Universal Nonstop: what do users think?
Owen Bradley: So much to do in one building. Had a pretty good time, great for kids
Jess: There are so many things to say. Several activities closed and were only for bday party guests. They need help at the snack bar, and you are checked by Warren Police before you can enter. That says it all right there. This place did not use to be like this when it first opened. Most of the workers, not all of them, looked like they did not want to be there, and if you asked them anything, most seemed immediately agitated. My niece almost fell and broke her neck in the playscape area. One of the nets completey broke, and Son had to pull her up by her leg and arm. I told a worker who was supposed to monitoring the play area, but instead on his phone. When I did tell him, he got up to go look. But came back to sit down, instead of closing off the area. This place is Ghetto and I wouldn't recommend going especially with kids.
Louis Williams: How you supposed to be nonstop but closed three days out the week?
Suprina Morton: I will never allow any of my Family & Friends come to this place of Business because it's the way they handle my Grandson's Birthday with my Son and Daughter-in-love!!!...They really need not to have any Birthday plans nor Special Events because they won't allow you to bring your own Treat Table Setup and they also mention that my Grandson's Cake couldn't be served to his Guest!...Etc. I'm very disappointed ☹️
Justin Williams: Paul gave me a great customer service and is the best worker you guys have he deserves a raise
Kemelo Johnson: T and Mari b was Very helpful
The Truth: Great place. A little pricey to eat
Gage Morgan: Me and my girlfriend came here on our anniversary and we were told not to pay for single attractions at the moment so we went along and both got the wristbands, but when we got in there we're hardly any employees around only reason there was an employee at the rock wall is because my gf asked to climb it other than that everything was closed no mini golf no laser tag no go karts no vr no escape room everything was shut down.. terrible experience
India Buchanan: Pizza was terrible. Has Limitations on decorations for the party room. Not worth the money
Jeriline King: They never answer their front desk phone, the contractions never works you waste time going up
Naruto Uzumaki: Weird for metal detectors
MsMoua01: It was pretty cool. My kids had fun. They have go karts, bumper cars, arcades, escape room, and a section for toddlers. You have to load money into the card and if you want access to all rides you can buy a wristband for unlimited rides. They can get really busy. One time I drove by to see if it was busy and the line was out the door.
Kevin Debrowsky: My kids got a Groupon for Christmas so we figured we would check it out. Biggest waste of time. They open at 12. We got there at 12:10 and nothing was open for them to do. The lady at the counter said the workers we just now coming in and it would be a bit to set up and get going. I drove 40 minutes to get here and didn't get to do anything. Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced and I will never be coming back. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Motor City Tax Pro’s: Never call people back.
Daija Sloss: Impossible to get a return phone call from them regarding birthday parties ! I have left over 3 voicemails in one week. Unacceptable
Kay Wood: Place has the makings of a great time. Sadly the arcade games were not working and the ppl who are in charge of the day to day are quiet rude. I was there with my children for a birthday party but I will not be going back of my own accord. First impressions are truly lasting.
Kay Bell: Staff are very ghetto. I just left the place after a birthday party and it was terrible. The arcade games didn't even work. So they gave us a extra hour to play (didn’t even include the party room WHICH they didnt even tell us) after our time was up (nobody even knew) a staff told us “you can leave or I can call the police” No “Sorry your time is up” or “You’ve stayed over your limit I’ll have to charge extra” . Terrible service just terrible
Nic Gilskey: Boy, what a disappointment. It definitely has potential, but our experience was subpar largely across the board. We got Groupons for unlimited attractions for 3 hours and it included a $10 arcade credit. We drove an hour to get there, and found out the go karts were closed down for the entire day (a Sunday), which was a large portion of the appeal of the place in the first place. The VR was a joke, it's a rollercoaster style vr that seats like 12 and we got in line for that first. We waited at least 20 minutes for two rounds of it to cycle through at half capacity (there was only one employee and he is left to check and clean the headsets in between rounds), and by the time it was our turn there were only 5 working headsets. So our whole group of 6 couldn't ride together. One of the remaining headsets conked out halfway through the ride. Later in the day there was literally only one working headset. They should have a whole lot more headsets and a plan for cleaning them in between that doesn't involve the only attendant doing them one at a time between rides. The arcade games weren't working when we walked in, but thankfully those came on by the time we were done with the VR. The prize counter was closed the entire time we were there though, so that was an additional disappointment. Laser tag was fun but disorganized. The staff was largely ambivalent. Food was overpriced (expected), although the pizza was surprisingly good, drinks were not overpriced (unexpected and appreciated, probably the only reason I didn't go with 1 star). One of the minigolf courses was decent, the other was very boring, nothing dynamic (the car themed one at least had a loop and some other things to make it more interesting, but overall I find glowgolf to be flat and boring, and there were no score cards either). I wouldn't trust the staff with properly monitoring the rock climbing, they did not seem to care about safety at all. Overall, I wish this place success as it is a fun place in concept, but it is plagued by disorganization, the flow of the whole place felt off, the cleanliness was subpar, the staff was just mentally checked out and too few of them to really run the place proper, all said and done we will not be back and would not recommend in it's current state.
John Norris: Great place for a family fun day. Hit up Groupon and save a lot of money.
Jasmine: I enjoyed it, alot more calmer than what it use to be. The police check in at the door was amazing. FOOD is ok
Payne Tia Barksdale: I was disappointed that they didn’t have any slushy alcohol drinks (slushy machine was empty). And my bumper car kept having malfunctions. The food is served cold and has no seasonings. No good gifts in the gift shop after turning in your ticket for a prize. This place is overhyped! A lot of things I wanted to try was closed; like bumper cars and 3D rollercoaster ride. And couldn’t even go bowling either.

Battle Zone: what do users think?
Ms. Blue Jackson: OMG!!! This spot was amazing. One of my nephews turned 12 today and this had everything. We had adults vs children and yes the Adults won🏆. Very fun great place totally recommended
Asia Morrison: This place is amazing!! My son had a wonderful birthday the staff was nice and friendly!
Courtnee Luke: Second time using Battle Zone, first time rented the inflatable for a backyard party and it was amazing! Second time had my sons 8th birthday and we had a great time! The staff was friendly and they got everyone involved. There is so much for the kids to do, it’s impossible for anyone to say I’m bored. Only suggestion would be to provide water pitchers for parties. Other than that would recommend 10/10!
Jeff Harter: Excellent time, lots to do and staff was super attentive
Latrice Mcgee: Nice place to go for kids not overly crowded and kids running crazy. Staff was helpful and nice each time I came. They have a Groupon too which was perfectWill be backFYI just need to pay attention to bathrooms
Krystal Pryor: Had my son's birthday party here and it was mediocre. My Grandma (mid 70's) sat in one of the folding chairs in the party room we were in and it broke and she went down with it. Thankfully she's in good shape for her age and was alright. They do not have water; only water bottles from a machine/cooler. They do not have any kind of utensils for cake and tell you to go next door and buy some. The women's restroom lacked attention, smelled, and only had 1 roll of toilet paper between 3 stalls. My daughter (15) said that the playscape was dirty (she was playing with my 4 year old) and some of the tubes were broken; had electrical tape covering the cracks. There's a bean bag type thing in the playscape area that she said smelled pretty bad as well.I don't know her name but the lady that was in charge of getting our pizza and things was really nice but wasn't seen very often. The kids and adults did have fun and it was nice to have the party room for 3 hours.Personally, I think that if you offer birthday parties that you should offer the common utensils instead of having customers find out last minute that they have to go buy them from next door. Same for the water; pitchers or bottles of water should be offered.
Rahim Turnage: I love the staff and the place was fun for the kids !
Rahim Tw: Place is very fun I will be coming back !!
Robert Williams: Loved it!
joseph jackson: My grandson had a blast
Sajad Zalzala: My nephew had his birthday party here. My kids loved the nerf guns and playing Xbox. The play area is fun too.
Crystal: We've been here during open play. It's pricey at regular price, but the kids had fun. We've had a party here....again the kids had fun. Still way pricey. The pizza they get catered is the WORST. Liquor store quality! And the fact that it's so few selections is a major con. $15 for cardboard pizza and no diet drinks or pitchers of water! Having the party room 3 hours was a pro and the private Nerf battle.
Pamela “Pammy” Qualls: Awesome loved it
April Crooks: I booked a party for my son. Upon arrival .we noticed the bathroom was out of order and there was an awful smell! The customer service was terrible. I requested a refund. They offered NOTHING for tge inconvienece . I had to move my sons party to a whole new location. I was very disappointed in the service and the staff!requested
Tracy Hughes: We had our son's fifth birthday party here on 8/13. All of our guests had a blast, the space was clean, and all of the staff were fun and accommodating! Shout out to our party host for immediately springing to action when our son spilled his juice and to the young gentleman who talked me through the VR headset because I had no idea what I was doing!
Andrew Hughes: We had my son's 5th birthday party at BattleZone, the whole experience was great. The staff was super friendly and stayed on top of everything we needed. I highly recommend hosting a party here.
Sherry Douglas: This place was absolutely great!!! Our whole family was able to have fun together, not just sit around and watch the kids play, we all got a chance to have some fun and it was amazing. The staff was so nice and friendly and attentive. I wish there was a 10 star because that’s what this place deserves . I definitely recommend.
Stephanie Bell: My son's birthday party was here recently and we enjoyed ourselves! I appreciate the kind service from the staff! We'll be back!
Ernestina Walker: My family had a wonderful time. The place was clean and the staff was great
Bob Rowe: Grandson's 11th birthday there today. Excellent time, with a great staff.
Jeanae Tripp: It was truly a pleasure to be here with kids, my daughter graduation class came here after the ceremony. The kids lost their minds due to the super clean, fun and kind workers her. Robin and her partner was amazing. ( I would hate to spell her name wrong). They was so polite and gentle with the kids and guiding them on what to do and how to safely do it! We will be back alot! It was clean and they sanitized the entire time which made me feel so good because I am pregnant. Love it here!

Under The Sea Playground: what do users think?
R Z: Fun place for my toddler to run around and burn off some energy! We have attended many birthdays here including my son's and the service is always exceptional. Food is better than any other kid's place I've been to. Staff is attentive to your needs. Highly recommend for kids birthday parties!
aditya gotimukul: Worst for Parties. Management is worst. It was 80 degree outside, and owner locked the Air conditioning control and the temperature was 78deg inside. When asked staff to reduce the AC temp, they said the owner locked the controller and took the keys with him. People were sweating... Had to ask for Water Jugs almost 5 times so that guest could be hydrated.... No refill until asked for. It was like anything you need you need to ask for and hope staff will act on the request. The only thing there were good at is asking the guest if they have signed in....When asked to serve the Pizza to kids, said "we are short staffed can you do it yourself"... Please do not host parties here....
Farjana Begum: Cheap establishment. They can’t afford better water pressure from the faucets in the bathroom. Skimpy with the water. And they don’t turn on the AC even when it’s over 70 degrees.
Bafel Zora: my two kids love this place, and the young one (6 year old) always wants his birthday party here, I like the good fresh selection of food they have full menu, most other playground places either don't offer warm food, or offer only pizza that is not made fresh, this place surpass them all in my opinion with food selection and reasonable prices
Raad Z: What a place if you have little ones. The play structure is very clean, food is amazing, many goodies on the menu, not expected from a place like this. Will be coming again
Gina StOnge: Place is filthy! Dust ½" thick on the supports/poles of the only lg climbing structure. The young woman sitting at the window, taking the entrance fee, was too busy on her cell phone to even be polite or welcoming.I saw one other employee, a man working the snack counter, who was sitting in a lawn chair behind the counter and playing with his phone too. Neither bothered to wipe even one table in the 2½ hrs we were there. There is one large climbing unit and one bounce house. When a child, not mine, slipped on the cement floor and smacked her head on the cement, neither employee even looked up from their phones. Horrible lack of customer service or caring about the safety of their young guests. Sinks are too tall for a child to wash their hands in the bathroom and no step stool available. A complete disappointment. Certainly not worth $12 per child.
Rachel: Staff is friendly and attentive, and place is clean and just the right size not to be overwhelming. Can sit in one place and see your child the whole time. If you’re worried abt your child being bored, bring their friend along and they can be busy for hours:)
Vanessa Logan Wentzloff: We went here for the first time for a friend’s kid’s birthday party. Overall it was a good experience. The playground is definitely more for children 3 and up. There is a toddler area however it’s not very big and there’s a lot of big kids running around in there. I’m hoping to visit again when my kiddo is older.
Danyla Yousif: I recently visited a kids playground with my nephews, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The playground was well-maintained, clean, and had a variety of equipment that catered to all age groups. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring the safety of all the children playing. My nephews had a blast sliding down the slides.the food was very good and good prices at it.Overall, the playground was a fantastic experience for my family. We will definitely be visiting again soon. I highly recommend this playground to any parent looking for a safe and fun place for their kids to play.
Suzannemcc Parisparis3527: Fun for the kids!Surprisingly, their food is very good.
Amy Cooper: I love bringing my nephew here he is almost 2 and just loves to play here and he feels safe
Tahfia Islam: Don't ever plan your day around this place. You will walk in with excited kids and be told to leave because they're booked for a party. All kids places have parties and never not allow anymore kids. Ridiculous.
Jacqueline Berger: Not suitable for toddlers. The playground was overcrowded with children running around unattended. There were older kids in the "toddler" area and the toddler area itself only consisted of a small climbing structure with a slide. It was also visibly dirty at the playground. As in thick dust covering walls/floors. When a place is that dirty you can tell that they do not sanitize whatsoever. Only two employees were working one running door the other serving food. No supervision of the area by employees at all.
Nitty Gritty Mama: Best for little kids, but my ten year old had a blast. Will be back!
Charlotte Gordon: The toddler area isn’t even really safe for babies and toddlers. An adult with heeled rain boots kicked my daughter in the baby area and she didn’t even care. They also need to limit kids. It was so overcrowded that I watched multiple kids get hurt
Jazzmin V Arbitter: There’s supposed to be a designated area for 3 and under but for some reason bigger kids are allowed in the area and it takes away from the younger toddlers fun. I tried telling one of the employees & they did nothing about it. The big kids a really rough and mean too
add: Great indoor play area for kids especially winter time
Faran: Nice place for kids. A bit overcrowded and very few activities. They can definitely do better by getting more activities in there.
karen luna: Nice place, a lot of kiddos, food available to buy and your kid cam enjoy a couple of hours there
Tyeena Rupert: I had my daughters second birthday here , it was really nice for active kids . Will be coming back

Jungle Java: what do users think?
chenita person: This place is the worst place i’ve been to the bathrooms are nasty and the the slides and just the play area is nasty and dusty please don’t bring your children here and the staffing is poor the kitchen area is a disaster staff is drinking and smoking weed in the kitchen area please don’t bring your children here.
Stacey Newland: This place is awesome. The kids love it, the coffee is actually really good and it's not crazy expensive to keep the kids occupied and wear them out 😂
Dawn Christ: Super clean! Kids absolutely loved running around wild and climbing.
Aaron Poisson: Kid had an amazing bday party here. The staff was more then friendly!!!
Kacety: Big kid play area? Great size!Toddler 3 and under area? Needs... updating. This area is crazy minimal. I suppose its sensible for only 10 admission for an 18 month old. But if i were paying the full price for a 3 year old, I expect a lot more.We will be surveying other places before settling. May or may not return.Food options are okay. We ordered loaded nachos and got no cheese? Free coffee refills is about the nicest part of our visit.
christina: my son had a fun time but i couldn’t help but notice how dirty the floors were which made me worry if anything else has been cleaned. and then my son got sick two days later. we will probably give it another chance but would love to see some sort of cleaning done.
B R: I run a mom playgroup & we come here on Mondays. We’re here when it’s busy, we’re here when they’re not. They absolutely DO clean when they aren’t running around helping make food or check people in. It’s a place full of kids and adults of course there’s going to be some crumbs on the ground. We love coming here & have made it our spot for our winter meets! Don’t let the reviews deter you! Give it a try for yourself, we’re going to check out one of the other locations soon!
Diana Boirum: A nice experience for grandson (4 yrs.) And food not too bad. Looks like the facility could use a little TLC - some fresh paint, etc.
Rhonda Hogan: Looking at all the negative reviews I wouldn't waste my money and the health of my kids to this place
LoxOP _YT: I remember coming like 9 years ago and I came back with my little cousins and it was fun remembering how I would beat up those punching bags and going down the slide
Jennifer Stundon: The website online says tokens for the laser cave, and when I went to go ask about the tokens they said it’s wristbands unlimited for $10. False advertisement!!! They had a sign about the tokens by the register and when I asked about it, they took the sign down and put a different sign about the wristbands up. Smh And the website also says Monday through Friday it’s supposed to be $10 take it in for the kids when I came in it was $15 because it’s spring break. The play area was dirty with trash in the play scape.
UniqueLiving: I will start by saying that the kids had a ton of fun. Appropriate for maybe ages 2-7. I don't like that the price was cranked up on weekdays due to it being Spring break! Not right. This was not mentioned online for someone to prepare in advance to pay more. Disappointed 😡
Дима Бруньковский: Много места, сыну очень понравилось, 15$/день, есть Wi-Fi, туалет, бистро.
Jork Optional: Jungle Java is an awesome place to go I like their playset or jungle and it never gets old no matter how many times you go. but some general maintenance would be good.
Edward Slider: Took the kids there. The price on the weekends was $15 per child. My wife and I got in free.We were there for three hours. The kids had an absolute blast. The only negative thing, is the food prices are a little on the high side for what you're getting. The only other issue is there are not enough tables for the amount of people who visit. We ended up having to move to a new table, due to a party that was reserved.Overall it was a great experience. And will definitely be going back, in fact our daughter wants to do her birthday party there.
Layla martin: My kids love this place so much. The manager Jen Absolutely AMAZING.! 💯
Kevin J Jacisin: Very busy. Kids had fun ...
Sonya Atanasovski: My nephew Sebastian had his 3rd birthday party here in early February. We had so much fun. The kids definitely played their hearts out in this place. My nephews didn’t want to come down when it was time to leave lol! So cute! Definitely recommend!
Jane Lawrence: It's a wonderful place for kids to expel their energy!
Patty Otenbaker: Very disappointed that the price was raised on a Tuesday afternoon just because Chippewa Valley Schools had the day off. The website clearly states that the price is $10 during the week. I feel that they are taking advantage. Very poor business ethics!!!
Kathy Hayes: We have been here twice now, once on the weekend and once during the week. My granddaughter is just 2, and she had fun both times. However, I think she had a little more fun when we came during the week. She sometimes feels overwhelmed when there are a lot of kids around.
