They made false promises that i would get $500 back on my taxes if i got this done and that did not happen. The most you can get is $150. The manager didn’t even have the Audacity to call me back after he said he’d try and reimburse me. There was no reimbursement. The customer service was very rude and lied after I’d been very friendly even though i was mad. The only good part about this company is the guys that do the insulation did a pretty decent job and were very respectful.

Lynn Hardy: I had 2 new windows installed, siding and gutters. I can't say enough good things about the siding and gutter crews. They asked questions made sure that I was happy with the work. If they had a question they stopped and asked so it was what I wanted.The window crew was another story. One crew member had on a Pro Home Improvement shirt on but was quick to say he worked for the window company and not Pro. He also smelled of alcohol. One of the springs on one window doesn't work. After the final walk through I was assured it would be taken care of. Never heard anything back after the project was paid for.My internet cable was snapped when they put the internet connection back on the house and was told that I would be reimbursed haven't seen it yet.I was told by the sales person that the windows would be installed and the drywall would be ready to paint when they left. It wasn't. Moldings weren't installed around the inside of the windows and the drywall had to be prepared to paint.Next I get a call from the finance company and was sold the financing option only to find out it's interest free but if not paid off in the interest free time frame interest will accrue from the time that the project completed.My house looks beautiful.
