out the mats and balls to provide a world class experience. The service is always on point and the beer is cold. Further, my wife has taken lessons from Chris for a year and saw 10 strokes come off her game. You will not be disappointed. Great place to work on your game, do a group date night or get involved in a league.

Mark D: This is the best Xgolf in the Metro Area. Having friends in different area around town we tend to rotate locations throughout the winter. The staff at this location are absolutely fantastic. They are able to troubleshoot sim errors within seconds. Anyone who plays at xgolfs throughout the winter knows how sensitive these simulators can be. This goes a long way with my buddies and I during our competitive games.

Steven Cullen: Im laughing at some of these negative reviews. People are just angry, aren’t they? This is a great place to eat, drink and golf during the winter! Staff is very kind and down to earth. Always accommodating. Staff even let me play a little longer because they weren’t busy at the time. I’ll always go back if I can’t get outside for a round. Why would someone complain about masks not being worn if it’s not a mandate anymore? Don’t show up if you’re worried about masks. Great place!

Jason Heyninck: The golf was good. You don't want the Weir sym as everytime the door opens up sunshine in and really fads the screen. For some reason they let 12 kids play tag on the putting green. A bit much when trying to have a round with another couple. Service was great. Always there to top off your drink. Weird ending though, while we had 2 holes to play the waitress kept bringing our bill and wanting to settle up ??? Don't you pay when you leave ? I had to stop playing and pay my bill before we were done our round. Strange.

We had to wait…no big deal…we were 15 to 20 minutes late starting…no big deal…at the top of the hour the new staff member kicked us out of our stall saying our time was up…..!!! we tried to explain that we had to wait..he didn’t carer and made us leave…ill never go back

Allison Crozier: It was ok. Slow service and you have to fiddle with the system to get it to work. The screen wouldn’t register our putting so we just bypassed that part. Kinda expensive considering.

Brad Shepley: Great place to take kids for an afternoon. They have a total of 36 holes of pirate and tropical island themed mini golf. We took her grandchildren there and they had a wonderful afternoon.

J Mo: The mini putt courses are looking really run down these days and could use an upgrade. The greens are worn out and there are missing/broken props and decorations that should be replaced or fixed. Quite a bit of garbage on the ground and spider webs everywhere. If the pop machine is broken then fix it or get rid of it don’t just tarp it up because it looks terrible. Porta potties are your only option if you have to go to the washroom.
