They thought it was reasonable to call me 7 minutes before the time of my appointment to tell me she would be at least TWO HOURS late. So if you want a doctor that will go out of their way to demonstrate that they don't care about your time, her office would be the perfect fit for you!

Kristin Candelario: Dr. Mizrahi is one of the best. Why you ask? Because he cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen as long as some patients babble on. And I'm certainly not talking about myself. (😁) seriously though....he's very thorough.

T R: Obnoxiously rude staff answering the phone.

b: Terrible experience here. I've been having health concerns and asked for a full blood test, to check for whatever they can. Doc was "understaffed" and had the desk receptionist take my blood. She pushed down with the cotton ball with the needle in my arm, destroying my vein and creating a bruise that went halfway down my forearm for the next couple of weeks. Then, I told him will you call me when you get the results? He goes "Oh you'll have to call me, I'll forget". So, about three business days after that, I call and they say "Oh he didn't get a chance to look over the results, he will call you tonight or tomorrow". So, few days later still no call. I call about a week later, they say that the lab has STILL NOT SENT THE RESULTS, and they will contact the lab to get them faxed. So, had I not called they wouldn't have even followed up when I'm spending money to get this done. Place is just a huge joke.

Jameela Williams: Worst doctors office i have ever been to in my life, I came in for a Annual job physical was advised that i would be contacted when the results was back because i needed them for my employer. I left voicemails asking someone to call me back. Today i called no one answered, called again the receptionist/ nurse answered i asked if my physical results was in she stated yes, i asked could i fax the document in to be filled out. She stated yes i sent 3 faxes cause she stated she didn't receive the first one. I called around 3:15 spoke with same young lady she stated the fax machine is in urgent care and she has to go over there and claimed she would call me back that call never happened. Im not sure what type of doctors office this is but i will no longer be a patient of Dr. Mizrahi.

Music (Me): I've been trying for over a week to get a critical prescription renewed. Two faxes from my pharmacy, two voicemails, and one miraculous time when they actually answered the phone later, and nothing to show for it. If they care even the slightest bit about their patients, they don't show it.

Garlinghouse Angela: I absolutely love this doctors office! Dr. Salem actually takes the time to listen to you and genuinely cares! The staff are all wonderful and helpful as well....they always get their referrals done in a quick timely manner.

Alina Pajewski: I hate this doctors office. I want to switch primarys as soon as I can. They are never on time with anything. I see an oncologist and every time he has to send me to a procedure they must receive authorization from my primary doctor at this location. I've had surgeries canceled due to their office not sending authorization over in time. I've also had to fill out a physical form for my insurance that they were supposed to fax over which I later received phone calls from my insurance telling me they never received anything from this office. This place may be suitable for someone who only goes once a year to the doctor but if you're thinking long-term this place is terrible.

Dr. Salem is very knowledgeable and knew what I needed right away, very happy with the switch and now I’m comfortable going to the doctors office! Another great thing about my appointment was that I was NOT sitting in the waiting room for too long and then rushed in the room. Dr. Salem made sure he covered everything and all my questions/concerns were answered!

Renee Cribb: Love the office love the staff Alex is sits down with you and listens to any concerns you have. I do love that they have there own MRI ct scan and other equipment so you dont have to get sent somewhere else.

Cristal Ferrand/Destremps: I was referred from a another Dr . I think Dr Charbioneer is a very good An thorough Dr . He runs ALL tests right in his office which is convent an easy for me as the patient ! He listens to the issues An gets right on it , couldn’t be happier with this Dr .There can be a wait at times but it’s because he is through with each patient .

Brandon Spangler: I heard about this Dr. from a radio ad (sounds weird... I know), and had very high hopes of getting some quality care because I trust the station that the ad was on. I checked the reviews, and they were pretty good... Unfortunately, my first visit was extremely lack luster. I was directed to a room fairly quickly, but was apparently forgotten as I sat and was never seen again. After more than an hour of listening to the staff chatter about their parenting habits and listening to the doctor's obvious analysis of other patients private medical tests and his ins and outs of the "medical business", it became apparent that the doctor hadn't remembered me being in room 101. I could even look out of my room and see other patients test images on a screen, and files sitting on desks! To my horror, it also became apparent that the doctor could not find my chart anywhere as he kept asking for it as he was trying to figure out who I was... I watched as several employees looked around for my chart (very private information included) and also made fun of my last name. After about 5 minutes of this circus, I decided that I would never in a million years trust my health to this crew and quietly left.The only reason that they received 2 stars instead of 1 is because on my way out, I asked the lady at the front desk to please have someone call me when they found my chart so that I knew that my medical history and SSN were secure. They called about 10 minutes later while I was driving home, which made me feel better about that part of the visit.I know that this is a fairly critical review, but I have honestly never observed anything like this before. I could literally hear everything that was being said, and I was in total shock after a while of it. I am sitting in a room waiting to see this doctor because of health concerns, and I was hearing side conversations about drug reps and how some other doctor keeps getting people in trouble with health administrations. I heard very private diagnosis about other patients (including names) and the flippant manner with which tests are being prescribed... I heard about other job offers and weekend plans... For me, I got to the point where I was wondering if I would ever be seen, and I was extremely worried about my information if I was.I know that it's probably easy to become disconnected when dealing with this kind of subject matter every single day, but this is about health and people's lives. It was worrisome to see this serious matter being treated in a very non serious way.
