Ayanna Alford: This place is a gaming haven! I love the choice of systems and platforms available to choose from. The guys who run the place are nice and very helpful whether you're new or returning. They do have snacks available and merch to support them. Nicholas beats: A nice refreshing take on an internet Cafe, lots of events and great place to socialize and meet people. If you aren't a gamer, they have lots of creative and people of walks of life. Very inclusive and friendly staff. I have not has any issues here or bad experiences.

Single ladies…DO NOT enter alone!!! The main door to stalls stays wide open. No I do not want to pull my pants down next to a guy in the next stall over!

Michael Johnson: The bathrooms are smelly as in urine, and dark to hide the germs. One unisex bathroom that looks unsafe for a lady to enter without someone on watch. Not going back and will tell others to do the same!

Aiden Newman: Amazing place! Went there for the first time a couple of days ago and was blown away by the vibe they gave off. We had a couple of technical issues but they were resolved quickly and we were given compensation time for that. Highly recommended if you have never been there and I will be returning shorty!

Mar Santiago: Drinks were quick and delicious and I hate to give bad reviews having worked in retail and restaurants but the workers at this location completely took advantage. I sent my husband in to pick a cup out for my daughter who I give my star rewards to to get her cup obsession taken care of. I had to stay in the car with my newborn baby. I had 600 stars and they told him they don't accept that and charged us $20+ for her cup. Extremely upset by the lies the worker who rung them up told him. He didn't know any better to speak up and just believed what he was told. Way to take our money and you will NEVER get my business again! Watch your purchases and wallets here! Shady as ever

Tameka A.: Sales Associate did not provide good customer service. She dropped change when returning my money. Then gave me my drink with whipped cream on the bottom of the cup. I had to ask for napkins to clean the cup off. And then the sales associate told me to dicard the napkins in the trash.

Rick bell: So for seven dollars for a latte and they can never get it right. And it's just a normal Venti white chocolate mocha, and they always mess up. today they diddn't put any white mocha in it. Seriously done with Starbucks.

Olivia Haskin: The coffee is always consistent here. But the wait is incredibly long because they are understaffed. There's no reason that the person taking orders at the window should also be making food during the busy morning rush. It's not the employees' fault, but that of management.

Monie Love: I usually like to make a stop at Starbucks throughout the day when I get the chance. There's usually a line wrapped all the way around Virginia so it helps to come with patience in tow. After waiting for what seems like a entire tele novella, you get to the speaker only to find that yet again they do not have all of the ingredients to make the medicine ball. And this isn't just one location that has this issue. If you notice that certain items are selling more, wouldn't it make sense to increase the product volume when you order inventory? Please do better. You're not offering "Suggested prices" for your menu items, so please don't offer me suggestions when you do not have all of the ingredients to make what I'm requesting. Also, may I please have a full cup of coffee. Thank you.

Zoe Hampton: whoever was working the drive thru 10/6/22 around 1:15 was extremely rude. i asked for milk in my coffee (the same order i get everyday for years ) she insisted i get a latte and literally would not let me order my drink. i come to this location all the time and never had to worry about this or someone as rude as she was. she spoke to me like i was stupid and was so rude. will not be coming back here.
